Just look at it this way: Si PGMA ay isang Kapuso na by saying these words. Therefore you wouldn't want the President to be a Kapamilya, di ba? Or am I wrong?

Buti na nga dapat kang matuwa dyan. Because ABS-CBN's brand of news reporting really "hurts" where the "truth hurts the government". Di ba? Dapat magsaya kayo mga Kapamilya diyan sa mga sinasabi ni PGMA.

Base kasi sa resulta ng AGB survey para sa araw ng Biyernes, barely two days after the controversial episode ng PBB, lalo pa itong sumadsad sa rating.

Although hindi namin nakuha ang survey result nu'ng Wednesday mismo, the mere fact na nakapagtamo lang ng 12 percent ang itinuturing na "top rating" program ng ABS-CBN last Friday, halimbawang mas mataas ng ilang porsyento nu'ng Wednesday, ibig sabihin, hindi naging consistent ang kanilang viewership.

Hindi naging "big deal" sa manonood kung anumang uri ng pagkatao mayroon ang mga housemate ng PBB.

FYI, ang naitalang rating ng Eat Bulaga nu'ng Friday, Mar. 3, ay 29.7 percent, samantalang 11.3 naman ang nakuha ng Pilipinas GNKB? Kahit pagsamahin ang resulta ng rating ng dalawang shows na itinapat ng Dos sa EB ng GMA-7, nakadidismayang 23.3 percent lang ang nakuha nila. Mas mataas ng mahigit six percent ang EB.

Ano raw ang nangyayari sa balitaan ng GMA News at tila raw mas matapang pa raw ang ABS-CBN ngayong magbalita, eh, ayon iyan sa obserbasyon ng ilang kolumnista.

Kung pagpuntirya rin lang kay Pangulong Arroyo ang pag-uusapan, mas matalim daw ang Dos.

Napa-isip tuloy ako. Mukhang may basehan.

Nag-iingat nga lang ba o sobrang ingat naman yata ng ating mga Kapuso?

Pero kung tutuusin, tila ganon lang talaga ang Dos ngayon dahil may pinaghuhugutan sila ng lakas ng loob-- kayo ba naman ang unti-unti nalulugi, nalalaos sa ratings, nasisira ang imahe sa publiko at dagdag pa ang trahedya bunga ng kapabayaan nila sa masaya sanang Wowowee anniversary celebration....tapos, gagatungan pa ni PGMA ng kanyang pambibirada, kung di ba naman lagi maghurumentado hehe.

Pero pwera biro, hindi siguro masama ang mag-ingat at sabagay, tumitira pa rin ang Siyete.

Sa kaso ng Dos, kaya lang naman, aktibo uli sila sa tirada kay PGMA ay dahil sa na-onse sila o hindi nasusunod ang kanilang 'plano'.

Hindi natin dapat kalimutan ang naging parte ng Dos sa popularidad ni PGMA bago, sa kasagsagan at pagkatapos ng eleksyon.

Opinyon ko iyon base na rin sa obserbasyon...personal.

3 months is only good for 1 season. Tsaka depende suguro sa ratings. Just like Mga Anghel na Walang Langit. Halos umabot ng 1 taon.

i watched azumi 1 and 2. astig yung story and yung bidang girl dito.i found that guy "nachi" really cute kaya lang ang ikli ng part nya sa movie.so i researched something about him.SHUN OGURI.at don ko nabasa na kasama sya sa HANAYORI DANGO.a japenese version of meteor garden though mg is based on the japanese manga.nabuhay tuloy yung curiosity ko bout the japanese dramas and movies. meron po bang hanayori dango na binebentang cd/dvd dito sa pinas dubbed in english? please, please. also gokusen? maganda ba reviews? and ok ba dun si SHUN OGURI. i also find matsumoto jun cute kahit di ko pa sya nakita umarte. :confused:

Charo Santos shares some programming plans, including acquiring other shows from the Dutch firm Endemol, which owns the Big Brother series, as well as co-production ventures with regional networks, like a 20-part series with a Malaysian network starring Piolo Pascual and Kristine Hermosa, who have a big following in Malaysia. "We also have to improve on our comedies," she says.

they need to take into action, dapat improve nila muna ang mga signal problem nila sa metro manila. they have nothing to worry about especially sa mga province kasi abs-cbn rules talaga especially sa bacolod, davao, cagayan de oro, maybe cebu?, sa iloilo naman neck ro neck battle pa rin.

sa last paragraph, i dunno if typographical error lang yan o si piolo talaga?! baka si jericho rosales?! kasi sikat talaga si echo sa malaysia. doon pa nga siya nagpromote ng kanyang album and i think he also appeared in a series there or was it a movie? :)

About Korina going back to newscasting, that is kinda hard already, since she is being talked about as planning already to leave ABS once the new owners of Channel 9 have settled down.

But with "Patrol" finishing its nightly newscast by 7, I think its really about time, since the programming habits of Filipinos on the local channels have greatly distorted since the teleseryes and Asianovelas started showing every night on primetime.

In our days as youths during the '70s and '80s, all newscasts are regulated to begin at 6:30 and end at 7:00PM. Lahat ng channels yun, including that of the government. No network cannot deviate from that grid, or he faces risks of closure by the then Marcos dictatorship.

Sana mabalik na nga ang early evening newscast to where it really belongs, in the early evenings, meaning start at 6:00PM sharp!

FYI po sa lahat, nagsimula na ang ABS noon na 6pm talaga ang TVP World. This was May 30, 2005 noong nilipat ang Meteor Garden: The Full Edition sa Primetime galing sa 5:30-6:30pm. Akala kasi nila, mahohold nila ang viewers hanggang sa manood na ang mga viewer ng Meteor Garden.
Imagine, last ratings nila nung 6:30pm pa sila noong kasabay ang 24 Oras, it was TVP World 27.1 vs 24 Oras 28.2. This was last May 27, 2005.
Tapos noong May 30, 2005. Nagpalit palit sila ng Primetime Bida. Inilipat na ang Meteor Garden: The Full Edition sa Primetime Bida. 6pm nag-start ang news nila. Ang ratings: TVP World 19.3& vs 26.2%. Hindi kumagat sa viewers na agahan ang oras ng news. Kaya ayun, di kinaya ng ABS, binalik na rin sa 630pm ang news.
Kaya, tingin ko, nasanay na ang tao na-late ang news, late ang GMA Telebabad at ABS Primetime Bida. Dami pa kasing pauwi pa lang kapag 6pm. Pag 630pm, nasa bahay na talaga.

oo nga eh. for me, ok naman ang story ng PLL. though the story is basic, the usual love triangle pa rin pero maganda ang pag portray ni Kim Jung Eun and Jung Joon Ho. i dunno what will happened pag ibang artista ang nilagay nila doon.

yeah they are also playing the original songs of the series. i once heard bom nal playing in the background on the drama spring day while sa princess lulu, narinig ko rin ang kanta ni shine. mga tagalog songs were being played ata during the closing credit.

I remember in 2004, Thursday, November 11, 2004 nang unang i- air ang teaser ng Lovers in Paris and that time, may airing date na siya, which was November 15, 2004. Wala pang one week ang promotion, pero nag hit siya! kaya kahit sandali lang ang promotion, basta maayos, for sure, papatok ang series!

PBB Teen Edition, parang summer camp

Dalawang tunay na artista ang na-evict sa Bahay ni Kuya sa Celebrity Edition ng Pinoy Big Brother ng Dos. Last time si Christian Vazquez at sinundan ito last Saturday ni Aleck Bovick.

Siyam na lang ang naiwan sa loob ng PBB out of 14 housemates na nagsimula noong Peb. 5. Matatapos ito sa Abril 1 or after 56 days.

Dahil some 20 days to go, tila bibilisan na ang eviction. Naka-schedule na dalawa ang ma-evict this week (isa mamaya at isa sa Sabado) out of the four eviction candidates na sina Rico, John, Gretchen at Zanjoe.

Dahil celebrities ang housemates, ang bahagi ng cash money nila ay mapupunta sa kanilang favorite charity. Kaya sa top cash prize na P2M, kalahati lang ang mapupunta sa top winner plus a condo worth P1.5M.

Pinaghahandaan na ng PBB people ang kanilang Final Night sa April 1st. Ayon kay Ms. Linggit Tan ng PBB, maganda ang opening nila noong Pebrero 5 sa Baywalk sa Manila.

Pinaunlakan sila ni Mayor Lito Atienza. Kaya sa Manila pa rin nila gagawin ang final night nila ng Celebrity Edition. In fact, may venue nang napusuan si Ms. Linggit -- ang Post Office area sa Plaza Lawton. Sana, maaprubahan daw ito ng security team nila.

"Napuntahan ko na ang area," kuwento niya sa amin noong Lunes. "Nabilang ko pati ang mga columns o colonnade ng harapan ng Post Office. Tamang-tama sa amin, 14 columns para sa 14 housemates."

Nagsimula na ang screening nila para sa third PBB nila, ang Teen Edition para sa mga kabataang 16-18 y/o.

Parang summer camp ito dahil magsisimula ito sa Abril 22 at matatapos sa Hunyo 3, bago magsimula ang klase. Twelve housemates -- 6 boys, 6 girls -- ang mananatili sa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya for six weeks.

Nag-screening o auditions na sila sa Cebu noong Marso 3 at 4 at sa Metro Manila last weekend, Marso 10 at 11. Pupunta sila sa Davao at babalikan nila ang Cebu sa Marso 27 para sa final screening ng Cebu batch.

Nagulat sina Direk Lauren Dyogi at Linggit Tan sa big turnout sa Manila audition nila. Ang dami talaga, mula 4,000 to 5,000 teenagers bawat screening day and to think na 12 lang ang pipiliin nila all over the country.

Incidentally, important week ito para sa first PBB winner na si Nene (Geneviev) Tamayo. Kahapon nagkaroon ng blessing at opening ng kanyang pinanalunang Ink-For-Less shop sa San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City. Malapit ito sa Sienna College.

This weekend naman, blessing din ng pinanalunang bahay ni Nene sa St. Monique de Valais Subdivision sa Binangonan, Rizal. Ipinagawa ito kay Nene ng sponsor. Habang ginagawa ito, tumira muna si Nene sa kanilang model house.

sana minsan maging transparent ang ABS-CBN and show us how our
votes for PBBCE are being tallied. sana hindi lang ang results and percentage
ang ipakita kundi how they count the votes. kasi i noticed lang na very
predictable ang lumalabas ng bahay e. pag may issue sa loob ng bahay and
nominated ang housemate na yun.... 95% hindi navo-vote out ang said
housemate. just like in gege's case.... alam ko na sya ang mapapalabas kasi
wala na syang story or issue sa loob. pero siguro kung si zanjoe or rico ang
mapalabas baka bumaba ang rating ng PBB kasi mawawalan na ng aabangan
ang mga viewers. like me... siguro kung na-vote out si zanjoe parang
nakakawalang gana na manood kasi wala ng cute sa loob ng bahay.
