Barbie and Dee Hsu have both had a rather sweet and happy Chinese New Year's. Despite the recent tragic passing of Hsu WeiLun, Barbie and Vic's affection has remained unchanged. On the afternoon of the day before yesterday, the young couple, together with Dee, met Patty Hou PeiCen for afternoon tea. Afterwards, they strolled off for some shopping, hand in hand. Looking very loving, Dee and husband Hsu YaJun (Mike) browsed the kitchenwares department (Note: "nian T T" actually means that they were "all over each other," if I'm not mistaken). It is rumored that she is following the advice of a famous fortune teller, who advised her not to move into her new house which, nearing three hundred million yuan, is fit for an emperor, before the New Year. Hsu MaMa denied yesterday, however, that they were following the advice of any fortune teller: "The new house is like an active construction site, with live hammering and banging. We're simply not convinced it's the right time to move in!"

On the afternoon of the day before yesterday, a reporter spotted Barbie and Dee having tea with Patty Hou PeiCen. After they finished, ZaiZai and Mike split up respectively with Barbie and Dee. The four of them went to the shopping district to purchase some "daily necessities." Both pairs of "silver lovers" attracted the attention and stares of many passers-by. Nevertheless, while window-shopping, ZaiZai took the initiative, reaching out to take Barbie's hand in his own and following her wherever she went.

After Meeting Four Times, The Two Put Their Arms Around Each Other's Shoulders

ZaiZai's mood has been despondent lately due to the tragic passing of his ex-girlfriend Hsu WeiLun. For a while, he went around unshaven and looking like a "wandering spirit." But now, his face looked like the spring breeze-- vibrant and happy-- and so it looks as though his emotional scars have begun to heal.

Hsu MaMa confirmed that ZaiZai's mood has improved a lot recently. She also said that she had suggested to Barbie in the past that she ought to take ZaiZai out more often... to take in the sun; this would help him recover. Barbie indicated that ZaiZai and she have already paid joint visits to their respective families this year, as well as mutually "bai nian" (pay their New Year's respects/calls). Obviously, their relationship/love has reached yet another level.

Meanwhile, Dee and Mike browsed the kitchenwares department. At first, the two shopped separately; only after crossing paths four times did the two sweetly put their arms around each other. Afterwards, Dee rode off in Mike's new Lexus (worth 4 million) to go to their "di bao (literally, treasure of the emperor... I think this is the nickname for their new house)." Dee also happily revealed that her brief "vacation" (during the New Year's period) was made possible by her parents-in-law, who travelled north to care for Hsu QiaoNiu.

Their New Home Is Not Fully Decorated

Mike's family had previously bought two neighboring "di bao" suites on the 18th floor, the combined value of which nears three hundred million yuan. They then knocked down the adjoining walls between the suites to combine the two into one, thus making it easier for the parents-in-law to take care of their new granddaughter, Hsu QiaoNiu. A fortune teller had pronounced that the "feng shui" (geomancy) of "di bao" is quite good, but cautioned that the "climate" last year for moving and entering new places was unfavorable, particularly to Mike's business and the young child. Thus, the family decided to wait until after the New Year to move in.

As for Hsu MaMa's denial of those motives, she said, "Ah, we were very busy before the New Year, so we've waited until now." Additionally, all the furnishing and decorating of the new home was left up to the discretion and management of Mike, who required perfection. The most important thing to him is that his family live in comfort and happiness. It had not been finished yet, so they were not able to move in until now.

After the recent death of Hsu WeiLun, the two of them have realized that they must treasure what they have. Thus, their relationship and love has grown even stronger and more stable. This year, we could possibly see a child, which would result in marriage. We hope that they blossom and bear fruit.

Jiang PoLe (a fortune teller):
The death of Hsu WeiLun actually did not affect them that much. This year, however, ZaiZai has more potential for success than Barbie. They also have good luck, though; this is the crucial year of their relationship. Barbie could become pregnant, thus compelling ZaiZai to marry. However, if they don't marry this year, then we fear that they will bid each other farewell at the end of the year.

As the youngest one in F4, the biggest difference distinguishing Vic from other F3 is, he is so honest about his relationship, which is impossible for other pop stars. His relationship with DaS Barbie Hsu has been almost 2 years, and keeps being very stable and sweet. The two always give good comments to the other and become the golden couple in the entertainment world.

However, in the recent two years, Vic' love world is more mentioned than his career by the media. This year, Vic will not only keep effort on the TV shows, he'll also have a new personal musical CD, become the representative with other F3 for tourism bureau of Taiwan, and will have one F4 concert as well. He has also opened his person official website recently, which will let more chances to communicate with his fans.

Yey! Finally, new pics of ZaiZai and Bie together. Im so happy that they're going strong after what happened to XuWeiLun and after what the media speculated that XuWeiLun's death could greatly affect their relationship. Huh! A sigh of relief seeing ZaiZai smile. glad that he's doing ok now. XuMaMa is right, Bie should often take ZaiZai out - to let him feel that it is ok to be happy.

Anyways, thanks for posting those new pics of ZaizAi from that Japanese mags. He is looking so fine. Gwapo talaga! Sana nga magkatotoo na ang hula na mabubuntis si Bie. that would be a good news! Di ba?

Sundream ramps up production


Movie unit expands into international sales, video

Sundream Motion Pictures is ramping up its business beyond production for 2007.
Sundream, which launched in 2005 as a movie division of i-Cable's paybox Cable TV, released four films last year: "A Battle of Wits," "Nothing Is Impossible," "49 Days" and "Twins Mission."

Now, Sundream is its own subsid of i-Cable and is expanding its horizons to international film sales and video distribution, as well as theatrical distribution for Hong Kong.

Handling all aspects of distribution is Otto Leong, VP for distribution for both Sundream and Cable TV. Hong Kong's Filmart, which runs March 20-23, will be Leong's first market for Sundream.

The focus at Filmart will be "Eye in the Sky," helmed by Yau Nai-hoi and produced by Johnnie To. Pic preemed in Berlin's Forum section and will have its Asian premiere at the Hong Kong Intl. Film Festival.

Other pics on Sundream's slate include Johnnie To's "Linger," a China co-production with Sil-Metropole. Romantic drama, for which shooting has wrapped, stars Li Bingbing and Vic Chou (of boy band F4).

"Linger" will probably launch at Cannes, said Tom Cheung, VP of business development.

Production on "Howling Arrow," helmed by Sammo Hung, who also stars, was pushed back to accommodate the schedules of Hung and actors; shooting will start in September or October. The $16 million co-production with China's Huayi Brothers is a tribute to martial arts set in northeast China during the late Qing dynasty.

Projects in development include another by Yau -- a thriller in the Hitchcock vein-- that will be produced by To. Budget is $1.5 million-$1.9 million. Pic, which has only a Chinese working title, will begin shooting this year.

Law Wing-cheong ("2 Become 1") also will shoot a film this year produced by To. The black comedy will have the same budget as Yau's film.

Sundream also has a pic about a court case during the Qing Dynasty. The $2.5 million-$3 million film should begin shooting in May or June this year. The director is still being confirmed, Cheung said.

These three pics will all be China co-productions, but partners haven't yet been chosen.

For the last two projects of the year, Sundream is bringing in a Taiwan director and a mainland Chinese director to work on separate Hong Kong productions.

Aim is to see if they have new ideas to inject into Hong Kong production, Cheung said. "Instead of limiting ourselves within Hong Kong, we want to have a broader view of the Greater China territory."

While Sundream is plugging into other avenues of the film business, it's concentrating only on its own films for distribution. Company is trying "to get more experience first" before taking on other pics, Cheung said.

Vic: To my mum during elementary schooldays. Because when I was young, I was very close to my mum, so I would say 'I love you' to her, say something happy like that to let her know.
Janice: Hm-mm. How about other girls?

nabasa ko sa AF website na sa abs ipapalabas ang silence. but im not sure of that. sana naman abs na lang ang kumuha kc diba last time nung pinalabas ang mars sa qtv halos di ko napanood yun dahil sa timeslot na binigay nila and kasabay ng ibang mga magagandang show. and as i remember kaka-air pa lang ng qtv that time kaya maraming di nakapanood nung mars. and walang commercial promo kaya yung iba di alam na pinapalabas ito. hay!!! kahit na meron akong copy of mars series gusto ko pa ring panoorin in tagalog. sayang naman ang silence kc maganda ang series na to.. actually i recommeded it to all my friends to watch this very good series. i hope i primetime nila ito kc for me may quality to and im sure magugustuhan to ng mga tao.

i also waited for city of sky na ipalabas sa abs o kahit sa chanel 7 basta naman ilagay nila sa magandang slot kc maganda city of sky tulad ng mga ibang palabas pa ng f4. the hospital also with jerry ang tagal na ring napromote ng abs pero until now di pa rin nila pinapalabas but im sure abs were planning to get it on the primetime i hope di nila tayo bibiguin. hahahah (ang drama ko diba!!!!) :D seriously..... (sb nga ni vanness) MAHAL KO KAYO!!!! hahahaha!!!! :p

i checked the barbie link in abs forum and i noticed that silence is printed in red. being the only one in red print, i read below two stars as legend sign, "unconfirmed" for light red. although it was'nt light red and there's no two stars sign for legend on silence, i think it is unconfirmed for silence since it is the only one on red print. i have read in the gma thread that silence is one in their list of taiwanese dramas and also in the silence thread it was long ago confirmed that gma got it. although i've been watching qtv from time to time eversince greenranger said that she saw silence teaser, i still have to see it yet. another fan, i think its xiaotianjie, have seen the teaser too. i only hope gma changes its mind and have it aired in gma instead in qtv. and that the dubbing will be better (bakit iyon mga korean dramas nila maaayos naman ang dubbing) and the cuts, too. whatever, sana lang maipalabas na agad ang silence at di masayang ang ganda nito at di matulad sa nangyari sa mars.

sa wakas, nakita ko na rin iyon teaser ng silence sa qtv kanina, dalawang beses pang magkasunod. ako rin, pangarap ko rin mapanood ulit ang poor prince. sana makarating sa qtv/gma at i-rewind nila. kaso puro korean ang inirerewind. non bago pa lang nga ang qtv inisip ko na sana ipalabas don ang poor prince, kasi nga ang dami nilang rewind, pero kakahintay ko, wala rin. hindi pala ako nag-iisa na nangangarap sa rewind ng poor prince.

SILENCE on QTv?! Well. well, well...
When QTv was launched on Nov 2005, it was n o t h i n g. There was even no program worth watching. But when god mars was aired Feb 2006, suddenly the station came to life. Advertisement came in w/c means money for the network. I just hope that the management will realize that.Moreover, review it..
I just hope that they will give SILENCE the treatment it deserves. If only ABS was the one who get the rights for showing it, there'll be no worries. No questions at all. Because we knew how they handle those kind of things. For them, it means business thats why they take it seriously in terms of handling promotions, etc.
If it's going to be aired on QTv, so be it. I dont care! I dont care in asense that I've been disaappointed once during the airing of mars. I dont want to be disappointed the second time around. I had used all my powers and efforts sending suggestions to GMa but they were deaf..mute..blind..
I know in my heart that MARS and SILENCE are precious gems. These are the product of Zaizai's determination..

Zai Zai sings a Japanese song to show his love, shouts ‘Help me’ when he forgets his lyrics

At his fan club inauguration last night in Tokyo, Zai Zai chose to sing the Japanese evergreen song by ‘I Love You’ by Ozaki Yutaka to make his 3000 female fans happy as well as to show his love for them even though he was not familiar with the Japanese language. He forgot the lyrics and was so flustered that he shouted “Help me” to get help from his fans.

In the 2 months that his fan club had been established, thousands of fans registered and many fought for the post of Chairman. To show his sincerity, Zai Zai organized 3 fan club inaugurations in Tokyo and Kobe. Eight thousand fans signed up for this activity. To close the gap between himself and his Japanese fans, Zai Zai practiced a Japanese song at home for a week, relying on romaji and tones of the words to remember the Japanese words. However when he stood on stage, he relied on his intelligence and small notes to take on the half hour challenge of the Japanese language.

Cracked jokes the moment he opened his mouth, asked who touched his butt

When Zai Zai entered the room, he was surrounded by a large group of fans. He cracked a joke the moment he opened his mouth asking, “Who was it who touched my butt just now?” He then introduced himself in simple but fluent Japanese, and chose a lucky female fan to go on stage to receive her official fan club identification. Seeing that she was too nervous, Zai Zai repeatedly tried to comfort her saying “Dai Jou Bu (It’s ok)”, and laughed saying that he did not know if it was her luck or misfortune to be chosen to go on stage. However his lazy sound resurfaced again, making ‘Huo’ (misfortune) to sound like ‘Four’.

Zai Zai sang Japanese songs for the first time, and forgot the lyrics twice. He explained he took 5 days to translate the lyrics to ‘I Love You’, and the part which he forgot was incidentally the hardest part of the song. When he forgot the lyrics, he flusteredly called for help and took off his tie after he managed to get past the crisis.

Playing hitting palms game (High 5) with fans, he pitifully said his hands were swollen

Besides singing, Zai Zai played a game ‘Give Me 5’ with 500 fans. The fans who were chosen were jumping for joy and rushed on stage, hitting Zai Zai’s palms with all their strength. This caused him to shout that it was painful repeatedly, and could only pitifully say, “My hands are red, swollen!” to hint to his fans to be gentler. Later he went off stage to allow fans to take him as a monkey to play around. He self professed to be the ‘beautiful monkey king Sun Wu Kong’ and was humourous.

Many goods friends called or messaged Zai Zai to do his best at this fan club gathering in Tokyo. Jerry Yen even sent flowers to congratulate him. Da S also called to give her encouragement. Zai Zai said, “Da S and I often call each other to encourage each other. She asked me not to be nervous. I will do my best!”

Short-haired Zai Zai suddenly very thin; Da S�fs mother praises him to be cute

Zai Zai suddenly grew very thin causing Japanese fans to almost not recognize him. However his future mother-in-law Mother Xu thought that Zai Zai grew cuter as he grew thinner?

Last night, Zai Zai attended a function in Tokyo. Compared to when he last appeared in Tokyo in the beginning of March, he has lost a lot of weight. Apparently the reason for this was because he had a poor appetite when filming Delicious Relationship”ü–¡è�ŒW earlier. Zai Zai imitates a monkey teasing the Japanese girls; not time to have a baby yet as he wants to concentrate on career

As to whether Xiao S was pregnant for the second time, Zai Zai was not willing to confirm this rumour. He said that he was not a good ‘father’ and although reporters had photographed him taking care of Xu Xiao Niu, the truth was that they took those pictures when he coincidentally carried her; conversely it was her mother (Xiao S) and aunt (Da S) who were greater. Lastly, Zai Zai revealed that he did not dare to help Xu Qiao Niu change diapers because she was a girl, and he will be embarrassed.

Mother Xu accidentally confirmed that Xiao S was pregnant with her second child when she was playing mahjong. When Zai Zai was asked about this matter in Tokyo, he looked shocked and asked, “Really? Mother Xu said that?” But Zai Zai insisted on keeping it a secret and remained tight-lipped on this matter, saying that he did not talk to Mother Xu or Xiao S on this but said that the child’s health was the most important thing.

Earlier the media had photographed Zai Zai and Da S helping to take care of Xiao S’s daughter Xu Qiao Niu, and praised Zai Zai for having the qualities of a good ‘father’. Dee said, after she became more familiar with Vic, she found out Vic would watch Andy Lau (Vic is Andy's fan)'s concert DVD, yelling "Come on everybody!" and singing Andy's song "Not a big deal for a man to cry".

Dee said Vic would watch Andy's concert DVD or read Fans' letter even when he goes to bathroom, but the point is that he has to squat. Vanness was curious how Vic could do that and said "well done" after Vic "showed" him. KangYong said "we shouldn't have talked about these about F4."

Dee said that the media always thinks Barbie is the one who's eager for the marriage, and Vic should say something good for Barbie. Vic said his recent slim-down has nothing to do with Barbie, it is because that he had so much pressure to learn Japanese songs in Japanese. Actually Ken and Vic went to the gym once with Vanness once. Vanness would run for a long time listening to music, but they two couldn't run more than 15 minutes and started hating to work out. "But I could run for half an hour now, with the encourage from Barbie", Vic said.

When being asked "if Barbie and Angie Chai fell into water, which one would you go to save first?" Vic said "Barbie".......

Thanks for sharing here the photos. Are these recent? So, he had his hair cut now to short one. I still prefer him with long hair, he's sexier & hot, more handsome. And it looks like that he lost a little weight here. I hope he could gain more pounds for him to look younger. :o
