The Parco art museum web page mentions something about Mars

Props used to shoot the GP racing scenes in Mars will be displayed in the exhibition.

Some Zaizai fans plan to send flowers to celebrate the exhibition.

It costs 10,000 Japanese yen. Quite expensive.

Jin saw an F4 exhibition flyer when she was at Shibuya Parco on 3/4 to spend over 10,000 Japanese yen for a white Zaizai poster.

See her log entry dated 2005-03-05 03:53:23 (http://jinemongogo5.ameblo.jp/entry-4d98515ffe2b1e124ed282203dd8d164.html) for pictures of the front and back sides of the flyer.

On the bottom of the back side of the flyer:

1. The first 1000 customers who spend more than 10,000 Japanese yen at a time will receive as a present a full-B size Vic Chou poster, specially made by the exhibition.

(I think it's the white Zaizai poster.)

2. Special live broadcast on Tokyo FM at Spain Zaka Studio at 9:00 PM on Friday 3/11. There will be guest(s).

(She posted on the early morning of 3/5, even before ft.tv issued a mail magazine. Up until Tokyo FM posted Zaizai and DaS as the guests on the SpainZaka Studio page, people had been guessing whether Zaizai would be on the program.)

3. Jin didn't type up the 3rd item. But I think it's about the secrete URL for downloading the black Zaizai poster from 10:00 AM Friday 3/11 to 8:30 PM Monday 3/14 at the venue of "Meteor Garden F4 World" exhibition.

(The reason I say it is the black Zaizai poster is because I can see "ラブチュー" on the flyer picture. "ラブチュー" is how the black poster is being referred to.)

Tidbits on the white Zaizai poster

Actually Parco stores have more white Zaizai posters than listed on the Parco White Day web page.

For example, Shinsaibashi Parco in Osaka had to double the number of white Zaizai posters, i.e. from 100 to 200, even before it opened the store at 11:00 PM on 3/4 because there was already a long line of people waiting to spend more than 10,000 Japanese yen respectively for a white Zaizai poster.

As Zaizai is more famous in Kansai and Osaka is the biggest city in Kansai, Shinsaibashi Parco had the most fans waiting in line early on the morning of March 4, 2005.

Shinsaibashi Parco stopped exchanging for the white Zaizai poster on the first day. Who knows how many it had actually stocked. Anyway, it ran out of all its supply on the first day of distribution.

Even with heavy snow and schools closing in Tokyo, Shibuya Parco still finished the 200 posters and even more. Some fan wrote that she arrived after 18:30 on 3/4 and her number was 1236. (Message No. 536 on http://bbs3.aimix-z.com/gbbs.cgi?room=viczai (http://bbs3.aimix-z.com/gbbs.cgi?room=viczai)).

Someone think the real number people received at Shibuya Parco was the number minus 1000, which makes sense if you consider that there are 1000 posters designated to be exchanged for at the exhibition.

I'll gradually post some of the experiences fan have described on their web log.

Jin went out on the night of Feb. 28 to take pictures of the outdoor ads. We were all astonished by the size of the white Zaizai ad when we saw the pictures she posted. At the time she took pictures, only the humongous white Zaizai ad was set up, but not the other ads.
We have seen pictures of the outdoor ads subsequently posted by several other fans, but we haven't seen pictures of ururu.
ururu not only took pictures on the morning of 3/1 but also described the various sizes of outdoor ads with respect to each other. Click here to see her pictures in the log entry dated 2005-03-01.
The first picture including both white Zaizai and Mars Zaizai was taken from the narrow, little street called Spain Zaka.

I guessed she was already prepared for how big the white Zaizai ad was, but not the photo album ad. She was really surprised by its size. Just got home.

Let me just say first that my report will disappoint all of you…forgive me…

We got to the airport today at around 10:00am.

Went to fall in line in the space Japanese JM cocochan reserved for me

She got there at 8:10, and already there were some fans waiting.

cocochan got to reserve a few spaces in the second row. Not bad. Zai will certainly pass by here.

We will definitely see him.

Around 12:00 noon, there are about 200 people

Zai will arrive in Japan at approximately 12:40

And will probably have to wait until about 13:30 before coming out

The security people told everyone to welcome Zai sitting down

Everyone was very cooperative, and sat down (on the floor)

The whole airport looked like elementary students listening to the teacher’s instructions.

My feet were black and blue from all that squatting down.

12:40 already, and still Zai didn’t come out

At 13:30 Zai finally came out

Everyone was just sitting there, but as soon as Zai came out everybody started shouting

The security people were worried and flustered, and kept shouting "Sit down! Sit down!"

Which in turn made the scene even more chaotic.

I saw ZaiZai, afterwards he also passed right in front of us,

but everything happened too quickly, like lightning!

Wasn’t even for 3 seconds, and already he "sailed" past me…

There were 7 of us, and no one managed to take any picture…

What’s worse is, some people didn’t even see what he looked like before he disappeared!!!

I guess I can consider myself one of the luckier ones…I at least saw him…

Zai most probably didn’t see Vicpower’s sign…

Sorry...I failed to do my duty...

Don’t know why Zai kept looking at the opposite side and not our side!!!

Everything happened too fast. They came out and walked only for a short distance, not even as long as 30 seconds!

After that they disappeared from my sight. I couldn’t see them, but I’m guessing that they went back inside, and used the VIP passageway.

I’m really so sorry…

Up to now I can’t believe how quickly everything happened…

Vicpower members most probably weren’t able to take pictures

But…specially appointed member Hanakokoro did manage to take some clip!

Very clear too!!!

Because she was late so didn’t have to squat down, just stood at the back, nothing to obstruct the view, so the clip is very clear!!!

We can just wait for her. Zai will go back on the 12th.

I just got home, so I didn’t see the news

But there was a report about ZaiZai in the news

It said that there are 850 people there

And that he’s an Asian superstar!

They even showed clips of F4’s concert in the Philippines, and also Meteor Garden.

Forgot to mention a short anecdote. When Zai came out from the back, a fan was waving a Lilo and Stitch "Stitch" stuffed toy in her hands. And what do you know, Zai unexpectedly but automatically walked over to the fan and accepted the gift himself! So envious!!!

When asked to say something to the fans, Zai said, "konnichiwa".

Can anyone translate this? It says (I think) that although the officially reported number of fans present at the airport is 850, for those who were there the number is closer to (or more than) 1,000.

というわけでやってきた本日2005年3月9日！都内某所の親戚の家に泊まらせていただきました。
4:00　　　出発駅に着いたら駅のシャッターがちょうど開くところでした。
4:30ごろ　某線始発電車、発車。
4:40　　　乗り換え駅到着。シャッターが開かず少々待ちました。
5:00すぎ　某線始発電車、発車。成田へ。
6:40　　　成田空港着。AとBの両方の到着口へ行きましたがAに迷が少々。15,6人という感じ。
7:45　　　迷の数100人くらい。
8:30　　　　　 150人くらい。
9:00　　　　　　200人くらい。
9:30　　　　　　300人くらい。ここら辺まできて驚きを隠せない私。これ、1000人くらいになるんじゃないの!?一人で行って、同様に一人できた迷の友人が出来ましたが、皆関東でまわりに友達がいないとのこと。でも関東での知名度のわりに

9:30で300人ほど。みんな女の子なのでやっぱ仔仔迷ですよね。9～10時がホント過ぎるのが遅くて座ると警備員さんに注意されるし疲れたなあと思った頃、警備の準備が本格的に始まりました。

11:00　　　 フジテレビ関係の人がきて準備。近かったので色々聞けました。今、840人くらいで予想外に多いらしく対処に追われているそうです。　　　　　　パクヨンハが仔仔たちの30分前で流れて来る可能性もあると話しておられました。（後で知りましたが彼は3000人だったそうです）

12:00ごろ　前2列が座らされますが結局全員座って来日を迎えろとの指示。あまりにもすごい人に帰ってくる一般の人が時々「誰を待ってるの？」と聞いていました。「台湾の…」と言った瞬間に「ああ知らない」といったように首を振ったり、迷をバックに写真を撮っている人など色々。その中で、中華系の客室乗務員さん3人が仔仔だとわかると中へ戻っていき、迷はもちろん騒いでおりました（笑）

12:44　　　仔仔の乗った飛行機が成田着。55分の予定でした。迷は1000人ほど。到着するとさすがにドキドキしてきてテンションも上がっていきます。私も雰囲気だけで結構満足していたのですがドキドキしてきました。

13:00ごろ　座れと指示されてから1時間。迷の皆さんにも疲れが見える頃。私も結構ぐったり。ヨンハはもう終わった頃かしらと話していました。ここで警備の方が座り、迷が「キャー」と叫んだので「来た!?」と写真を撮ってしまいました。が、一般人でした。似てたんです（笑）

13:40ごろ　もういい加減出てきて…もう一般人さっさと出て…!!と思っていた頃。ついに、真打登場。

しかし、遠くから写真撮っただけで後はもう大混乱に。だって、仔仔たち、一度も止まってくれないし、すっごい早足なんだもん!!
ものの1分ですよ!?私は写真は諦め、生仔仔を堪能。ニモのぬいぐるみをもらって微笑んでました！大Sはニコニコと笑顔がまぶしかった！あの人ホントかわいい！警備の多さに残りの2人を確認するどころではありません。

「仔仔を見れて感動～！」「会えてうれしい～！」などのインタビューがありましたが…私があそこにいた限りでは「見れなくて悔しい」というインタビューの方が正しかったというか大部分だったような。テレビってうまいとこだけ持っていくんですね（笑）

仔仔がニモをもらっていたシーンも映っていましたね！かわいかった！日本のファンへメッセージと言われて「ハイ、コンニチハ！」と一言なところも仔仔らしいっちゃ仔仔らしくてかわいい。しかし、結局のところ仔仔や大Sも会えてうれしかったし写真も撮れて満足なんですが…
「仔仔」と聞いて中に戻っていったスッチーの背中が忘れられない私です。

仔仔大S来日成田レポ というわけでやってきた本日2005年3月9日！都内某所の親戚の家に泊まらせていただきました。

4:40　　　乗り換え駅到着。シャッターが開かず少々待ちました。

Zaizai was presented "NIMO" animal doll by fans and smiling.
Da S was smiling to all fans and she is so cute!
but i can not recognize other members cauz there were too many security guard.

3/10 2000 fans fight to go to ZZ's Japan fan gathering



Vic Chou, who has officially entered the Japanese market, flew to Tokyo yesterday for a 4 day promotional trip. Before his arrival, his drama, advertisement and pictorial posters first invaded busy streets and malls. Incredible!



In order to push "Mars," "Meteor Garden" and other Taiwan dramas into the Japanese market successfully, ZZ and Da S (Barbie Hsu) landed in Tokyo yesterday afternoon for 4 days promotional activities. Because "Meteor Garden" was very well recieved in Japan, ZZ and Da S, as the main leads, have attracted many fans to the airport to wait for them.



Before ZZ went to Japan, he had already secretly invaded many areas in Japan. Because he was invited to be the spokesperson for the company Parco for the March holiday "White Day," plus "Mars" and his pictorial release in Japan, ZZ's posters were seen everywhere.



In addition, the Japanese version of ZZ's pictoral "Liu Lang Meng" was published on March 3rd and sales were very ideal. Only a week after its release, it already earned itself a position in Japan's HMV Pictorial Chart. I dont know whats delaying zai's movie.. but to tell you the truth... although movie is good.. i doubt if it would make it big here in the Philippines... yknow us.. 05/03/10 1 million Da S & Zai Zai goes to Japan to Promote MARS

Yesterday, Da S flew to Tokyo, Japan together with Zai Zai early in the morning to do a 4-day promotions for soon to be aired Taiwan idol play "MARS". "MARS" will hold reporter today in Tokyo for Meet & Greet, will do many interviews with the medias there.

Da S acted the leading role "Meteor Garden" once to broadcast in the Japanese cable TV that, this time act as the leading role "MARS" by her on Guanxi area TV station and predicted to air more in various TV stations around Asia but the Japanese media was extremely curious to "MARS".

Yesterday Da S & main actor Zai Zai arrived at the Narita airport in late afternoon, they hastened the vehicle to go directly to the hotel immediately, As they got stuck in traffic jam, as soon as they arrived at the hotel, everybody didn't even have the time to eat the thing, @ 5 in the afternoon.

Each actor put on the official clothing, took turns in the hotel to accept two magazines interview as well as NHK, the satellite theaters two television stations' visits. They were asked about their feeling in Japan and they said it's very good. Possibly the Japanese media is not ripe to the Taiwan actor.

3/11 Zai Zai occupies Japan for White Day

It's very hard for the flag of the Republic of China to hang in Japan. It's also not easy for posters of "Zai Zai" Vic Chou to be hanging in the streets of Tokyo but ZZ did it.

ZZ went to Japan, along with Da S, Shone An, and Megan Lai, nervous and overjoyed. When walking the streets of Tokyo, especially when passing Parco, you'll find the Japanese's March 14th "White Day" is more like "F4 Zai Zai Day" because his posters are not only hanging in Parco, even on the walls outside are ZZ and F4's drama and pictorial posters.

ZZ's Taiwan Mandarin is back

With the plan mapped out by Japan's hosting unit and Taiwan Comic Family's Chairman Angie Cai, for the past few days Tokyo's streets has had a taste of Taiwan because of ZZ and F4. ZZ has also become a favorite of the media. He has to attend many events like press conferences and fan gatherings. And as for his "Taiwan Mandarin," which took a while to rectify, is back again.



ZZ arrived on Wednesday and stayed at the hotel The Westin Tokyo. In his room was 20 sets of clothing brought from Taiwan. Yi Teng Da, who had designed for "sheng tang jiao fu" before, personally helped ZZ design an even more "fei xun" Japan style. The staff members said confindently that ZZ's handsomeness doesn't lose to SMAP one bit.


But the silly ZZ seemed a little nervous. When taking photos his expression was solemn. It was not until everyone told him to relax did he start with his cold jokes. He stood up and said that he didn't want people taking pictures of him and then faced the wall, making everyone laugh.

When he was interviewed he stressed that from "Meteor Garden" to "Mars," Japanese audiences can see a Yi Lan boy who couldn't correctly pronounce Mandarin slowly getting better and better.

Maybe it was because he was too excited so when he said "yu lai yu bang" (better and better) he pronounced "ang" sound wrong again. This time he said it as "au" so it therefore turned into "yu lai yu bao er." Hearing himself, Da S, Shone, Megan and others laughed.



ZZ laughingly said that he's happy to see the so-called "Chinese flow" extending to Japan's entertainment world. He's very happy that "Mars" will be broadcasting in Japan and he also hopes to be able to work with Director Takeshi Kitano, who he adores.

Da S wants to meet with Higashiyama Noriyuki and Kimura Takuya

Da S revealed that she currently doesn't have any plans of developing in Japan but she hopes that she can meet Kimura Takuya and Higashiyama Noriyuki. If she can't meet them, she'll still be very happy if she had their autographs. Megan hopes that she has the chance to develop in Japan. As for Shone, who loves to joke, he said laughingly that ever since he was 12 years old he's been enchanted by Namie Amuro. If he can work with her, "I'll be willing to do anything, happy."


At 4:30pm yesterday afternoon ZZ and others officially met with the 180 reporters from all over Japan. In the evening there were 2 press conferences for the introduction of "Meteor Garden" and "Mars." Today they have to attend a fan gathering. It's predicted that they'll be returning to Taiwan tomorrow.

Zai Zai loves Xiao Zun, Da S speaks Japanese

Too see their idols, hundreds of fans from Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and other Asian countries lined up at Se Gu since Wednesday night in 5 degrees temperatures. Yesterday afternoon they finally met their beloved ZZ.


During this trip ZZ and Da S will attend 3 press conferences. During the first press conference Da S touched the Japanese media when she spoke Japanese coherently. Da S said in Japanese that she really liked Japan and that she especially loved Japan's rice and dishes.



When she said this it made the Japanese media laugh continously.

ZZ said that he really liked Japanese villages. He visited Xiao Zun once for his pictorial and he thought that Xiao Zun was like his hometown. And he also thinks that he and "Meteor Garden"'s Hua Ze Lei are similar in 3 areas. One is they both like to sleep, two is tenderness and three is they sacrifice for love.

ZZ also praised Da S as a senior and Da S glared at him on the spot. He correctly himself at once and said that she's the most beautiful, appeasing Da S.

The second press conference was held at Parco's F4 World. The arrangement for this exhibition costed millions in Japanese money. ZZ was very happy when he saw that fans lined up through the night to see him.


Millions of Taiwanese dollars were spent on this "Mars" promotional trip plus the F4 World Exhibition, trying to push F4 into the Japanese market by means of "Mars" having the chance to broadcast on 15 different channels in Japan.

It's very hard for the flag of the Republic of China
to hang in Japan. It's also not easy for posters of
"Zai Zai" Vic Chou to be hanging in the streets of
Tokyo but ZZ did it.

ZZ went to Japan, along with Da S, Shone An, and Megan
Lai, nervous and overjoyed. When walking the streets
of Tokyo, especially when passing Parco, you'll find
the Japanese's March 14th "White Day" is more like "F4
Zai Zai Day" because his posters are not only hanging
in Parco, even on the walls outside are ZZ and F4's
drama and pictorial posters.

Super idols!!! And if it's white...man it has to be ZZ!!!! Pure and innocent :chinogiggle: ....well...almost~!~~

ZZ's Taiwan Mandarin is back

With the plan mapped out by Japan's hosting unit and
Taiwan Comic Family's Chairman Angie Cai, for the past
few days Tokyo's streets has had a taste of Taiwan
because of ZZ and F4. ZZ has also become a favorite of
the media. He has to attend many events like press
conferences and fan gatherings. And as for his "Taiwan
Mandarin," which took a while to rectify, is back
again.


That's part of his charisma!!! What a DarLING!!!!! :swoonangelzz:


ZZ arrived on Wednesday and stayed at the hotel The
Westin Tokyo. In his room was 20 sets of clothing
brought from Taiwan. Yi Teng Da, who had designed for
"sheng tang jiao fu" before, personally helped ZZ
design an even more "fei xun" Japan style. The staff
members said confindently that ZZ's handsomeness
doesn't lose to SMAP one bit.

But of courZZe!!!! Wanna see wanna seeeee!!!!! :devilishatak:

But the silly ZZ seemed a little nervous. When taking
photos his _expression was solemn. It was not until
everyone told him to relax did he start with his cold
jokes. He stood up and said that he didn't want people
taking pictures of him and then faced the wall, making
everyone laugh.

Handsomeness, Mars, can't distinguish between "ang"
and "au" (pronunciation characters)

When he was interviewed he stressed that from "Meteor
Garden" to "Mars," Japanese audiences can see a Yi Lan
boy who couldn't correctly pronounce Mandarin slowly
getting better and better.

Maybe it was because he was too excited so when he
said "yu lai yu bang" (better and better) he
pronounced "ang" sound wrong again. This time he said
it as "au" so it therefore turned into "yu lai yu bao
er." Hearing himself, Da S, Shone, Megan and others
laughed.

This guy surely knows how to transform his 'weaknesses' to 'strengths'!! Sooo adorably witty@!!!! :hihi:

ZZ laughingly said that he's happy to see the
so-called "Chinese flow" extending to Japan's
entertainment world. He's very happy that "Mars" will
be broadcasting in Japan and he also hopes to be able
to work with Director Takeshi Kitano, who he adores.

Da S wants to meet with Higashiyama Noriyuki and
Kimura Takuya

Da S revealed that she currently doesn't have any
plans of developing in Japan but she hopes that she
can meet Kimura Takuya and Higashiyama Noriyuki. If
she can't meet them, she'll still be very happy if she
had their autographs. Megan hopes that she has the
chance to develop in Japan. As for Shone, who loves to
joke, he said laughingly that ever since he was 12
years old he's been enchanted by Namie Amuro. If he
can work with her, "I'll be willing to do anything,
happy."

Looks like our boy's presence is overpowering!!!! I smell FAME!!!!

At 4:30pm yesterday afternoon ZZ and others officially
met with the 180 reporters from all over Japan. In the
evening there were 2 press conferences for the
introduction of "Meteor Garden" and "Mars." Today they
have to attend a fan gathering. It's predicted that
they'll be returning to Taiwan tomorrow.

I check some web logs and find that
Zaizai is on several morning shows in Japan today (March 11, 2005).

Fans are really happy.
They have been checking morning shows since yesterday.
Finally, today they get to see Zaizai on several different programs.

So far, a fan has listed as of 8:26 AM: twice on the Uajiumaburasu show, once on the Vochi show, once on the Mezamashi show.


He wears the black suit of the press conference.
Scenes of Zaizai arriving at Narita Airport wearing sun glasses and Meteor Garden are aired.
F4 CD debut is mentioned, too.

During the interview, Zaizai says,
"Good morning, my name is Vic."
"I like Curry dishes. I'd like to try curry dishes in various parts of Japan"

Long waiting lines

Finally "Nikkan Sports" has written about Zaizai. The picture is small, but the reporting part is bigger than renjirenji, talking about this year is Taiwan Wave.

There are long lines in front of Pars: the studio line and exhibition lines. She gets a radio ticket. She will report after seeing the real-life Zaizai.

It's very hard for the flag of the Republic of China to hang in Japan. It's also not easy for posters of "Zai Zai" Vic Chou to be hanging in the streets of Tokyo but ZZ did it.

ZZ went to Japan, along with Da S, Shone An, and Megan Lai, nervous and overjoyed. When walking the streets of Tokyo, especially when passing Parco, you'll find the Japanese's March 14th "White Day" is more like "F4 Zai Zai Day" because his posters are not only hanging in Parco, even on the walls outside are ZZ and F4's drama and pictorial posters.



It's been a long time since I've visited ZAIWAN...its' nice to know that ZAIZAI is doing great in JAPAN...GAMBATTE! KICK YON-SAMA'S(BAE YONG JOON) BUTT OUT OF JAPAN!
