Just came from Tokyo yesterday and was able to catch the 3 Oct. Yokohama concert of F4's Japan Tour. If may share my experience, the ff. are my experiences.
Didn't have a concert tix when I went to Yokohama from where I stay in Tokyo, so set off early to find Yokohama arena. After arriving in Yokohama, took another train that took me to Shin-Yokohama and w/in walking distance from the station is a covered pedestrian walkway that leads right to the 2nd level of Yokohama arena. Had some pics of the arena from the walkway because I don't want to be seen w/ a camera because it's strictly prohibited. There was already a queue of Japanese girls seating on the steps of the covered walkway leading to the entrance street level of the arena. But I didn't queue yet because that was for buying concert goodos (goods/souvenirs) and I need to buy first a ticket which was no longer available because I happened to talked to an elderly woman and helped me talked to the staff of the Yokohama arena by asking if there was a chance I could get one and was given a telephone no. & to call by 12:00 noon til 1:30pm, but I was not hopeful on this because it was not still guaranteed. So still standing on the shaded walkway and looking down to the girls exposed to the sun on stairs, a very beautiful Japanese girl came whom I smiled at and who smiled back. She asked me what was the line for and I said for concert goodos. The line haven't reached the top walkway yet since it was still early. After sometime the girl was calling someone on her cell and returned back to me. Not knowing how much the tix cost, I asked her "F4 no chiketto wa ikura desu ka" (how much is the F4 ticket), when she suddenly asked if I don't have a ticket and I said yes, and by God's grace, she offered me one without me waiting for a long time. Then the guy staff talked to her when he saw us laughing and having kind of commotion. I was nearly frightened because selling tickets are not allowed, dunno maybe she said I was a friend she was meeting up because the Japanese staff in suit didn't go up the steps anymore. Then after paying her, she left and I was so happy I already got a ticket, God really moves in mysterious ways. Then when it was not hot anymore, I queued when the line was already the elevated covered walkway for the souvenirs but took so long to move, maybe around past 4:00 pm we moved towards the entrance of the arena, there were many flower arrangements outside of the building, and more nicer flower arrangements just before the stalls of the concert souvenirs. The concert souvenirs are not cheap, and just a few items, I already spent Y10,000 or $100. Then went far from the venue to look for a place to eat, Shin-Yokohama is not near so I know it could be 12mn when I arrived in Tokyo after the concert. When I returned the queue had gone so long even after the side and back street of the arena, good thing somewhere along the line, we need not go up the steps and just directed us to the various corded lines that led to the main entrance. Much to my surprise when I look for my seat, it was at the ARENA and luck of all luck, I was right before one end of the ramp, it was only about 12 steps and there were seats near the stage itself, about on the right side near the stage were the sounds control.
Stage layout:
4 extended ramps going to a central circular stage & above was the big electronic video screen that went down on some numbers. First voiceover intro, there are 4 guys who came from different kingdoms, Jerry from the south, Vanness from the West, Ken from the north and ZaiZai from the east. Then the stage lit and there were 4 big kinda white balloons and was pried open to reveal the 4 guys - so much roar from the audience, and of course the trademark of Japanese concerts, the lighted multi-colored penlighto (penlight) lighted the audience side and F4 sang a fast opening song (pardon not familiar with their newsong) followed by Ask for More, they were all wearing something blue, ZaiZai was sporting a blue hair (?), Vanness had dark, black eyeliner on the top and bottom of his eyes and a moustache. Sang another song then all of a sudden Vanness found out he was alone on stage then a short intermission then they appeared back on stage wearing something of a yellow gold shimmering fabric, Jerry had on white shirt with shimmering gold pants, ZaiZai had the shimmering gold on the side of his pants, others have it on their suits. Then 1st 2 solo songs were done by Ken. Next 2 solo songs were ZaiZai's who wore tux and had the swing riding concept. Next number was Vanness' followed by Jerry with a big reaction from audience because he looked like a little boy wearing a child-like jumper with kids' characters, and he even gave a big Winnie the Pooh to a girl. Next song was from Meteor Garden, then Vanness' 2 songs and in the 2nd song, he removed his singlet (sando) and boy! he got a very good sculpted body, on all sides his waistline was small, so curvaceous one might think it's a female waist and is abs and biceps are well-developed, much to the delight of the Japanese fans (of course it's much well-appreciated) and not only that, he can dance moonwalk sideways, he's really greater more now in his dancing prowess. Next number was Ken who did a tap dance, he can do tap-dancing but knowing Ken who doesn't want to perspire much, his steps are kinda not given all out like could have made more obvious the taps, the slides, the jumps but in all, it went fine - he was still with the beat of the dance music. Then he sat, sang a slow song and playing a Spanish guitar, now I know why he didn't exerted much effort, he still had to sing a full of feeling slow song, which I'd say was so nicely-rendered, dunno title but quite often he sang "sitting here waiting for you".
Got to go, will continue if you like further.
