masaya akong malaman na supper sikat sila dyan sa Japan.... straight from a person na tga Japan tlga....may iba kasi akong kilala na nagsasabi na hindi daw...hindi sya naniniwala... feeling naman nya tga Japan sya....

The new title of the tourism series is "「在這裡等你」 (zai zhe li deng ni); it means waiting here for you.
As expected, the other female lead is an actress who has a contract with Angie Chai, 陳妍希 (Chen Yan Xi).

Ho: At the very beginning, I was very afraid to cross the line. So when Zai Zai was there, I would stay in distance. But afterwards when Da S came to visit, I was very happy because she actually got along with us and she was the one who told everyone to chat with Zai Zai because Zai Zai was too shy. After this, we knew we could chat with him and he was shy. The atmosphere was very harmonious.
Zai: She came to take care of everyone, not to take care of me.
Ho: I hoped she could come more often because she always brought many drinks and chatted with us. It was very cheerful when she came.
Comparing with Zai Zai, Patty was lonelier. Patty and Jay were still together when “Delicious Relationship” started to film in June. But it was only two month later, they broke up. Who would visit her often at the scene after they broke up?
Ho: I was pitiful. No one visited me, only my high school classmate. Even colleagues in my company didn’t want to come, because they felt hot here. So I had to ask my close friends and sisters to come.
Although the time was hard to pass without anyone visiting, she was lucky to have a good companion, Zai Zai who is good at telling jokes. On the day of interview, Zai Zai once again presents his talent of telling cold jokes. However, if you want to understand his cold jokes, there are some tricks for you. Ho: I liked to hear his jokes. Or sometimes he would burst out saying something which made us laugh. You always have to think first in order to understand the point of his jokes. Ho: I always say that he is a prince, because he is so not real, like a person coming out from a comic book. Today, I again called him “Prince”. Then he replied me “Wan-Chi”.

naku, napahiwalay na naman ang bunso sa mga kuya niya, napunta sa ibang lugar, kaya kailangan ihabol para makasama siya.

Zaizai to be in director Cai's new drama
After "The Hospital," Director Cai will start filming a 20-episode TV drama series, 痞子英雄 (pi zi ying xiong). Rumor has it that Zaizai will be the leading man. Cai Yeh Xun said yesterday that this would be the third time they collaborate together. It will start at the end of the year if things proceed as planned.
Cai Yeh Xun said, "The male lead has to be good at guns and can stand being hit." Zaizai has received the story outline. He is looking forward to playing the challenging role of policeman.
The drama will be like a Taiwan edition of "Lethal Weapon.' This time, the topic will not be as serious and will have quite a few action scenes. The series was originally created for F4, but now only F1 will star in it.
The main characters will be three men and three women. Besides Zaizai and Xiu Jie Kai (Mars co-star), he is looking for a thin, tall girl with the look of mixed ancestry to play a judo expert.

"Zai Zhe Li Deng Ni" is directed by two directors, Xu Zhao Ren and Lin Zi Ping, and consists of 22 episodes. The estimate is that it will cost NT$ 60 millions to make. It will showcase the beauty of Taiwan's eight flagship sites via romantic script. So, While watching the series, audience will be attracted by the beautiful scenery and visit Taiwan, and thus increase Taiwan's tourism business.
The backdrop of the story is a taxi company and light eateries. It intends to show the real life in Taiwan. It will demonstrate the vitality of people in Taiwan through the joy and sorrow of regular folks. In the meantime, it will feature Taiwan's four characteristics: gourmet food and snacks, night markets, hospitality, and 24-hour travel environment.
In the drama, Zaizai Zhou Yu Min plays a bestseller author, Xu Le. Over the years, he has made tens of millions of NT dollars which many poor authors would be envious of. However, recently he has been troubled by writer's block. Pressed by his editor for a manuscript, he decided to become a taxi driver to listen to the stories of his passengers for inspirations when, by accident, he heard a cleaning lady complaining about how taxi drivers love to chat with the passengers. Never has he thought that by driving taxi, he would meet a strange girl, Pan Neng Xian, who somehow has this idea of Xu Le wanting to commit suicide. Not only that, he runs into his high-school schoolmate and buddy, A Hao.
Zhu Xiao Tian plays a taxi driver, Ding Yu Hao. After his father died, he took over his father's business with great ambition and high hopes. No one could have expected it. His uncle who worked side by side with his father to build up the business took advantage of his trust and inexperience and swindled him of all his money. A Hao's status changed from a rich young man to a taxi driver who owns nothing. Even his fiancée abandoned him. After that, his personality changed completely.
Wang Chuan Yi is an heir to a five-star hotel in the drama, called Ma Yong Rui. The character is someone who doesn't want to be constrained by social conventions and likes to do whatever he wants at his whim. Xiao Ma went to the same high school with Xu Le and Ding Yu Hao. The three of them were bosom buddies at the time. After A Hao went abroad to study, they lost contacts with him. However, Xiao Ma and Xu Le still keep in touch with each other. As a writer, Xu Le lives a reclusive and indoor lifestyle and Xiao Ma is his only friend.
Guan Ying plays Lu Yi, who was the dream lover of Xu Le, Ding Yu Hao, and Ma Yong Rui during their high school years. Lu Yi is a fashion magazine editor. Because she frequently appears in fashion parties, she has gained some fame in Taipei's social circle. But somehow she always keeps people at a distance. The PR assistant of a five-star hotel asked her to write a news article on the gourmet food currently promoted at the hotel. When she met the young junior boss of the hotel, he looked so familiar. Like opening a Pandora's Box, all the past and secrets locked inside her memory keep coming back. This would not had happened if she hadn't agreed to write.
Chen Yan Xi plays a girl called Pan Neng Xian who just turned 24. Her family owns a Chinese Medicine clinic and she is the second daughter. Her lively and open personality comes from having a happy family and kind parents. Although the clinic is not a big hospital, it earns enough money to support the whole family. She just graduated from college and was able to enter the hotel business which she had long coveted. She found a job as a PR assistant in a five-star hotel. -- you were racing with time in the casting for MG
Chai: At the time, there were no good looking young actors in Taiwan. So we asked people around us: which is more suitable - ordinary looking good actors or good looking young newcomers? All the responses we got were the latter. So based on this response, we looked all over for good looking guys, and identified 60 people in the casting. Vanness Wu was the first to be casted, because he was very suited to play Mei Zuo. The second to be confirmed was Zaizai. The first time I laid eyes on him I thought he would be suited to play HuaZeLei, but until the end of casting, he didn’t appear. I thought it strange and after inquiries, found that he was only accompanying a friend at the casting, so I called him in for an interview.
-- was Zai very different from the others?
Chai: Zai just sat quietly in the corner, didn’t say hi to me when he saw me, didn’t talk to us on his own initiative, didn’t even look at us. But he was already attracting attention then.
Zai has acting talent hidden inside him
-- Of the 3 mangas, Poor Prince Taro, Meteor Garden, and「白鳥麗子でございます」;if the production rights for Poor Prince Taro became available first, what do you think would be the situation now?
Chai: Well this is difficult to say, it’s hypothetical and we did buy the rights to Poor Prince Taro later
-- did you buy the rights because Zaizai is very suited for the role of Taro?
Chai: Of course that’s one of the reasons, but the biggest reason is because the manga itself is a lot of fun.
-- it feels like the characters of HuaZeLei in MG and Taro in Poor Prince are very different . .
Chai: Zai is a Gemini, so he has many different traits in his character
-- did you notice this distinguishing characteristic of Zai during the filming of MG?
Chai: Well, let me ask you, who in F4 would you think is most suited for Taro?
-- Well, zai was definitely most suited
Chai: Jerry is daomingzhi, Vanness is like himself, Ken is too healthy for Taro’s image, no matter how you look at it, zai looks the most suited to portray someone who has no many, doesn’t have enough to eat, and looks thin (haha)!
-- at that time, did you stop considering zai as an idol but an actor?
Chai: not in the first 2 years. It came in stages. At first, zai did not have any experience in acting, and he wasn’t interested, his diction wasn’t very good. But there were 2 scenes when we were shooting MG that made me believe he could be very good. One of them was in episode 8, when Shancai walked towards the sad Lei, Lei turned around to hold her and said: “how come you’re not the person I love” and then tears came. We were worried that with zai’s experience, he probably wouldn’t be able to handle this scene, but when we watched the monitor, we thought he did very well, at that point, I felt that Zai has acting talent hidden inside him. Another point was during filming of Love Storm. We found that Zai is an actor who is able to listen. Many young actors would only memorise their own lines when acting and not pay attention to others’ lines, so they cannot gel with the other actors in their acting. This is a common shortcoming of young actors, and even some experienced actors occasionally would make this same mistake. But zai actually familiarizes himself with the lines of the other actors and gets an understanding, that’s why he can show appropriate expressions and acting responses to others’ acting.

A Meteor Garden without Fireworks

Is there a real Meteor Garden in Taiwan?
If I were working for the Tourism Bureau of Taiwan, my answer would be taht the garden is wherever F4 is, and wherever F4 is, there you will find Taiwan.
The quartet is on their third (or fourth or fifth) replay on your TV screens in the Philippines, and still going strong. They are at least six years older now than their screen image, but they have just been given a new role to play as official endorsers of their country's come-to-Taiwan sales pitch.
"Wish to see you in Taiwan!" is everywhere on posters, TV, caps, T-shirts. The world is they have gone their separate ways to do their own gigs, but anytime a project is strong enough to pull them together again, they are ready, willing, able and united.
As for the rest of the young people who are aren't their fans, the young people I saw in Taipei and its surrounding counties appeared to be remarkably serious, well-behaved and typical of the Chinese stereotype: inscrutable. Wild and rowdy are not words that were invented for them. I asked Beryl, our tour guide, to describe the young Taiwanese in one word. A long pause, they she gave up.
We saw the young ones in restaurants, shopping centers the night market, convenience stores, the high-speed train, the MRT (like ours, but more handsome, and airconditioned).
They were remarkable, in that they were unremarkable,though they did not stick out in any negative way. If anything, they appeared shy, modest, unwilling to make eye contact with strangers. Strangely enough, they did not sport colored hair, and except for a few, very very few cases, their haircuts were not conversation pieces. Why are they so conservative? Beryl's reply was a surprise: "As soon as the movie stars that they adore stopped coloring their hair, they stopped coloring their own hair." Yes, but why did their idols stop?
Taiwan's young adults are not as loud as their elders when they dine in the most "in" places, such as the famous dim sum palace called Tin Tai Fung that is always SRO at mealtimes 24/7, reservations not accepted. Compared with their peers in Hong Kong and Tokyo, the young Taiwanese do not have a passion for fashion, no matter that global brands proliferate in the boutiques and knock-offs are a dime a dozen in the crowded night markets that to me looked like the only night life available to tourists.
Where did the young people go during those four nights we were in Taiwan? They were feating on eat-all-you-can shabu-shabu and barbecue, for the equivalent of Php600 per person with bottomless drinks and endless scoops of Haagen Dazs ice cream.
They were in the neighborhood clubs and bars to chill out, practically out of sight, because Taipei as a country sprawls far and wide, without a special strip or area for them to congregate, a Ia Lan Kwai Fong in HK or Greenbelt in Makati. By accident, I came across a newspaper feature on Taipei's supposedly gay corner, the Red Theater on Rainbow Plaza, but it must have been so new or so secret that Beryl, a well of information who has been guiding tourists more years than she can count on her fingers, hadn't heard about it, didn't know where to find it.
As it was our last night in Taipei and we had to wake up at 4am to catch our plane, none of us dared to venture out to look for Rainbow Plaza. And there lies the difference between a Manileno and a Taiwanese. Beryl wasn't interested in finding out, but we were keen - i. e., keen the whole day - to discover Taipei's gay little secret, if only we had time.
I discovered something else courtesy of Beryl. Entry-level jobs start at the minimunm wag of NT18,000 (about Php 37,000) - "but no one can survive on that salary." The cost living is so high that it could take the fireworks out of any neophyte's check.
Maybe that's why China Airlines gets close to 10,000 applications every year from young women and men who dream of becoming flight attendants and stewards - of whom only 135 wil make the grade, at a starting salary of US$2,000 or NT76,000.
There is so much information and culture to exchange between Taipei and Manila, considering that Taiwan is only 55 minutes away if you fly China Airlines; considering that the tip of Batanes is only 200 miles away from the tip of Taiwan; considering that although there are no formal diplomatic relations between two capitals, there is MECO (Manila Economic and Cultural Office) in Taipei and a TECO (Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office) in Makati.
Another swap could happen. If Taiwan can teach us how to be No.1 in IT(information technology), we'll tach them how to loosen up, have fun and live like everyday's a fiesta!
Angie Chai on Zai - part 2
-- at the time zaizai was still an inexperienced actor with maybe one or two years of acting behind him right?
Chai: Yes, it was also at this time that we realised that he does’t only studied his own lines when he read the script. This is probably the second stage of growth in his acting career. The third stage would be taking on the dual roles in MARS. These roles are very difficult, one is very sharp and observant, living life to the fullest as if there’s no tomorrow while the other is the deceased younger brother who was psychologically injured at a young age and became schizophrenic. I think director cai had taught him a lot in terms of his acting.
-- zai’s acting took a leap in MARS, and became an actor with depth. If you were to give zai a score for his performance in MARS, what score would you give him?
Chai: I guess 90.
-- so what was the reason points were taken off?
Chai: I think it would have been even better if he could have been more carefree and loosen up more as Rei
Amongst the four of them, Zai and I have the least dialogue between us
-- in his next drama series, Silence, zai was perfect in his portrayal of the central character even though he was working with foreign actors. Did you choose this series to set the stage for zai as a result of your maternal affection for him?
Chai: I don’t mind if that’s what you think. Actually Zai doesn’t go after fame. He goes after practice and challenge for his acting, and he hopes that the audience will approve of his performance. As for my point of view, I am a mother who spoils him, no, a sister. Even though I don’t talk to him much, but I do understand him.
-- besides spoiling him, are you sometimes quite strict with him?
Chai: no. rather than me being strict with him, maybe you could say he is being strict with me. Zai is a person with few words. Our communication is built for the most part on our imagination. Jerry would communicate with people actively, so would Ken, and Vanness would also watch your mood and communicate with you accordingly. Zai is the type of person who if you ask him a question, he would only succinctly reply with a couple of lines. I think of the four of them, we have the least dialogue between us.
-- but he should be the one you understand the most.
Chai: actually I think I understand them all very well
-- the broadcast of Silence in Japan caused a sensation among zai’s fans
Chai: why?
-- I think because many people liked Silence the way they liked Korean drama series
Chai: is it because there are Korean actors in the series
-- no. it’s the way the story was laid out. Although it has a “korean drama series” feel to it, because of zai’s presence, it doesn’t have the normal Korean style acting which exaggerates the acting. Personally I like this kind of interpretive style, very fresh and also comfortable to watch.
Chai; for me personally, when I was producing this series, I had the feeling of experimenting with new ideas and exploring new grounds.
-- Silence was an Asian production in which the different nationalities fused together perfectly so that the audience doesn’t even feel there are differences brought on by the different nationalities
Chai: I hope to try different ways to get together actors from different countries to work on a drama series
-- Silence is a production that assembled actors and actresses from different countries over Asia. Will zai’s future plans include working with Japanese actors?
Chai: of course we have plans in this area. It would be good if we can overcome the language barrier. Because of the language issue, Park En Hui’s role was a mute.
-- In Delicious Relationship, zai is still the male lead. Is this because Zai has become indispensable in Producer Chai’s works?
Chai: it’s not like this. Rather than saying he’s indispensable, it’s more like we have the kind of mutual understanding that has no need for words. I don’t know why, but every time zai has some time in his schedule, it’s about the time that I am preparing for new productions. I have never asked him: “do you want to be in my next production”, or he has never said to me: “Chai jie, let me be in your next production”, or anything similar. We have just naturally continued to work with each other.
-- In DR, what challenges would zai face?
Chai: actually, one doesn’t need to discuss with zai what he wants, or what he is after. Zai is a very smart actor. He knows what is best for himself. In this series, he discovered a new side in him. He has improved so much that he is now able to discard and disregard his idol image to concentrate on maximizing his acting potential. Normally, idols would be conscious of the attention on them and are mindful not to spoil their image. However, when zai has to give some expression that is not “pretty”(eg weep and wail), he becomes the character in the series and releases his emotions naturally according to how the story develops. I can feel his charisma from the way he doesn’t seem to be acting but becoming the character and exuding the emotions of the character from within.
-- changing the subject, is zai still the leading actor in Taiwan tourist bureau’s tv series?
Chai: yes. Jerry’s and Vanness’ itineraries were already arranged, so the story is built on zai and Ken as the main characters. As for Jerry and Vanness, we will think about how we can fit their guest appearances into the series according to their itineraries.
-- I heard it’s a series with 25 episodes and 60-minute per episode. Have you concluded on the storyline yet?
Chai: sorry, not yet, it’s giving me a headache
-- have you decided on the timing of when it will be aired?
Chai: well you have to ask the tourist bureau for that. I think it’s close to being decided, but I am not allowed to tell
-- is it going to be a love story
Chai: because it is a series that has to show the Taiwan tourist attractions, we want to avoid a sad storyline. We want to promote tourism, so we need a story that is light and let the audience feel relaxed. But because we need to work the tourist spots into the story, the script is a bit difficult to write. What do you think if the central characters are taxi drivers?
-- actually if they are taxi drivers, it would be quite convincing to be driving around the attractions.
Chai: you think so too! We have not decided on the details yet, but it should be an interesting drama series.

Been lurking at this thread everyday and just a friendly reminder, all ratings of MG and MG related stories should be best posted in the Meteor Garden thread at the Television section. Please, let us not flood tsinoy with multiple posts of the same story. If you want to post it here, I suggest just posting a short message then link the article. This thread used to be clean of this kind of OT stuff. Ika nga, there's a place for everything.
On Poor Prince, of all ZZ's dramas, that's the one drama that I have searched high and low for subs. I have a copy of that drama in vcds and have watched them even without subs. Hmm maybe we can request d-addicts to do the subbing? Sayang because it's a funny drama. and it showcased ZZ's comedic talent.
I've recently watched Silence. ZZ's acting is superb. Broke my heart when I saw the finale. That's the reason why I have been putting off watching it because (no offense meant) I have no patience for its long winded sub stories (and I tell you this drama was full of them) and i'm not into its heartbreaking ending. But ZZ's acting was great, the chemistry between him and Park is evident even with the language barrier. Even the love story is touching.
I'm looking forward to Delicious Relationship since it is based on a manga, like Mars, MG 1 and Poor Prince, which is more my cup of tea. Plus, ZZ will be playing a "sungit" chef. He is so adorable when he's "sungit". :)

--What was your first impression of F4
Cai: We spent 2 months casting F4, and on the day of the final casting meeting, I was sick with flu and chose these four under the condition of feeling sick and dizzy, so I don’t really remember my first impression of them (laugh).
--When you first met them, did they already shine as idols would, or emitted the air of actors?
Cai：Not really, they were still just ordinary young men then,
--As the director, when you were making MG, did you tell each of them what they needed to overcome as an actor?
Cai：Yes, when shooting reached a certain stage, I did talk to each of them separately to let them know the areas that each of them needed to pay attention to and overcome.
--What were the areas of improvement that Jerry and Vic had to work on doing the shoot?
Cai：To a certain extent, each of them had some areas they had to improve on, and all of them worked hard to try to do so. As for Zai, I guess he was a bit weak in the clarity in his diction (laugh), but now his acting has already improved in leaps and bounds. At the time, I didn’t throw a temper at them, the main reason being that they were all working hard and seriously to do a good job, and even though their acting skills were raw, as long as they are serious and diligent, I am fine . . .
--What were your impressions of Jerry and Zai in MG?
Cai：I really don’t remember very well now. But the first time I saw the four of them appearing at the scene wearing costumes and make up, I thought immediately that they would become popular. The most memorable scene is in the first episode when they stopped their cars, came out and stood together , at that instant I was convinced that they would be popular. They had that air, and they were very handsome. They portrayed perfectly the manga’s description of the four characters. When I was shooting that scene, I was also convinced that the series would be successful.
-- Are there any differences in Jerry and Zai’s acting?
Cai：Their acting methods are fundamentally different. Of course it was also partly due to the differences in their respective roles. HuaZeLei is quiet whereas DaoMingZhi is direct and open. Those two characters really fitted the two’s personality.

--Why did you cast Zai in MARS?
Cai： MARS . . . it was intended to let Zai play a role that was a breakthrough for him. Actually, even during the MG period, we were already thinking of having them act in different roles and characters. Especially Zai, he has his introverted and juvenile sides, which overlaps to some extent with the character in MARS, and we hoped that through the character in MARS, we could explore a side of Zai that people don’t know about and also discover his potential.
-- So it must have been a difficult task for Zai
Cai：Actually no, I don’t think it was a problem to Zai at all, the role of Chen Ling wasn’t difficult for Zai. Compared to Hua Ze Lei, the requirements in acting out the role of Chen Ling entailed a bit more of expressions of inner feelings. Acting dual roles wasn’t difficult for Zai at the time. At the first shooting of the twin scene, Zai was very positive and said “I can do well”.
YU: Actually, Zai’s acting was even better than what I had expected.
-- Have you watched any of Zai’s current works?
Cai: Of course we’ve watched our own productions, but we seldom watch the works which we did not participate in (laugh). But at least in MARS, Zai surpassed a tremendous test in his acting.
-- So Zai has transformed from an idol into an actor through MARS. Does director Cai think you are the only one who can let these two become a real actor?
Cai：No, but after we finished MG, I really hoped for each of them to become superstars.
YU: Recently zai has been working with famous Hong Kong director, Johnny To, filming has been secretly in progress, apparently the movie has been completed, we look forward to Zai’s success.
Cai：Johnny To is a terrific director, but even I don’t know what is the movie about.
YU: I am a bit worried about whether Zai can successfully blend into Johnny To’s work, because there seems to be quite a big difference in director To’s style and zai’s qualities.

YU: Both Jerry and Zaizai are so lovable. The thought of winning an award never came to them. All the Taiwanese media told us that with MARS, Zai is sure to be nominated for best actor in The Golden Bell Awards. Zai’s acting certainly deserved it, but in the end, he wasn’t nominated. When the news broke, some reporters immediately called to say they will write to the newspapers to complain. I also asked the media and the judges to watch it again, but of course we were ignored (laugh)! So even now, I still want to say: Everyone, Zai was awesome in MARS!
-- Certainly, MARS was very different from other drama series Zai has worked on in terms of its sense of reality and character buildup. If you were asked to award each of them marks for their performances, Zai in MARS and Jerry in The Hospital, what would they be?
Cai: I am really not good with numbers. But both of them had shown tremendous improvement in their acting. Honestly, it was much better than what I expected before filming started.
YU: Rather than marks, it would probably give more insight and be easier for you to understand the effort each of them committed to these works if we talked about how they prepared for their respective roles. Zai is the type of actor, who thinks deeply and thoroughly through his role; when he is the character he doesn’t even pay attention to the director, he just concentrates quietly to merge into his character. Jerry is the type who needs to discuss and communicate with others from different angles. They are totally different.
Cai: Just now it was mentioned that Zai doesn’t pay attention to the director, that’s because he has already completely entered into his own world. At the set, Zai is not very responsive and doesn’t move much, he’s completely in a hypnotic state. It looks to people as if he is in isolation and uncommunicative. This is because he is already into his character; of course it also had to do with the character. Jerry needs to exchange views with many people; he likes to get advice from others who are experienced. They are completely different in their approach to character study and preparation. Zai likes to explore by himself, and when he has come to a conclusion to a certain extent, he would come and discuss with me, and through our discussions, we would reach a mutually agreeable way to begin our filming.
-- does a director prefer to work with a certain type?
Cai: Not really, as long as we understand their approach.
YU: Actually in the beginning, I wasn’t very used to Zai’s approach to submerging into his character. He wasn’t responsive no matter what the director said. When I saw him like that, I asked people “what is he thinking?” There was one time when the director was telling him something about the character, Zai started to cry because he was already into the character and into that hypnotic state. So when you work with Zai, you must let him have a comfort zone where he can quietly relax, because at the set, no matter when or where, he is the character and into the hypnotic state. As for Jerry . . . , they are completely different. Directors always have a sense of mission in everything, so we always ponder, whether there’s anything we can do for Zai, or for Jerry, or things such as ways that can let them change/grow in our works.
-- The central topic of this magazine is “Two extremely different actors who might possibly hold the future of Taiwan wave drama series and movies”, what are your thoughts about this topic?
YU: You can say that, the two of them are completely different in type and personality.
Cai: Just as you said, I think both of them potentially will become a crucial part of Taiwan’s drama series and movies, I think they will be influential.
-- Jerry and Zai started in the entertainment world as idols and have worked hard to become the ultra-popular idols that they are today, and they have also become outstanding actors. For those newcomer idols who are just starting out, this must be a pattern to success that they can learn from and follow as example.
YU: Yes, we look forward to it.
-- I guess for Jerry and Zai as actors, the most important point would be to have your direction and take part in your productions
Cai: Haha. I hope so too. Up to now it seems to be, and I hope this will also be their focus. I hope there will be opportunities to work with them again in the future.

On Poor Prince, of all ZZ's dramas (http://www.tsinoy.com/forum/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=716823#), that's the one drama that I have searched high and low for subs. I have a copy of that drama in vcds and have watched them even without subs. Hmm maybe we can request d-addicts to do the subbing? Sayang because it's a funny drama. and it showcased ZZ's comedic (http://www.tsinoy.com/forum/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=716823#) talent.
I've recently watched Silence. ZZ's acting is superb. Broke my heart when I saw the finale. That's the reason why I have been putting off watching it because (no offense meant) I have no patience for its long winded sub stories (and I tell you this drama was full of them) and i'm not into its heartbreaking ending. But ZZ's acting was great, the chemistry between him and Park is evident even with the language barrier. Even the love story is touching.
I'm looking forward to Delicious Relationship since it is based on a manga, like Mars, MG 1 and Poor Prince, which is more my cup of tea. Plus, ZZ will be playing a "sungit" chef. He is so adorable when he's "sungit". :)

good morning sa lahat ng fans ni zaizai. me pag-asa kayang marequest sa d-addicts na i-sub ang poor prince. sa gma kaya, kung wala silang planong i-rewind ito, me chance kayang kahit magrequest na lang na bigyan tayo ng copy ng poor prince, parang oorder ka sa kanila, siguro sisingilin ka rin, pero reasonable price sana, para sa mga fans na tulad natin na gustong magkaron ng copy ng poor prince. parang malabo, noh, na pansinin tayo, pero sana pwede. sobrang gusto ko lang talaga magkaron ng poor prince, either with english subs or tagalized. mayron nga ako kaso tulad ng sa inyo, mandarin din. sayang talaga kasi non pinalabas ito dito, hindi ko naisip na i-record, me rewind pa nga ito pag weekend. hindi ko kasi akalain na maiin-love ako ng ganito ke zz.

about Poor Prince being subbed, according to my friend, there's a subbing team or a person yata na isa-sub ang mga F4 series na walang subs and that includes Poor Prince. I'll verify with my friend about that.

marszz -- for info lang, kaya ko napapanood ang MARS ulet kasi ito yung pinapanood ko na sa officemate ko every lunch time dito sa office. remember nanonood kami ng MG 1 & 2 before during lunch time? so it's MARS' turn naman. kaya that explains why i am able to watch it again. and also for info din, CETV is re-airing MARS. i was able to watch the 12th chapter last sunday. di ko lang alam kung every day say or every weekend. besides if it was everyday, di ko din maaabutan kasi tuwing hapon lang sya.
and about SILENCE, sad to say ay natapos na sya't lahat sa QTV ay di ko pa natatapos panoorin sa house. LOL! wala ngang time, sobra. ang dami ko pang gustong panoorin pero wala lang time.

Zai said both himself and Da S are busy with work and don't have the time to get married, not to say having kids.
Lately, Zai became an uncle coz his older brother who is older by 1 year juz had a son. The baby is now 2 months old and as his brother and sister in law are both working, the baby is looked after by Zai's mum. Zai laughed and said, it's very tiring looking are kids, at times even his mum couldn't take it. There was once she suddenly went out to play mahjong to take a breather.

naku, hindi na pala si zaizai ang baby bunso ng pamilya nila, me bagong bunso na sa kanila, pero para sa atin siya pa rin ang bunso ng f4. parang naiinggit ako sa nanay ng pamangkin niya kasi buti pa siya nakikita niya at nakakasama si zaizai, kasi dati yon nanay lang ni zz ang babae sa kanila, sila lang ng kuya niya. pero nakakainggit talaga siya kasi brother-in-law na niya si zz, hindi niya problema ang makalapit at makausap si zz, tapos pati anak niya, i'm sure kakargahin at hahalikan pa yon ni zz pag natutuwa siya, baka pipisil-pisilin pa ang pisngi, sana ako na lang ang baby, (at gusto pang bilhin,) o kahit sister-in-law, makapasok lang sa pribadong buhay niya, kasi hindi ko na kayo kakatalunin sa willingness nyong magpaanak sa kanya, hehehe.

Zai arrived in Hong Kong at 3pm the day b4, and headed straight to Director's Du's office, without even going to hotel to place his luggage. But there are still many well-informed fans who heard of the news and rushed to get Zai's autograph.
The funny thing was, knowing that Zai has arrived, Director Du brought his wife and family members to the office to see Zai.
Seems that Director Du's relatives are Zai's fans. They stayed for 1/2 hr before leaving. Zai recorded from afternoon to sligtly after midnight, for about 9 hours. He was very serious at work, during which, there were 2 delivery orders of food.
Zai spent 1 day to finish dubbing, and returned to Taiwan yesterday.

oo nga, sana makagawa rin si zz ng movie dito tulad ng gagawin ni ken. kaya lang alam naman natin na sobrang busy siya at hanggang 2009 ay fully booked na siya. pero si ken din naman alam kong busy din, pero naisingit, kung matutuloy ngang gumawa siya ng movie dito. di ba nagshoshooting pa sila ng para sa tourism ng taiwan, baka naman after, pero ganyan naman ang showbiz, lahat me paraan. kainggit lang talaga kasi napanood ko kanina sa unang hirit, na gagawa nga raw si ken ng movie dito, under gma, sana si zz din, tutal lagi naman sa gma mga drama niya pinalalabas, ang problema lang kasi ke zz, di tulad ni ken na fluent sa english. pero naniniwala akong marunong mag-english si zz, takot lang, walang confidence o nahihiya.

hi mcbeal! it's been a long time. i didn't know naman na may subs pala ang Poor Prince. thanks for sharing. been watching that series for a long time without subs...parang what i did to Silence pero at least now meron syang subs kaya i got to understand the story fully, hehehe...
wow, can't wait for Delicious Relationship subs and of course the series itself. something new for Zai. it's only now that i will see him as a chef...interesting.
