ZaiZai arrived back in Taiwan at around 3:00 in the afternoon.

The weather today was much colder than yesterday...it also rained this morning

But there were a lot of fans at the airport welcoming him back...ZaiZai was in quite a good mood!

Then, Typhoons hit several times during filming. Every time Park Eun Hye was scared of it (Laugh). She feels that Taiwan has many typhoons. While the crew filmed in Qingdao, many spectators gathered around and watched the filming. Many times the crew had to stop filming. They had to wait until the spectators diminished and then restarted the filming. I'm relieved that no big accidents have occurred."

A short interview on PEPSI GUANGZHOU EVENT

Even though ZaiZai and DaS have openly admitted their relationship, ZaiZai doesnt like to comment too much on it. During the interview conference for the Pepsi Meet in GuangZhou, the workers had to remind the interviewer to ask only related questions, and nothing else.

Both Park Eun Hye and DaS are good

Interviewer: what have you been working on lately?

ZaiZai: I just finished filming at QingDao with AndyHui and Park Eun Hye for our new drama <Silence.> It is now all finished filming.

Interviewer: during your filming of <Silence,> were there anything special or funny that happened?

ZaiZai: in the beginning, because we are all from different places, Andy from HK, Park Eun Hye from Korea and others from other places, there was a bit of a communication barrier. It was then that my mandarin was good, because compared to them, mine was the best. But it was all good, I would sometimes learn to speak cantonese from Andy and Korean from Park Eun Hye, I found that really neat.

Interviewer: if you compare Park Eun Hye and DaS, who is better?

ZaiZai: they are both good (laughs)

Interviewer: earlier you said being a host would be fun, do you want to try hosting?

ZaiZai's mind is full of DaS

ZaiZai ZhouYuMin was in GuangZhou for a Pepsi Meet, and other then telling the fans to support him, he also reminded them to support his girlfriend DaS since she just released her pictorial, Barbie Essence.

During the press conference, ZaiZai kept on mentioning his drama (MARS), and how he thought that out of all his productions, (MARS) was his best. Right before the conference ended, he took the mic and said: "Other then having to support me, who else do you have to support?" The fans screamed out his ideal answer: "DaS!" When ZaiZai heard this, he smiled and laughed. This action shows that his and DaS relationship is running very smoothly.

When the host asked what type of girls ZaiZai likes, the fans yelled out "DaS!" ZaiZai didnt answer, he just continued laughing.

[12/05] "Professor" Zhou Yumin performs magic tricks in Guangzhou (includes interview)

The Hollywood blockbuster film series "Harry Potter" has been a phenomenon all around the world. Each film in the series more popular than the rest of the other movies. Following that wave of success is the surge of the "magic" trend. On the night of December 3rd, this trend surged straight to the Zhong Shan Memorial Hall. Here, ZaiZai Zhou Yumin presided over the opening day activity of the School of Magic to hold a lecture in magic for more than 3,000 fans. ZaiZai, who has always been at the receiving end of much attention with his charm and appeal, is also surprisingly a master in magic, performing magic tricks during the entire meet-n-greet event, causing fans downstage to scream repeatedly and show their appreciation. It is reported that the "school of magic" theme of the meet-n-greet event was based on ZaiZai's idea, since ZaiZai is also a loyal fan of "Harry Potter".

The "Professor" puts fans through magic trials

The opening day of the School of Magic is the theme of the meet-n-greet. ZaiZai is the headmaster and professor of the School of magic, selecting fans from the audience to come up on stage to play games and accept difficult trials in magic. First, the chosen fans attend the first class - drawing lots to recite the school motto with different expression or tone. There are four kinds: passionate, sad, rock-n-roll, and horror. Whichever the fans drew they then have to recite the school motto in that tone. The performance of each of the fans made ZaiZai and the audience laughed until their stomachs hurt, even the "Professor" lauded their natural talent for comedy. The winner that was most favoured by the audience is the one who recited it with "horror", and is therefore promoted. The second class in the trial is "immobilization". Each fan has to clamp a softdrink can with their chin while going through obstacles. (an obstacle course? -grendel) When the "Professor" says STOP!, they have to maintain their stance. Those fans who were "tricked" into going onstage all had different stances, clenching the softdrink with their chin tottering and falling this way and that. Playing these two classes was not enough for the "Professor", and wanted to teach the students the third class - "the art of dodging". Each fan would hold a large piece of cloth in their hands and catch the softdrink can which the "Professor" will throw with his back facing them. Those who managed to catch the most passes the trial.

The "Professor" wrote the wrong word in his message

The second half of the meet-n-greet is ZaiZai choosing a few lucky fans for the "Graduation Commemoration Book" as well as leaving a message in it. This huge "Graduation Commemoration Book" is filled with good wishes from fans from all over the world. ZaiZai chose a message from a fan who came from Hong Kong, and gave her a broomstick that is "full of magical powers". When it came time for ZaiZai to leave a message in the "Graduation Commemoration Book", who knew that the Professor's proficiency in Chinese is very limited. When writing, "the current batch of the School of Magic is very successful", he couldn't remember how to write the chinese character for "batch" (). This bungling "Professor" asked the host which character it is. in a moment of panic the host himself didn't know which one it is either. Finally, after a short discussion between the two, he wrote the character "" (batch) as "" (to be subdued or humiliated), making the audience gape in surprise. Although many fans shouted "the lower half of the character should be the '' in ''", ZaiZai, onstage, also felt that the character looked a bit strange and enclosed it with quotation marks. If there are any mistakes let the students come back stage after class is dismissed and correct it. But the even more bungling host assured ZaiZai very definitely that "This is the way the word is written, no mistakes about it."

Japanese fans followed their idol across countries

The Zhou Yumin meet-n-greet not only has Guangzhou fans joining enthusiastically, ZaiZai fans from all over the country also came. Some came from Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong. Members of Vicpower from Shanghai participated in the event wearing masks. A certain Miss Lee very excitedly told the reporter that she rushed from Shanghai just that afternoon, she's very happy to be able to see ZaiZai in Guangzhou, and that the School of Magic-themed activity has been so interesting, she hopes that the fans would be able to play games like this with ZaiZai in the future, and inquired after ZaiZai's situation lately.

Most successful magic trick

ZaiZai performed his first magic trick at the start of the event. Holding only a piece of blue handkerchief in both hands, he tied the two ends together. ZaiZai clasped it in his fist and, after a string of "incantations", pulled the handherchief out. The place in the middle where he tied the two ends together in a knot already had a piece of green handkerchief between them. The Professor's first attempt to display his skills had the whole audience entirely convinced.

Most "watchable" magic trick

The staff came out with two giant Queen of Hearts playing cards. ZaiZai must turn them both into two King of Spades. The audience looked on with widened eyes. ZaiZai repeatedly held the two playing cards up very professionally for everyone to see, then suddenly changed the Queen of Hearts to King of Spades.

Most "guilt-laden" magic trick

ZaiZai was supposed to make an object materialize in a pot. First, he took the pot and showed it to everyone. There was nothing inside. But when ZaiZai he took the cover of the pot from the staff, he didn't want to turn it over and show it. Many fans downstage to shout "Show the cover! Show the cover!" ZaiZai said very apprehensively, "The 'Professor' is also very afraid (to look)". Finally he covered the pot, and soon after took out a bottle of drink from it.

Most technically difficult magic trick

ZaiZai took out a yellow plastic flower and said that he is going to turn it into a red-coloured flower. He pinched off the yellow flower and stuffed it inside a billowed bag held by the staff. After that, he turned the bag over inside out and it turned into a big red flower. Then he grasped the leaves and branches and adjusted the "secret mechanism" under it, and red flowers slowly arose from it.

Funniest magic trick

Before the meet-n-greet ended, ZaiZai solemnly promised to make the entire audience disappear. He took up the magic wand and, with the audience screaming, "displayed magic and chanted incantations". After a string of mysterious-sounding chanting, the light went out in the hall. The "Professor" has successfully mde the entire audience vanish without a trace.

Although his romance with Da S has been made public, ZaiZai Zhou Yumin is still keeping mum towards this relationship. Before the interview started the staff reminded the reporters to only ask questions relating work and nothing else. ZaiZai went through the interview very carefully. Park Eun-Hye and Da S are both very nice

Reporter: What have you been busy with lately?

ZaiZai: I've been filming a new drama lately. We were in Qingdao a while back ,together with Andy Hui and Park Eun-Hye filming "Silence ~ Shen Qing Mi Ma". We've finished filming now.

Reporter: Did anything amusing happen during the filming of "Silence ~ Shen Qing Mi Ma"?

ZaiZai: While filming this drama...because the actors all came from different countries: Andy is from Hong Kong, Park Eun-Hye is from Korea, and there are also actors from other places. At the beginning, when there was a language barrier, the reason that I was held in high esteem was: My mandarin was the best. Because compared to them, my Mandarin is still better than theirs. Sometimes during our scenes together, Andy would ask me to correct him, but I didn't dare, because his mandarin pronunciation is really terrible. (laughs) I would also learn some cantonese and Korean from Andy and Park Eun-Hye. I think it's quite interesting really.

Reporter: So how is the leading lady Park Eun-Hye compared with Da S?

Reporter: Taiwan has a lot of great hosts over there, like Taozi, Da S, Xiao S. Which one do you think is the best?

Reporter: Rain will join the Pepsi family shortly. Are you going to learn dancing from him?

New progress for F4 next year


Reporter: Are there any plans for F4 after this?

ZaiZai: Yes, there is. We have a lot of plans wherein we will be working together next year. We've been busy with our own work lately, but we'll certainly have some wonderful projects to give everyone. Everything is still being coordinated.

Reporter: Some reports say that F4 is preparing to go on a concert tour next year. Is it true?

ZaiZai: We really do have that plan. Ever since last year, we had planned to do some things during each of our breaks from filming. A lot of things are in negotiation at the moment, and the concert tour is one of them. I hope we can do a good job of it.

Reporter: If you compare your image before with F4 as a group and now as an individual, which one do you like better?

ZaiZai: I think that that both the individual existence of the four of us and working together is necessary. Because if we really wanted the chance to work together when all four of us would have the time, that kind of time is really few and far between. Therefore, even if I am doing this on my own right now, I'm carrying the pressure of four people on my shoulders. That's why I will do my best in my work so I wouldn't let them down. We will work together again next year, and I myself will be doing some film and TV and other things. I hope to be able to do well in each one of my work. This is what I need to do most.

Reporter: Do you have any plans to develop your career in Japan at present?

ZaiZai: I had received some filming offers from Japan recently when I was filming, and the actors that I would be working with, moreover, are all famous actors in Japan. I am very interested, but I wish that my Japanese is a little bit better. I think this is the biggest problem. I hope that I could speak in Japanese when performing in Japan, I think it's better this way. So at the moment there's still a language barrier.

zashi! thank heavens for your broadband connection! bless you for updating this thread. so many pictures of Ha-li Po-te! :D

downloaded the first two clips at vip section and i'm 95% done with the link zaifreak posted. the sina clip i think. anyway, as i watched the clips my mind went:

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!

KAWAII!!!

his looks, the charm and the innate sense of humor knocked me off my feet! gomen peeps. been a while since i last saw new clips. *giggling like a school girl as usual* (i'm a teenager trapped in a almost middle-aged body) but have no matter....mcbeal in bangag mode...

so freakin' kawaii when he entered the stage on a scooter and he took out that blue wand (which recluzze mistook for lusis :D ) and started waving the wand! waaaaaaaaa deym you zz! i have a feeling though that he held the wand upside down, because the design usually should be on the handle.

lmao when he was doing magic tricks. (more practice zz!) but i guess the audience did not mind. they were laughing and cheering him on. can't blame them. if you have a magician as shuai as Zai Zai you wouldn't care if he failed to pull out the bunny out of a hat. You'd even applaud for sure.

what i really love about the clips was they show how ZZ develops immediate rapport with his fans. He knows how to show them a good time and make them feel at ease with his sense of humor. awwwwww what character!

finally after 100 years of downloadingi got to watch those clips by maruoko (sp?) I especially loved the part where ZZ said "Zai Zai shuai!" as his incantation. Waaaaaaaaa! flirt! Yeah, the tricks are boyoyong clown material but since they were performed by ZZ, they looked convincing as when David Copperfield made the Statue of Liberty disappear.

Indonesia's Fan got a surprise from ZaiZai
5 December 2005

Bali Bomb II not only shocked the international world but also the Indonesian because most of the victims were Indonesian. One of the victims is Vic Zhou F4’s Fan who seated not far from the suicide bomber when she’s having ‘corporate outing’ dinner in Jimbaran Beach.

The news also reached ZaiZai (through his manager) that initiate to send private letter to show his sincere thought and wish the fan to be well very soon.

The letter sent directly from Taiwan, hand-wrote by ZaiZai himself, as the ‘blessed’ Fan stated, and received by her when she’s back in her routine work in Jakarta’s office on December 5th.

If the Idol can show their sincere appreciation to their Fans, their Fans will also be loyal to them.

Popular Korean idol Rain is officialy apart of the "Pepsi Family," along with
F4, Jay Chou, Jolin Tsai, Louis Koo, Nicholas Tse and Edison Chen. They
are now known as a "perfect" group. Rain will be going to HK on the
27th for a press conference. One of Pepsi's endorsers, ZZ, was very
happy to hear that Rain has become a member.

As for ZZ (Vic Chou) who attended a "Meet&Greet" in Guangzhou earlier
was asked about the addition of Rain. ZZ expressed that he was really
happy and hoped that the family will grow bigger and bigger. As for

won't learn from Rain because I've tried really hard before. I put a
lot of effort and time into it but in the end I couldn't dance. I can't
dance like Vanness so I won't learn!"

Buying Titbits on a Cold Weather Night, She eyes her Guy Full of Love
Posted: December 9, 2005

When Da S did an interview with ELLE recently, she hinted that she might just get married and have kids anytime. We do not know if they're getting married but reporters saw them shopping the day before. Da S holding no to her lover, Zaizai on the street, slow steps, making people think whether she is pregnant. As to Xu Mama's explainations, "This is called graceful, i'm slow too, why don't you guys say i'm pregnant as well ?"

The night before, Da S and Zaizai went out for food after being at home the whole day. As the cold weather is starting, both were dressed in thick coats and choosing titbits in a convenience store. They bought a amount of NT$400 titbits at a go. When they were waiting to make payment, Zaizai placed the titbits into their shopping bag while Da S stood aside quietly and smiled at him, smile filled with love.

After they finished buying titbits, they walked to a nearby coffeeshop to get drinks. Along the way, she held Zaizai's arm tightly. Somtimes, she'll lean lightly on his shoulders, the sweetness and romance was all around. However, her face was pale and took slow steps that day. Zaizai took care of her carefully and walked with her all the way as if afraid that she will miss her step.

News of rumours Da S's pregnancy was flying around, walking slowly, and afraid of falling was a sign from all pregnant ladies. In regards to this, reporters asked Xu mama again yesterday whether Da S was pregnant. She got angry and scolded, "No means no, everyone keeps talking about it, but it's been asked and a NO, should the media slapped their own mouths ? My daughter is graceful that's why she is walking slowly, i'm slow too, why don't you all say i'm pregnant."

XiaoZhu was also not suspicious of her as well, "I don't see anything, i don't think she is pregnant."

ZaiZai Proposes, 20,000,000 Dollar Ring

According to HongKong Tung Star, ZaiZai and DaS were supposed to get married on DaS birthday, but because they have only been together for about half a year, HsuMaMa doesnt agree to their marriage just yet. In the end, ZaiZai decided to give DaS a blue diamond Carter ring worth $20,000,000. With DaS nod of approval, the couple decided to only be engaged, marriage will come next year.

On December 12, ZaiZai was in GuangZhou for a Pepsi promotion, and on his finger was a blue Carter ring. DaS was in Japan promoting her pictorial on the same day, and coincidently, she was wearing the matching ring. Zaizai Propose $200,000 to Keep Da S

The silver couple, Zaizai and Da S which is most looked upon by Taiwan & HK have got married privately?

According to HK's Singdao reports, Da Zai Lian was supposed to be bloomed on Da S's birthday, 6th October 2005. However, both of them have only been together for half a year, adding that Xu mama does not agree to their marriage thus, Zaizai only chose to present a NT$200,000 Cartier ring to Da S on that day and proposed to her. He got the nod from her and both of them decided to get engaged and their marriage date would be somewhere around mid of next year.

Singdao Ri Bao reports, when Zaizai went to Guangzhou last Saturday for a Pepsi meet, he was wearing a blue gem ring. Da S, who was at the same time in Japan promoting her pictorial book, was wearing the same kind of ring. People who knew Zaizai well knows although he enjoys wearing rings, he would only wear them on his last and middle finger. Recently, his 4th finger on the left hand spots a ring. This suprised people and someone even teased him, "You have a ring on your 4th finger, are you married ?" Who knows, he couldn't hid his happiness and said, "Yes, soon !" It scared the assistant so much that she had to jump out to explain on his behalf.

Zaizai's manager, Zhi Xiang Li explained that, they often hold each other's hands to shop, but there's no such thing as an engagement.

Xu mama said, "How would i not know if my daughter's engaged?" Speaking of Zaizai, Xu Mama appears to be satisfied, very different from the past where she kept her feelings. Xu Mama even revealed that she is a fan of Zaizai and praised that he is very adorable!

Fortune teller Tsai has recently published a new book, and inside it has bits of DaS and ZaiZai’s relationship, predicting it will be taken to a whole new level next year, but he said that Jay and Patty might end up breaking up. Tsai said that for Jolin to get more “male fate” and relationships, she should consider gaining more weight.

Tsai says that DaS is fire, relationships are always good, while next year is ZaiZai’s good and lucky year, therefore getting married in 2007 is good.

...Most people would be sleeping while in transit during the outdoor shooting, but not Zai Zai. He was always staring through the window or inside the car. Blank-faced (or zoned out) with his large eyes, he looked as cute as a squirrel (and another kind of animal mentioned but I don't know what that is...). I wanted to ask him everytime, "Zai Zai, what do you see through your eyes?"

Excerpts from the joint interview by Japanese Media, with Vanness

Clear eyes/pupils, perfect features; these are my first impression of Zai Zai. However, after getting to interact with him, I would not only appreciate his good-looks, but also his caring personality - just as when he would crack jokes/create a pleasant atmosphere whenever he feels that the atmosphere has cooled down.

The setting for today's shooting was a tranquil winter in Europe, yet the music played in Zai Zai's Ipod was the "serenade" by a old-time Taiwanese singer, Fei Yu-Qing. This was a major mismatch, as the crew broke out in laughs. It turned out that when Zai asked his makeup artists to upload songs in his ipod, the shooting crew jokingly told Zai that the selection was so broad that he could pick any songs he wanted. Then Zai casually, and jokingly picked Fei's serenade. He didn't know that his makeup artist was a fan of Fei, so the artist loaded the song as he requested, and played the song immediately to tease Zai. The entire shooting crew (Taiwanese and Japanese) were shocked and broke into laughs.

After the interview, the crew began cleaning up the site. The female style artist from Japan brought a lot of clothes with her, so she had a hard time closing the suitcase when she put all the clothes back in it. Other stylists and artists came over and help, folding and rolling up the clothes, but they still couldn't close the suitcase and lock it tight. As it was about to burst open again, Vanness came in and lend a hand. Well, not only a hand, he actually leaned all over the suitcase in an attempt to close it. Still, they couldn't lock the suitcase tight; at this time, Zai Zai came over to help as well. Vanness and Zai Zai used their body weight to press over the poor (or shall we say, the lucky) suitcase, and finally, they were able to lock the suitcase tight. As the crew were clapping and giving their compliments, Vanness lifted the heavy suitcase up and carried it down the narrow stairs. Seeing Vanness showcasing his macho, Zai Zai blurted out, "Vanness beated me there...oh well, guess I'll have to lift and carry the stylist down!"

On Sept 5th, a press conference called "I have a date with Zai Zai" was held in a shooting gallery in Shanghai, for the promotion of "WoWo 360 Milk Candies". Zai Zai, who was then shooting for his new drama, Silence in Qing Dao, made time and flown in to attend this event. Since we heard Zai Zai was sick, we were a bit concerned; but as we saw him with his signature smile on his face, we felt quite relieved. Look closer, maybe he even had gained a little weight?

When the event began, Zai Zai introduced the new product package with the Wo Wo Group's mascot, a rooster. After some warmups (referred to the event), two fans were arranged to present their "deep confessions from fans" to Zai Zai. The two fans looked very nervous in front of their idol, and they were stummering as they revealed their thoughts and feelings, while Zai Zai listened carefully and smilingly. "Zai Zai is certainly not perfect when he sings, and it's not like he's super skillful either; yet everytime when I listened to his songs I have an electrifying feeling." Zai Zai didn't know how to respond to this sincere and upfront comment, so he was smiling.

Of course, the media was very much interested in Zai's love life. When asked of his personal life, Zai responded (with a smile), "I'm very happy; there's not much of a change and things have been going on smoothly." When reporters asked if any "friends" had gone to Qing Dao to visit him, he responded vaguely, "Nobody came; but you guys won't believe it anyways." "It'll be great if friends can come visit, of course." This response certainly made us more curious than ever.

Regarding F4's joint event, Zai Zai indicated that there might be some kind of event happening in March of 2006. We will all look forward to it. Also, it appeared that two tickets to the March event "I have a date with Zai Zai" will be given away everyday to Wo Wo candy buyers. However, this event will only be conducted in China.

Da S and Zaizai got hotter as the love goes on, their engagement ring is generously shown but their marriage is still under the touching up but Da S have long named her both kids to be Zhou Dian?

When Ah Ya went into Guess Guess Guess studio yesterday, she revealed that, "Da S used to have a nickname during her college years, it's Xiao Dian." Thus, ever since her college years, she have told her sisters that, "I wanna name my children XDian in future." As times passes, everyone used it to tease her," Why don't you change your name to Ah Dian instead." Why does Da S likes the individual "Dian" word? Ah Ya laughed and said, "Da S all along have lots of opinions, there's no reasons to it. Now, there's even reports of her getting a lightning marriage, the word Dian suits her even more."

Makiyo said, "We have a hidden test that among us sisters, whoever gets boyfriend first would have to show him to all." From the high profile relationship between Da S and Zaizai, who often locked fingers, their sweetness didn't bother even when the paparazzi followed, this, has already passed the high test.

Ever since Da S returned to Taiwan from Japan and went to record Yu Le Bai Fen Bai in the studios yesterday, her NT$20,0000 gem Cartier ring is still on her finger and her smiles can't be hidden.

Next year F4 will reunited and release an album together. In this album ZZ Vic Chou, Bao Long Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu and Ken Chu will each sing 2 songs and they'll sing 2 songs as a group, which totals at 10 songs. For the past 2 days ZZ has already started to record new songs.

Da S buys Baby Cot? Pregnant?

Da S and Fan Fan, these 2 sisters, threw away their boyfriends, Hei Ren and Zaizai and met up for meals. During eating, both of them talked about their problems and Da S mentioned to FanFan about buying a baby cot. As rumours of Da S being pregnant is flying around, it adds sensitivity to it as she wants to get a baby cot !

"Ah yo, Da S have always loved kids, she wants to get a baby cot as a gift to Xiao S. Xiao S is going to give birth next month, they should prepare for a baby cot." The moment FanFan finished her sentance, she started pleading, "When Xiao S is pregnant and getting married , i released a chinese solo album. Where i go, i'll be asked about it. Now that i have released a album with the theme song from a korean drama, there's news of Da S being pregnant, getting married and wherever i go, i'm being asked about it. Da S really didn't tell me anything , i don't know anything, please stop asking me."

FanFan was afraid of hurting her sisterhood relations, in regards to whether Da S is pregnant and whether Zaizai and Da S is getting married next year, she kept shaking her head and refuse to talk more about it. It was Da S herself who publicly announced on GTV last night, "I'm not pregnant and i have no intentions to get married."

Da S said, "Has everyone gone crazy thinking about happy things ! There have been so much happiness in the entertainment circle one after another, isn't it enough?" Xiaozhu who was beside her, said seriously for once, "Can i ask, it's huge on the articles, i thought it's real." Da S smiled in a suffering expression, " I have to even ask myself, where is the venue of marriage? When is it? Even my baby's name is named, that's ridiculous."

Da S specially showed her slim figure, and said she is as healthy, not slow at all and said thrice, "I'm really yi han." Xiaozhu looked at her stomach and said jokingly," Why not i give you a punch?" Da S got a shocked and said, "Even if i'm not pregnant, i don't need your punch." Xiaozhu gave another suggestion, "Why don't you just jump?" Da S immediately did a pose of dancing and said, "There isn't a need to explain, why be like that?"

Zaizai Denys getting Married, Haven't heard of Da S's pregnancy

Ever since rumours of Zaizai and Da S getting married was being spread to Shanghai, Zaizai's manager, Zhi Xiang Li, anxiously called him from Shanghai to ask him personally. Zaizai said, "I'm not getting married."

Zhi Xiang Li said, "Zaizai told me personally , they have never talked about marriage at all." Is Da S pregnant? Zhi Xiang Li asked Zaizai as well, Zaizai said, "Didn't hear of it."

Zaizai and Da S did not discuss about marriage. However, F4 would be reunited next year to release another album. In this album, Zaizai Vic Zhou, Bao Long Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, Ken Chu will sing 2 songs each and the 4 of them would sing another 2 songs together. In total, there will be ten songs. These few days, Zaizai have been going into the recording studios and start recording new songs.

Zaizai Rumours to be getting Love Nest for Da S

Xu House becomes a paparrazzi nest, Da S is suffering so much but unable to relieve it. Especially when Da Zai Lian is attracting paparrazzi from a few countries to follow. According to what is know, Zaizai, who is normally very sweet and caring is searching for a new home so that Da S can be relieved from the 24 hours following from the paparrazzi.

Da S stays in Taipei's Zhong Xiao Dong Lu 4 Duan's Golden District. Adding that rumours of both sisters's relationships are on the run and there is only one exit out from their house, the whole place is being familarise by the paparrazzi. Each move and action of their family was being seen, even their mom have become a victim. Recently, she was being flimed holding hands and crossing the road with a guy and had their meal happily. Towards this, Xu Mama said, "I will sue them, i'm discussing with my lawyer."

Xu Mama said, "My children have told me before, our house is the paparrazzi's place to warm up. They always flim them, now they even flimed me as well. Ae...i'm taking action, discussing with my lawyer." Asked if she has intentions of moving, She sighed loudly and said, "Where to move to ?" In regards to this, Zaizai's manager, Zhi Xiang Li expressed, "Zaizai have already bought a house, and bought a new car too. It's impossible he'll buy another new house."

Barbie (Da S) in yesterday's show did not know wether to laugh or cry. She answered with forced smile "Aren't there too many marriages in this circle for this year, the media becomes addicted to write them? But Xu Xi Yuan (Barbie) marry next year? Zaizai is still very young, also have not gone into military training. We really can't say what will happen in the future, no one can determine. The media should not "decorate/exaggerate" a story just to increase sales. Next year they might want to slap their own face.

Barbie's broker company also said that for the first half of next year she will be very busy and will not respond to any queries about her private affairs.

Jingle bells! Just before the Christmas season started, F4 dressed up especially in Christmas-inspired attire to bring a joyful and romantic mood to the fans. Among them, Yan Cheng Xu's and (ZaiZai) Zhou Yu Min's smiles were the most radiant, making people think that it's because both of them are "dewy with love".


Spending the holidays at work

F4 has each been busy with their own work for the past year and has seldom worked together. They got together for a rare reunion the other day for their Christmas photoshoot, inevitably joking and playing around. The rumour between Yan Cheng Xu and supermodel Lin Zhi Ling is going around furiously, and ZaiZai is in a romantic relationship with Da S. It's no wonder that both of them couldn't stop smiling in front of the camera. Asked what present they would choose for their girlfriend, the two of them became mysterious and refused to answer. But, all four will spend this Christmas at work. They expressed that they really wished they could go have fun with some of their good friends.

F4 Gathers for Christmas

F4 currently appears in Christmas suits to flim commercial photos for a fizzy drink. As usual, their Christmas wish is to hope to come to HK soon to meet their fans. We do not if it is because of love, but Jerry and Zaizai's smiles looks the sweetest.

Taiwan boyband, F4 helps Pepsi to flim commercial pictures. As they are busy with their own stuffs recently, they seldom work together. Now that they got together to shoot the pictures, they talk alot about their own recent doings.

Jerry Yan have always been on rumours with famous model, Lin ZhiLing while Vic Zhou is on sweet terms with Da S. No wonder they couldn't close their mouths when they are smiling in front of the cameras and appears the best. Asking Jerry and Zaizai what Christmas gifts they would choose to present to their girlfriends, both appeared to be mysterious and refuse to answer. However, talking about the foursome's wish, all 4 hope that they can come to HK to meet their fans soon.

In order not to let Jerry and Zaizai snatch the attention, Vanness won with his body of muscles. Below his furry sweater, he wore a deep V cut top. Ken is much more closed up.

All the 4 of them would have to spend Christmas working. They expressed that if they have time, they would date their friends to eat. F4 finds that Christmas is a day for celebrations, it's the happiest with a whole big group of friends. Pepsi have also said they would be willing to sponsor their party with their drinks.

What is the recently much attention-drawn Howa Ryu?


Following “Han Ryu” (Korean Stream), handsome men from the Chinese Entertainment Industry (centered around Taiwan) have drawn a lot of attentions these days. Their drama and movies were beginning to be introduced in Japan, one after another these stars from Taiwan and Hong Kong have visited Japan starting this Fall. We really can feel the prompt “Howa Ryu” Boom coming. ….Therefore, let us check out these “Princes of Howa Ryu” before everybody!

First and foremost is the Super Idol Group F4, who deserve to be regarded as the origination/beginning of “Howa Ryu” today. Readers may already have at least heard of the name?

Their major break was the drama “Meteor Garden” (2001) based on popular Japanese manga “Hana Yori Dango”. All members are just like the characters they played in the drama – at least 180 cm tall and very pretty. Shortly after the drama’s premiere, the group has become tremendously popular in the entire Asian Pacific region, and the members have continued to be successful even as they are pursuing their solo careers today.

Being in love is happy but having a kid is a different thing. Zaizai and Da S's career is on the heights now. The conference was filled with both peaceful/soothing yet exciting mood, as it has been a while since he visited Shanghai.

Speaking of soothing, when asked what the difference was between the new candy products and the ones from last year, Vic replied, “Packaging was different.” From this straightforward answer, we could feel that he indeed has a genuine and innocent personality. Even if he has to react according to the rundown, one couldn’t help but thinking, “Zai Zai really is a good person.” (while staring at him with desire J)

When the MC told him that the product line has jumped its sales significantly since his endorsement, Vic responded “Really? I’m so happy…but these candies really taste good. Last time I brought some back home but all my friends took them right away (grin). Just now, I was eating a lot of candies left on the stage (grin again).”

Oh, to our surprise can Vic be actually quite stubborn when it comes to food? (meaning he won’t give up when it comes to food). Or maybe was he just hungry? Since he is not the type good at lip service, maybe he really started to reach out for the candies on stage (and, I started imaging Zai Zai’s face stuffed with candies…he definitely will look super-cute when he does that…). Then the MC said, “What if you gain weight from eating all these candies?” This is certainly something fans will be concerned, but then Vic said with much confidence, “Gain weight? No, it won’t happen.” “The candies are nutritious so I recommend for children too. But don’t forget to brush your teeth after having some candies.” Ah, a little corny but its ok because it’s Vic; and, we saw his bright teeth as he grinned. As we were thinking maybe he was shooting to get a toothbrush/toothpaste commercials, apparently the MC thought so as well and said, “This sounds like a toothbrush commercial! Why don’t you try shooting a toothbrush CM next time, like Jerry Yan just did?” That was a nice counter that would make F4 fans smile, since recently Jerry Yan shot a CM for Oral-B dental care products. As we were wondering how Vic would respond hearing Jerry’s name all of a sudden, he said, “Nah…I don’t think I have the bandwidth to do that right now.” Was he just being modest, or was he hinting at his harsh life due to the tough shooting schedule? Only Vic knew the answer.


Smiling With Composure When Hearing the Overwhelming Encouragement from His Fans


One of the more interesting moments at the press conference was fan interactions with Vic. “I’ve started eating a lot of candies ever since Zai Zai became the endorser; I hope that Zai Zai will also carry on and try harder!”(a way of encouragement).”, and “Keep up your good spirit! Try hard, and sing better.” (It is actually encouragement but I can’t think of a good way to retain the feeling) Receiving such warm yet tough encouragement from fans, Vic smiled gently, saying “Thank you very much, everybody!” Seeing the way Vic interacted with his fans, we think that Vic really is a human person. His existence as a “Howa Ryu star” (Chinese Stream Star) and his disproportionate lower waist, as suggested in press conferences and interviews (refer to the Japanese ones I think…) are again maybe par of his charm.

After the fan interaction section, Vic explained how his fans can have a chance to attend the promotional event in March of 2006 at Shanghai, by participating in the quick-sale event of WoWo candies. In addition to possibly winning a ticket to the event, fans may also win items such as his picture books and picture cards; and as Vic found out, he said, “There sure are a lot of gift-aways!” What an innocent boy, YOU!

Led by the straight reaction, the MC said, “Yes, you can participate by simply sending an email!” – further heightening the crowd’s emotions. Fans can leave messages at the bulletin board “Let’s chat with Zai Zai”, which is launched simultaneously with the event campaign at the company web site. “I’m looking forward to meeting everybody (fans) as well. When I have time, I’ll login and check what messages you left for me.” Hearing this, fans will certainly want to get more candies; for sure WoWo candy sales will further increase.

“Filming of the New Drama Is Very Enjoyable”

Vic said he had been looking forward to seeing his fans again through this event. After the press conference, Vic spoke of the new drama (“Silence”) he was shooting. When asked by the MC if this was pilot-shooting or actual shooting, Vic inquired, “What sort of information did you get?” After hearing that Angie Chai said they were pilot-shooting, Vic responded, “If that’s what Chai-je said, then it is pilot.” (grin) We could see how much Vic trusted Angie Chai from his immediate response without having to think twice. Aren’t you a little jealous at Angie Chai? “I am always very serious in my acting, whether it is for pilots or for actual shooting. Of course, I will do as Chai-je says.” (grin) His meek response led to a follow-up question about his private life “Do you also listen to what Barbie Xu (da S) says?” He said yes.

Regarding his co-stars of the drama, “Park En Huh of Korea is good in acting and smart. Her character uses sign language to communicate, and she mastered the key signs before shooting began. Right now we are using all sorts of different languages, sign languages and gestures to communicate and it is going on quite well.” On shooting at Qing Dao, “The schedule is very tight; I don’t know when the shooting will be done. So I have yet booked a return flight (grin). But, I really enjoyed shooting the drama!” Vic responded as he was subconsciously showing his playful nature; his casual smiling image is again very lovely. No matter what questions were asked, his un-pretended responses only made us like him even more. We hope that Vic can shoot for a Japanese CM very soon, so that we can see and feel him more often; don’t you think so?

The Many Faces of the Smiling Prince

When Vic smiles, the world seems to have become a happier place! Without knowing it we were gazing at him. During the press conference, we saw many different expressions of Vic. “This too?” as we consolidated these expressions and present to you!

A Review on “Remember… I Love You” – Vic Chou

This is his second album released in Japan. It is a romantic album consists mainly of warm songs. Through his songs, we can feel and sense his growth as an actor.

Not only being cute, he also shows his mature and cool side in this album.

Scouted when accompanying a friend for an audition, Vic debuted in the drama “Meteor Garden”. While he is the youngest member in F4, Vic was the first who debuted as a solo singer. The recently released Japanese version of “Make A Wish” was in fact first released in 2002. The style of this album was consistent with Vic’s image of being gentle and sweet as the songs were produced. Also included in this album were the theme songs of two dramas starring Vic, “Yamada Tairou No Monogatari”(Poor Prince) and “Uchi ni Oide You” (Come Over to My Home). “Remember I Love You”, which was first released two years after Vic’s first album, will also be released in Japan.

The album begins with the song which shares its title - “Remember…I Love You”. The introduction resembles one’s heart beat, followed by piano and then Vic’s voice, saying “Dida dida”; his voice is as sweet as his image and appearance. Following this warm opening song is “Your Warmth”, sung in a slightly sad tune.

The beginning of “Try Loving Me for a Day” includes a female’s voice and the lovable sound that draws out listeners’ motherly instincts. Following this is “Mother Says”, and Vic further pinpoints and attacks listeners’ motherly instincts. Although the tempo is upbeat accompanying with lightly-rhythmic guitar base, the lyrics are, as the song’s title suggests, small talk of a mother.

In the mid-way of “Song of Happiness”, we can hear a sound that is similar to the sound made from a kiss, “~chu” as we listen to the solo guitar music. This playful song can make its listeners follow the beats and move their bodies without knowing it.

“What Can I Do to Forget” sounds as sad as its title suggests; “Promises of Happiness” consists of all the sentimental words he utters. Both songs depict a similar performance style as Vic’s first album.

In both “Why Don’t You Come”, (regarded as Vic-sque R&B) and the slow-tempo “Sudden”, we can feel Vic’s growth in the two years between his first and second album releases.

The ninth song - “Message for Three Thousand Years” is the most unique song in this album. A mix of hip-hop style music and rap monologue, the lighthearted song adopts lines from ancient Chinese poems for some of its lyrics. The rap portion sounds like a soft and gentle whisper, which is very much consistent with Vic’s perceived image. Yet, when the melody flows, we can hear a solid and clear voice. The contrast of Vic’s solid and gentle sides project a strong, present image of him. The last song – “I Feel You” – which is also recorded in the original sound track of “Love Storm” (starring Vic as the leading character), is again, andante.

Usually regarded as cute, Vic demonstrates not only his cuteness, but his maturity and coolness in this album. Listeners could clearly see the progress/improvements made by Vic in his performance since his first album, as he faces different challenges being an actor. In addition, listeners should pay attention to his voice as it begins to reflect his mature sex appeal. Included in the limited first edition of this album are music videos for six of the ten songs. A message card from Vic (using one of his rare pictures) is also included in the limited edition release; his fans will certainly love to hang on to this card.
