did you know that yousuke won "BEST SUPORTING ACTOR" in his role SAEKI of course in SOS during 2001 JAPAN DRAMA ACADEMY AWARDS? i think if my memory serve me right he also won in IKEBUBURO WEST GATE PARK and LONG LOVE LETTER..the same category.. sana manalo naman sya BEST ACTOR ...

i'm happy that you like Laundry, simple lang noh, pero may message yung movie, most fave din namin ni saekiGirl yun crying scene nya in the rain!!! very touching ...btw, since nagkomment si cindy bout your siggy, comment na rin akoh....NAOHITO FUJIKI is your siggy right? yamamoto likes him also... i like him in "My Highschool Teacher" dorama...
the movie was so kakoii!! ang lupit... and to think.. 3 lang silang characters dun ah (Teru, Mizue & Sally)... and by a first time director pa ah! *applauds* And on Nao ulet... LOL.. im currently watching palang yung Kou Kou Kyoushi... hehe... and looking forward dun sa G@ME... :cool:

it's one of my fave scenes din! ahhh,,,he really is adorable here! Teru is my 2nd best character of yousuke! galing nya!
that is so true. i'm yet to watch his other movies but i can say that his role as Teru would be one of my all-time fave! Superb-acting by the Kubo-man on that movie. *applauds*

xilin, unahin ko na pingpong ni nona. nakahalata na nona. tgal na saken (oops). yung laundry naman pahiram mo saken kahit abutin ng matagal..diba?:D

(that scene where he got back to playing again --can't remember lang kung dumampi ba ang nga labi nya sa maswerteng table, have to watch it again...):p cyempre wish ko ako yung pp table. o diba. wish bang maging inanimate object. haynaku. his bunot hair was not that bad pala.

uhm, it took me quite sometime to check this movie out. And having such adoration to the kubo-man's acting in Laundry, i was kinda' hesitant to watch GO. I sort of feared that his performance wouldn't measure up to the impact that his role as Teru in Laundry has left on me. Plus the fact that you guys were all raving about it, saying it was one helluva movie an all, heightened my expectations. Takot ako na baka mag-ala My Sassy Girl yung dating, tipong, everybody was going crazy about it -- kaya nung pinanood ko na.. I was like, "Uhm.. so yun na yun?!" << gomen.. opinyon ko lang. :o

So ayun... nyahaha... pinanood ko na rin sya (GO i mean...) -- and boy oh boy, I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED. Aaargh! I am once again in awe with regards to Yosuke's acting prowess.. it's like he's getting better and better with each movie. Hell yeah, I was impressed. The dude was a natural. He made me believe that he's this bad-ass korean struggling to find his place in such a discriminating society.. venting his frustrations through violence. Don't you guys just love the opening scene?! Buahahaha!! I found it hilarious.. so much that I found myself screamin' at the TV, egging Sugihara to beat the crap out of his teammates. LOL!!:D Plus the STARE!!! Gwark!! Astigin! And the train dodge scene was so kakkoii!! :cool: Sugihara's fight scenes with his eccentric dad was also a highlight -- the punches looked almost real!! LMAO! Pero pansin nyo ba ang stance ng Yosuke, ang porma?! Gwaaark!! Boxer-material! Ang galeeeeeeeeeng!!! And may I just add, yung scene during his friend's funeral... powerful.

And yeah, it's got the Trainspotting feel to it because the movie was presented in almost the same manner -- raw and realistic. Kung iisipin, yung storya eh parang pangkaraniwan -- I mean, we've seen stuff dealing about discrimination before right?! Siguro, what made GO stand out was because it came out real and believable -- and Yousuke Kubozuka was a major factor for it to come out as such.

In short -- mabangis. :cool:

I think it was a novel first tas he like it so much he produced Kyouki no Sakura. It tranlslates roughly to something like... blooming of sakura... gomen ne medyo hirap ang pilit yung tramslation ko. ^_^'

By the way minna, just watched another yousuke movie and i capped a few fave scenes of PECO...hahaha. very funny siya dito with the bunot hair and the story is light and amusing. Pasensya na at delayed ang reaction ko dito. So here. Ito yung part na sobra siyang confident against the Chinese player which he calls 'CHINA'. He served the ball tapos in a blink of an eye, natira ni CHINA and hindi man lang siya naka-move. Ni hinga nga mukhang di niya nagawa hahaha kaya naiyak siya hahahahaha!!!! parang kid sa train. With matching bunot hair pa iyan! :D

Super real, Kubozuka Yousuke's head falls (3/10/2003)
In Toei's new movie "makai densei", there will be a scene where the head of actor Kubozuka Yousuke (23) will be slashed off, using a model. Everything to the upmost details are very close to the real person. Yousuke almost flipped over when saw the model because it looked so real. The only one person who can do the special make-up in Japan is Haraguchi Tomoyuki (42). Up until now, Haraguchi has constructed models and doing special make-up in movies such as "Gamera", "Inyoushi", "Sakuya youkaiden", etc... Starring Amakusa Shirojite, Yousuke is a warrior chased by the Tokigawa government soliders. The movie is actually a remake of the original movie with the same title. They profited 100,000,000 yen as this big hit movie came into scene during Showa Year 56. The Kubozuka's "cloned head" will be displayed at the "HMV 'makai densei" Fair" at Shibuya's HMV, Tokyo from 3-30 through 4-10. There will be panel pictures of the original movie shots and the current remake movie on display there as well. On the first day, the director is scheduled to have a talk show event, too. The making of the movie will be released on video and DVD. karamihan nga sa mga nakakapanood ng laundry eh, nababagalan sa story pero nagagalingan naman kay Yousuke....:)

It's true that the phasing of Laundry is really slow pero sabi ko nga magaling siya diyan. Oooops, binuko ko ba sarili ko?! haha :D

SAEKIGIRL, im proud of Yousuke coz he's one loving and proud otosan to AIRU. He's probably still doting on her now and its no wonder. He seems really affectionate :) About NAMBA WAN, let us know pag napagsawaan niyo na siya, kami naman!!!! ;)

ILUVCHOCO, aha! kaya pala di ka nagpapakita dahil sa sirang pc. Sana magawa na ;)

iluvchoco, oo medyo natatawa ako everytime maririnig ko yun theme song. yun sa opening nafo-forward ko pero yun sa gitna na bigla na lang patutugtugin, medyo nagdadalawang isip ako kung forward ko o nde. :D

btw, eto ung short translation nung isang member sa YG...nde naman detailed ung laman lang mismo ng news...

the news is nothing much about the movie. the
interview were all about his "suicide" and then what
he learn from it and the reason for his come back.
Basically about the whole "suicide" thing. The movie
would be due in Nov i think. The movies is called
something like "the same month we all saw something."

same here yo!! the resolution's really bad... and since Im using a farked-up dial-up at home as well... humihinto-hinto din. But i was able to hear naman the audio -- as if that made any difference... nyahahahaha!!
