reagarding fdh on gma, feeling ko lang ayaw nila ipapalabas but because wala na silang choice but to air fdh over their channel. i think para sa kanila it's a matter of life and death, kung hindi nila ipapalabas ang fdh, pu-pull out ang unilever sa kanila, they'll be losing a lot of money. nasa kanila ang huling desisyon, abs-cbn has nothing to do with it. :D

It must probably be hyped up. Its rather unbelievable. Knowing Maria Ressa, she once worked for CNN. If her theory is accepted by the US, our country would long have been shied away by US investors.

I for one do not think that Filipinos would like to create trouble in another country, much less a staunch ally like the United States. Think about it. Bottomline, this docu only wastes your precious time.

Maganda naman yung result ng Monday ratings natin kasi it is very obvious na wala gaanong nagawang damage sa primetime natin ang pilot ng Bakekang. Yeah, they still got 34.4% but it is still lower as compared sa pilot ng ILNY nuon and Captain Barbell. The good thing there is mas tumaas yung rating ng KDOND, SI and BWN last Monday as compared to the Monday of last week. Malaki rin ang tulong ng CFY sa primetime kasi it is much higher sa mga previous na nag-occupy ng timeslot na yun like PDA and ALTK.

Pansin ko lang kagabi, iniwasan ata ng GMA na magkatapat ang CFY and LSIH.

But they had also acknowledged is the offer for her to be one of F4’s leading ladies in the drama to star the phenomenal group wherein she would be paired to Vic Zhou in particular.

The company of Mike He also sent out a statement that he turned down the project as well to focus on another drama he is set to do as well for a movie and his planned TVB debut in Hong Kong.

Both parties also claimed that the possible sequel to their hit drama The Devil Beside You is now almost non-existent due to the busy timetables and packed schedules the two idols are having.

The drama will push through due to the intense fondness of Producer Chai Ji Ping to the script, it had only been revised to take place in a college setting with much younger actors to play the characters which have been rewritten to be students.

For the replacement of Mike, it has been said that Yan Ya Lun(?) from boy band Fei Lun Ha (Fahrenheit?) is set to take over the role Mike He has left behind and the production is eyeing for Philippina teen actress Maja Salvador (?) to play the role of the naïve foreign exchange student.

Ewan ko lang kung napapansin nyo... parang nakakirita minsan ung episodes ng PDA... we're wise viewers naman kya we can see it kahit solid kapamilya tayo we can identify which one is a nice show and which one is not...sna medyo bawasan ung sobrang parang d kapanipaniwalang drama and ung ibang should i call it non sense activities..kasi prang Star in a Million na ipinipilit ipasak sa PBB ung concept..medyo hnd maganda...sana mabago pa ung takbo ng show sa darating na ibang araw kasi madaming magaling na scholar na deserving sumikat kaso naapektuhan dahil sa d ganon kaganda ung concept ng show d nagkakainteres tuloy ang maraming tao panoorin pano mabbring to stardome ung magiging winner kung d naman cla napapanood db? ...considering na last Monday and Tuesday it won in ratings...(Even writers sa tabloid todo sa pang ookray sa PDA)

ISA pang may future overseas trip ay si Angelica de-la Cruz na papunta naman sa USA.

Through Joey Sarmiento, Angelica was invited to fly to the USA para sa Ga-wad Award America 2006 composed of Filipino publishers and columnists in North America including Canada. Angelica was vo-ted the Most Outstanding Young Actress in TV. The awards night will be held on Nov. 18 at the Celebrity Center Hollywood California. Invited din siya to guest in a show in LA the night before the award ceremony. Kung hindi kami nag-kakamali, this is the same award-giving body that gave Encantadia and Sunshine Dizon their awards last year for Outstanding TV series and Most Outstanding Young Actress in TV respectively.

So, it will be Angelica’s turn naman to receive the award. Going there is all expenses paid including lodging na sasagutin ng or-ganizers of the award. Ba-litang nag-confirm na si Angelica to receive the award personally.

It had been made official that the supposed reconciliation series for tandem Mike He and Rainie Yang will push through with one major setback; they will be replaced by other actors.

Rainie’s talent agency, SMars expressed that Rainie really wanted to go on with the project yet her schedule and career path does not actually complement the project especially that they are currently training her for a change of image for her next album which would tackle her intense terpsichorean skills. But they had also acknowledged is the offer for her to be one of F4’s leading ladies in the drama to star the phenomenal group wherein she would be paired to Vic Zhou in particular.

The company of Mike He also sent out a statement that he turned down the project as well to focus on another drama he is set to do as well for a movie and his planned TVB debut in Hong Kong.

Both parties also claimed that the possible sequel to their hit drama The Devil Beside You is now almost non-existent due to the busy timetables and packed schedules the two idols are having.

The drama will push through due to the intense fondness of Producer Chai Ji Ping to the script, it had only been revised to take place in a college setting with much younger actors to play the characters which have been rewritten to be students.

For the replacement of Mike, it has been said that Yan Ya Lun(?) from boy band Fei Lun Ha (Fahrenheit?) is set to take over the role Mike He has left behind and the production is eyeing for Philippina teen actress Maja Salvador (?) to play the role of the naïve foreign exchange student.

reagarding fdh on gma, feeling ko lang ayaw nila ipapalabas but because wala na silang choice but to air fdh over their channel. i think para sa kanila it's a matter of life and death, kung hindi nila ipapalabas ang fdh, pu-pull out ang unilever sa kanila, they'll be losing a lot of money. nasa kanila ang huling desisyon, abs-cbn has nothing to do with it. :D

Correct! I will not generalized na sa buong Pilipinas is ganito ung situation, pero manifestation ito na talagang mahina ung movie na Eternity... I was able to watch You Are The One last Sept.12 (Tuesday) sa SM San Lazaro...so bali last day ng second week run ng YATO and Last day run naman ng Eternity for 1st week showing nila... Knowing na papasok na sa third week ung YATO hindi nga puno ung sinehan pero almost mapupuno na din yung deluxe seats ng cinema (kasi sa SM San Lazaro same lang ang bayad sa Primiere and Deluxe) and nong nasa pila kami halos lahat ng bumibili ng tiket YATO din ang papanoorin.. then the next day..Sept 13 (Wednesday) (Nadadaanan kasi ng bus na sinasakyan ko ung SM San Lazaro), ang nakapost sa Now Showing na lang ay ung You Are The One and ung Cinema 4 na inooccupy ng Eternity yesterday wala na ang nakalagay na ay ung pelikula ni Keanna Reeves (Binibining K) and d rest panay foreign films na...so ibig sabihin 3rd week ng nsa cinema ang YATO pero ung Eternity di na umabot man lang ng 1st day ng 2nd week sa SM San Lazaro...so iyan ba ang sinasabing flop ang You Are The One at mas kumita ang Eternity... naku sana mabasa ito ng ilang writers sa tabloid para malaman nila na di nila tayo maloloko sa press releases nila...nakakainis basta related sa ABS hay naku laging pangit ang release nila kahit di totoo...buti na lang ala akong nabasa na ang SUKOB e nag flop hahaha...

The much-hyped romantic drama about reincarnation was best at #2 with P11.79 million, below 2006's average for local films. 'Eternity' paled in comparison to its twin movie, 'Moments of Love,' which was a box-office hit last summer grossing over P65 million at the end of its run. 'Eternity' may not even reach half of that as it suffers from an early pull-out from theaters nationwide due to disappointing ticket sales. The Regal event took P22.82 million in its first 7 days of release.

Last week's champion, 'You Are The One,' enjoyed a strong hold as it continued to dominate the local box-office. Grossing more than P17 million on its second weekend, the romantic comedy more importantly extended the reign of locally produced pictures at the helm of the box-office for a seventh straight week. After two weeks in full release, 'You Are The One' has so far amassed P86.29 million and is on track to top P100 million next week.

As local films continued to flex their strength at the tills, Hollywood flicks continued to suffer from a lack of blockbuster releases. The best for this week belongs to the CGI animated film 'Monster House,' which tallied P5.26 million over the weekend, besting two other foreign debuts - 'You, Me & Dupree' (P3.81 million) and 'The Wicker Man' (P2.57 million).

The statement released by both parties of idols Rainie Yang and Mike He two days ago about them backing out of much awaited drama “Exchange Love” received boycott threats from many fans supporting the tandem especially after learning that the series is to go on with replacements. It is reported that Mike He is to focus on an upcoming film and his hong Kong debut while Rainie Yang is being groomed to be the love interest of Vic Chou in the highly anticipated F4 drama.

But fans almost came to a halt after learning that not only the actors would be replaced, but the script had been rewritten and instead of having young adults as the main characters, the story will revolve in a university campus focusing more on teenagers. The subplots of the original “Exchange Love” is to be followed with conscious changes here and there. Yet it seems to have clamed down the fans are the given choices of young, fresh and almost unknown actors to enter the scene once this drama starts to film April or May next year.

Top choice for the male lead Arron Yan is a member of rising boy band Fahrenheit. Fans were glad that at the very least is that he is one of the most considered actors for the leading guy role which had been originally offered to Mike He. Many had believed that he could give justice to the role left by Mike who was characterized to be spoiled, rich, rude and womanizing all at the same time. He is only twenty years of age but people from the internet believe that if he does accepts this role, he could overcome the popularity of co-band members Wu Zun and Jiro Wang.

To make the script fresher despite Mike and Rainie not being around, the writer adjusted the role of the girl into being a foreign exchange student who is to have a hard time coping into the Chinese culture. The original choice was actually Indonesian teen sensation, Agnes Monica but the producers thought they had found a much more suitable actress.

Eighteen-year old Maja Salvador is what intrigued people the most as her name was mentioned. The endless interrogation of her lack of Mandarin capability is the constant discussion but after the news of her possibly taking Mandarin lessons came up, many fans favored her to fill in the large shoes Rainie Yang left. The girl is already a teen actress in her home country and the producers spotted her after seeing her in a cable TV Filipino channel when she appeared in a drama anthology where they were amazed by her intense acting skills. The producers are eyeing her and it seems that even the Taiwanese fans who were disappointed by the change of decision of Mike and Rainie seemed to also agree with this girl.

But only the ratings would tell if this drama was worth it once it stars airing on the latter part of 2007.

It had been made official that the supposed reconciliation series for tandem Mike He and Rainie Yang will push through with one major setback; they will be replaced by other actors.

Rainie’s talent agency, SMars expressed that Rainie really wanted to go on with the project yet her schedule and career path does not actually complement the project especially that they are currently training her for a change of image for her next album which would tackle her intense terpsichorean skills. But they had also acknowledged is the offer for her to be one of F4’s leading ladies in the drama to star the phenomenal group wherein she would be paired to Vic Zhou in particular.

The company of Mike He also sent out a statement that he turned down the project as well to focus on another drama he is set to do as well for a movie and his planned TVB debut in Hong Kong.

Both parties also claimed that the possible sequel to their hit drama The Devil Beside You is now almost non-existent due to the busy timetables and packed schedules the two idols are having.

The drama will push through due to the intense fondness of Producer Chai Ji Ping to the script, it had only been revised to take place in a college setting with much younger actors to play the characters which have been rewritten to be students.

For the replacement of Mike, it has been said that Yan Ya Lun(?) from boy band Fei Lun Ha (Fahrenheit?) is set to take over the role Mike He has left behind and the production is eyeing for Philippina teen actress Maja Salvador (?) to play the role of the naïve foreign exchange student.

Four Leads Leaving "Goong": New Formation to Be Arranged for Sequel, Monday September 18, 2006 Korea

The immensely popular “Goong – Sassy Princess” is scheduled to begin shooting its sequel in October. However, it was still unclear whether the original leads will continue their performance. On the 15th, when director Hwang Inroe accepted an interview, he finally revealed and confirmed that “Goong II” will have an entirely new cast. The four leads Ju Ji Hoon, Yoon Eun Hye, Kim Jung Hoon and Song Ji Hyo will not participate in the sequel.

Although many fans of “Goong” were filled with anticipation for the confirmation of the four leads, but they will have to be disappointed. Hwang Inroe, who is responsible for the shooting of “Goong II”, expressed: “Both Ju Ji Hoon and Song Ji Hyo have decided to do another work. Yoon Eun Hye has another reason, but the three of them have told me that they were unable to film the sequel. Only Kim Jung Hoon has promised to accept it. Therefore “Goong II” will be shown to the viewers with an entirely new cast as well as a different plot.” Regarding the fact that he has to prepare four new people to take up these characters, Hwang Inroe could hardly conceal that he feels abandoned.

Hwang Inroe indicated that “Goong II” will continue with the theme of a fictional South Korean monarchy, showing how tradition and the present can co-exist together. The plot will also be tied to the first series. The ending of “Goong” revealed that ultimately Lee Shin and Lee Yul didn’t inherit the throne, leading to the temporarily ascension of Shin’s sister Hyemyeong. The sequel will thus continue with this plot as the palace discovers the existence of a royal grandson living among commoners. In turns out that he have absolutely no clue about his identity. After he graduated from high school, he works as a delivery boy. He didn’t know until the palace invited him to come and he suddenly became a member of the imperial family in one night. Upon his entrance in the palace, he began his training. He will be groomed to become emperor. The inspiration for this plot came from the true story of the Joseon dynasty where a commoner became the emperor.

Currently, the drama team of “Goong II” is building a new scenery nearby Hwaseong, Suwon. They are also diligently trying out different filming angles. After the new leads are confirmed begin October, they will immediately start filming. It will then be broadcasted next year in January.

Nakakalungkot naman yung ratings natin last Friday. Ang baba ng ratings natin from a high nung Thursday. However, may bago na namang record nung last Friday in terms of ratings care of Say Alonso. Sa Pinoy Big Brother Season 1, the lowest rating na nakuha nito on a weekday is yung episode na meron syang 100 seconds with the final 4 to say na break na sila ni JB. That episode received an all-time low sa season 1 with a record-breaking 21.7%. Last Friday, Say Alonso made another record for Super Inggo. Di ba yung plot ng story sa Super Inggo ay about sa white lady where Say is the white lady? The episode last Friday only got 26.8%, the lowest that Super Inggo got in terms of ratings in Metro Manila. Grabe record breaking na si Say nyan. Sya ata ang magiging alas ng GMA para hindi matalo ng ABS-CBN sa Mega Manila.

- 1st-3rd year college at UPCebu saw her being a member of UPSTAGE, Univ of the Phil Students Theater Arts Group for Education. (during the time she was member, performances were mostly performance art, usually in dance sequences). with the rest of the execom in their last year with Upstage, they staged KUNWARI. chai wrote the script for the Malakas-Maganda/Filipino-mythical-characters.

- as with theater acting, she is part in the production staff and actors list. Among the numerous plays are: OUR TOWN, BUS TERMINAL

- she's vocalist of Balde ni Allan, performing mostly world/earth music.
The short clip from the launch of the regional dreamers which showed her sing was an original composition, the lyrics consisting of the word lord/god/allah in different languages.

I don't like Say because of the things she did to Angelica Panganiban who is a loyal Kapamilya. Inis talaga ako sa ginawa nya dati kahit na sabihing ok na raw sila ni Angelica.

Si Say kabagu-baguhan pa lang sa ABS-CBN ay nanira na ng isang co-talent nya sa network. Ang talent na binangga pa niya ay yung hindi nang-iwan sa ABS-CBN despite the tempting offer ng kabila to be a leading lady sa Sugo dati. Samantalang siya, baguhan pa lang sa station hindi na agad maganda ang ginawang accusations against Angelica.

Nag-react ang mga GMA-7 tungkol sa nasulat namin dito sa PSN kahapon regarding ratings ng Love Spell at Love to Love.

Say ng Siete ay hindi raw totoong single digit ang nakuha ng L2L, in fact tumaas daw at point six lang ang lamang ng LS ng Dos.

Katwiran namin sa aming kausap ay may sarili kasing sinusunod na rating sheet ang Siete na iba naman sa Dos pero at para sa kumpletong detalye ay, Mega Manila rating Love Spell-10.6% at ang Love to Love ay 10%; sa Metro Manila naman ay LS 11.3% at 8.3% naman ang L2L.

Matagal na naming napansin sa GMA na kung ano ang mas mataas nilang ratings between Metro at Mega ay yun ang ipina-paskel nila sa tabi ng elevator at canteen nila para makita ng buong staff. :p

Para sa ganun ay makitang maliit o konti lang ang lamang kapag natalo sila ng katapat na programa at kapag panalo naman ay pinapaskel nila ang mas mataas nilang ratings para masabing nilampaso nila ang kalaban.

Consistent na laging nasa 30's ang KDOND. Nag-enjoy ako sa Monday episode pati na rin nung Tuesday. Wag na lang muna nilang tapusin yung show kasi ito yung nagdadala sa primetime. Ang Pilipino STAR Ngayon 09/21/2006

Nag-react ang mga GMA-7 tungkol sa nasulat namin dito sa PSN kahapon regarding ratings ng Love Spell at Love to Love.

Say ng Siete ay hindi raw totoong single digit ang nakuha ng L2L, in fact tumaas daw at point six lang ang lamang ng LS ng Dos.

Katwiran namin sa aming kausap ay may sarili kasing sinusunod na rating sheet ang Siete na iba naman sa Dos pero at para sa kumpletong detalye ay, Mega Manila rating Love Spell-10.6% at ang Love to Love ay 10%; sa Metro Manila naman ay LS 11.3% at 8.3% naman ang L2L.

Matagal na naming napansin sa GMA na kung ano ang mas mataas nilang ratings between Metro at Mega ay yun ang ipina-paskel nila sa tabi ng elevator at canteen nila para makita ng buong staff. :p

Para sa ganun ay makitang maliit o konti lang ang lamang kapag natalo sila ng katapat na programa at kapag panalo naman ay pinapaskel nila ang mas mataas nilang ratings para masabing nilampaso nila ang kalaban.

Witness na kami sa pangyayaring ito dahil labas-pasok kami sa GMA compound before at ganito rin ang itini-text sa amin ng mismong empleyado ng Siete.

Sa Dos naman ay parang itinatago naman nila ang ratings sheet dahil kung hindi mo tatanungin ay hindi nila sasabihin, maliban na lang kung ire-request mo at a day after pa bago mo malaman ang resulta at ang katwiran nila, "Hindi na talaga namin sinasabi sa empleyado namin kung nanalo o talo kami sa ratings, kasi nakaka-apekto rin yun sa kanila, basta work na lang kami nang work, kung nanalo, very good, pag natalo, good pa rin," esplika ng executive na kausap namin.

Medyo nakakainis yung Super Inggo lately nung pinasok sa series si Say Alonso. Sa bahay namin pati na rin sa mga kapitbahay namin ay napapalipat na ng channel kapag umaarte na sya. Literally po yun. Di bagay sa kanya yung pagiging white lady nya sa series. She's already 27 but she is still acting like a 16-year old girl.

Anyway, believe naman ako kay Say Alonso. On her first year sa showbiz since PBB, she was able to set records in the history of Philiipne television.
1. PBB Season 1's lowest rating is Say Alonso's 100 seconds with the final 4 to say na break na sila ni JB (21.7% - ang galing naman ni Say)
2. Last Friday's episode of Super Inggo was able to set another record where Say Alonso is the white lady. That episode got a record-breaking 26.8%, the lowest that Super Inggo got since its premiere last August 28.

Say Alonso is such an asset of GMA to maintain its lead in Mega Manila. A treasure to its competitor. She can already be lined-up with the likes of Lovi Poe and Cogie Domingo in the Love To Love final season that are now setting a record for GMA and such an asset to ABS-CBN.

Truly, Say Alonso is a phenomenal FALLING STAR!!!

Actually la ako kakilala dito pero i've found out ds forum is very nice...kaya e2 nakisali na ako...sa dinami dami ng forums na pinupuntahan ko i think ds forum ang pinakamalinis at bihira ang bad worded person para lang idefend ang opinions nila...( pero merong naliligaw na mangilan ngilan d2 cguro d masaya sa forum nila kaya d2 nagkakalat..haha!!) :)
