izzit.. wah.. it like rollar coster...RnB i used to like them most in j-stars.. but after i went for their auto session in SG... i realli felt the management sux! i not against anyone of the artist here.. but the management...
one tt day quite a few of our CD got mixed up.. forcing some to take the very "lan" auto CD back.. i was very unfortunate.... not even 1 CD left for mi n a gal(except 1 veri super lan CD there...) they expect us to take.. then we argue wit the guard... who then brought us to see sun zong... He nv even try to listen out prob.. said tt its our fault for not lookin for our cds when auto.. but actaul we been trying to take care of our cd on stage.. while the staff keep on pushing us in front...( in e end we got a new CD auto.. but was kept to the last person auto again.. realli tink its unfair for us to wait so long!)

i have nv been so angry wit the auto session b4...i dunno but ur for other j stars auto... but this is the onli 1 n leave a veri bad impression 4 me till now...

J stars management reaali bad..(lol.. no words to discribe..)lol.. i tink toro shld be regret leaving EG oso ba..nv get a change to show off his talent after joining.. except maybe when he 1st join in..(juz personal comments)

Think about it this way. Its all about DISCIPLINE. I guess you have stumbled across one of the best products that discipline can give. Its been a long long time since discipline was implemented in the showbiz arena.

Martial arts stars all went through this. Just watched a docu about Bruce Lee and I realized how much he put his Martial Arts into all of his films and TV shows. Eventually, Jackie Chan also copied his style and became successful himself.

Maybe for all that's worth, Sun Zhong only wanted the welfare of the J-Stars in mind. Fans will eventually understand that he only did this for their own good.

grabe im shocked may sariling thread na si bosing hah..... cool man!

its my first time to enter this thread anyway, some people may disagree with him for some decision mr. sun made and work attitude... but i guest he is just protective of his company's image.....

i totally agree with what edching have said in this thread.... actually mr. sun put on lots of time and energy on dealing with related matters for all his jstar talents... i guess he have his own ways why he is doing so... the mere fact that you can create and give your company so much talents in a span of 4-5 years, really a hard thing to accompalish(right now parang 50 na yata daw talents nila..heard and read fr somewhere) .. but bec. also of the discipline mr. sun implies on 5566, they in return repay mr sun in taking care of their younger talents... mr.sun just wish the best for jstar.... kaya nga without him, he wont have such talents as 5566,K-One,etc. One the other hand, without the side help of his talents to care for each other.. do you think Mr. Sun can do it all by himself?

Honestly, im impressed and deeply touched by what Jstar have, no to say the success they got.... honestly, its not only because 5566 is therein Jstar, but bec the whole company(talents, mgt people and working crew) dedication that i saw that make me even adore Jstar familymore as time goes by.... this kind of working relationship cant be seen else where...

hello Pao: hahaha...yup isama natin yung assistant sa autograph session... i still dont know his name, but i got the name of the stylist nila....hahahaha... i heard sun zhong called him "Ren Fung" sa press conference... his English name is Ryan Yeh (Yeh Ren Fung)... i checked the info of names at the back of Cest si Bon album and TFKC soundtrack.... i saw two names din in the title of production staff sa TFKC soundtrack na... Angus Sung, Daivd Gump... i usually see this two names at the back of 5566 album... i dont know who among them is the P.A. (production assistant) who said "you can only sign here"..... la lang share ko lang po....

** Sun Te Jung aka Sun Zhong/ Mr. Sun= General Manager of Jungiery Star talent company /talent manager of J-stars (5566, 183club, 7Flowers, K-One, VJ, Typhoon, Lala, Tai Ji , Jie Li and Done-Oh the Frog mascot)**

Sun Te Jung is considered the second generation (son) of outer province people, his father died when he was 18 years old, since little he got to spend times of holidays at relative house, so he secretly wish for a wish, that is one day he wanted to have a family and be proud of it, hence he strive hard to accomplish that goal.

Prior to entering the showbiz industry, Sun Zhong (Mr. Sun) has worked for travel agency, seafood restaurant, and even karaoke store, he choose to left every single job he undertook on its business peak. During his stay at the karaoke store, Sun Zhong come to know a musician named 翁孝良, it was also due to inspiration that Sun Zhong agreed him to joined hands and create a mini work studio, from there they launches hot singers like 張雨生、陶晶瑩及東方快車 among others, after a year and a half time Sun Zhong was called for by Rock records to be its exclusive case Manager, “I am thinking to getting in Rock Records for six years already, the funny thing was the date of my first day of job was on April 1 –April fool’s day. But prior to going into Rock records, Sun Zhong does not have any job, he was unease for he is the type of busy person who worked for more than 12 hours a day. Later on his boss told him, “I think you will be a person whose future will be dangerous for your enemy, I wont want to be your enemy, thus being friend with you is much better.” His boss gave him a challenge mission, he gave Sun Zhong a set expense of NT$600,000 to do 3 albums, Sun Zhong set out a case in which he let all the Rock record talents to have provincial tour. In order to save up NT$1.8 M target expense, he drove to 40 schools all over Taiwan for a permission to do paid school tour, later on this 20 provincial tour sets a record of beginning of the so-called campus tour, thus fame of singers likes 林強、溫金龍 rose up to fame. Sun Zhong is a person of endless self-challenge, after 3 years he joined hands in creating another Jin Tien Records in which he help Hong Kong stars Tony Leung 梁朝偉、孫耀威 to set another goal and conquered the Taiwan market; during those times Sun Zhong is just a 31 years old young man, and is the youngest ever General Manager of the Recording industry.

It was also because of the experience of managing Hong Kong stars that made Sun Zhong realize one thing. How come Hong Kong and Japan can do it, why not Taiwan? Ever since he set a goal of uplifting the local talents of Taiwan, and he set a goal of having his talents be well rounded, his principle: “chicken eggs cant be put on the same basket” – This means he want his talents to be different from the others.

Sun Te Jung is very concentrated on his principles and wanted to do his own label and created Wei Chu Records, during that time talents under his wings are 「四大天王」that later become the group Romeo, and POSTMAN. It is also during this time that talent group Romeo have a legal contract conflict with Sun Zhong. Sun Zhong admitted that thing is the biggest blow/shock on him, he was disappointed on human nature. This was also the point where in his life dropped to the lowest.

After closing up Wei Chu Records, Sun Zhong seriously taught of what he will do in the future, he realize he need to combine his talent company and coordinate them with a television network, luckily he know SETTV vice Su Li Mei and she invited him to work together with her, this is how he came into SETTV. On the first half of the year, Sun Zhong is responsible for the management department, but he is not that happy and begun working only 1-2 hours each day, “but Manager Zhang and Vice Su Li Mei are patience waiting for my recovery, they wait for my emotion to somewhat settle down and would usually encourage and dine with me, even on the audition of idol dramas they would insisted on letting me join and hearing my idea on things…” It is due to this simple things of gratitude that touches the heart of Sun Zhong, even though there are some company that want to pirate him, he wont want to left this company.

During Jungiery Star company as it started on December 2000, there was only one contract talent signed that time, he is Tony Sun who just finished his military terms. Sun Zhong have realized that during those times it was the rise up fame of Japanese and Korean idol groups, so Sun Zhong decided on creating his own idol group 5566! He plan to do big on five members of 5566 and later on the company continues to signed on new talents like Johnny, Ming Dow and Joe Chen.

Right from the start, Sun Te Jung set a goal that he wish and wanted to trained/create a “common super star”, he usually wish his talents to have their food, clothing, and their life style to coordinate with one’s age and status, he does not need to wear branded clothes. Even on overseas promotions living in hotel, he seriously restrict his talents to have “room service”, whatever snacks or juice they wanted, he regulate them to buy all what they wanted from the convenience store on the first day of their arrival, you can’t use the reason of being famous and see this little things as nothing.

Sun Zhong wished to enhance the ability of his talents, he started this system from Wei Chu records times, created the talent internal competition! From the props, outfit, music selections, whatever the artists need on their performance, they need to do it themselves. Even if you are famous, you still need to join and compete this tradition of Jungiery Star every month, “Intelligent artist can handle every situation on their own palm, I wish them to understand one thing, you can’t depend on others, the best way is to depend on yourself”. Today’s Jungiery Star, includes Senior brother Tony Sun of 5566, 183 Club, K-ONE, 7 Flowers, Typhoon are among the 40 talents of the company is like a big family; Sun Zhong also set another goal, he wish that before he retires, at least 15 of his talents can save up to at least NT$20M for a mansion.

On Sun Zhong’s near 20 years in showbiz industry, Sun Zhong said, these past few years is the happiest time of his life, because his own children are not this good; he knew Tony Sun when he was 17 years old, Zax was with him at the age of 16 during Postman times, he got his eyes on Sam Wang who is 17 years old that times, but waited 7 years long until he agreed on signing the contract with him, he usually got to watched Johnny playing basketball, “all these good kids by my side, how can I not be happy?” He added, his own life is colorful enough, if ever he suddenly dies tomorrow, he does not have regret about it.

Because he is satisfy with what he have in life, Sun Te Jung sets another goal for the year 2011 as his retiring schedule, he might be handling the Jungiery Star company to Tony Sun by then, so he can go and fulfill his dream of going around the world.

Even though Sun Te Jung helped a lot of stars rise up to fame, but his doings are more of the stronger side, hence he usually offend and displease many people; but according to Sun Zhong, “in order to get more benefits for talents, I don’t have choice but to offend people”. I read the below news on SETTV J-star thread. A Hong Kong fans said that early Sept. Jungiery Star will open a exclusive store to sell all J-star merchandise on Hong Kong (http://www.tsinoy.com/forum/editpost.php?do=editpost&p=523038) & overseas fans. This store is said to be given right by Jungiery Star . The location will be on Mongkok HK. But I still don’t get to have the EXACT LOCATION pa as of now… don’t have the location yet.. once I know… I will inform all of you thru FUNLANDERS and J-Star thread on Tsinoy!!!!

I am not sure of the current local showbiz industry here in the philippines, but one time 1-2 weeks ago... i watch GMA7 and there is one lady who have been freeze by her talent company... biglang pumasok sa isip ko... they followed sun zhong's type of managing people... most people may think it is too cruel .... pero mr sun have his reason for doing so... and im proud of telling you this... JUNGIERY STAR has been on taiwan showbiz for just a little pass 5 years... bagong talent company lang siya sa taiwan but they are now the bigggest and the best talent company sa taiwan... no one ever does that.. Jstar is just one of the talent company under the wing of a TV station SETTV in taiwan just like that of GMA 7, but it work independently from their mother TV station. Right now J-star have its own published J-star magazine, J-star baseball team and k-Plus/ Jstar hair salon... among those it also have a company owned by its senior talent 5566, four of them manage that company that launches all the merchandise created by Jungiery Star for its talents...(P.S. Sun Te Jung lead J-star artists in new project (version #1)

Under the leadership of Jungiery Star big boss Sun Te Jung, Sam Wang, JR, Joe Chen, Ehlo Huang Yu Rong are some of the J-star family members who joins for another hot wave 3D animated this summer season.

Sony¡¯s first animated movie ¡°Open Season ¨C Hunting Season¡±, the story relates about a Bear that was cared for by the jungle circus personnel, the Bear save a broken horn Deer in an accidental circumstance. The Deer was so touched by the action of the Bear, it then lead the bear to a jungle. Adventure begun when the never been on the outside world Bear got into a series of trouble and bumped into a cool mouse that is said to be the big boss of the jungle¡­

The voice for the movie English version is dub by Martin Lawrence, the Chinese version will be dubbed by 5566-183 Club¡¯s Sam Wang and K-One¡¯s JR. JR and his dubbed animated character have same characteristics, but they speak are the same way too. Sam Wang deep and magnetism voice, have a lot in common with the USA version Martin Lawrence voice, the two of them gave a lot of life on this pair of disaster brothers!

While 183 Club¡¯s Ehlo Huang Yu Rong dubbed the voice of the handsome deer; Joe Chen dubbed the jungle management personnel Pace. The most difficult to obtain chance is that Jungiery Star big boss Mr. Sun Te Jung himself also joins his subordinates in this dubbing project!

Because in the movie there is a jungle big brother cool mouse role, aside from having a quite cute outer appearance, but you can not judge the mouse by its appearance, in this jungle if anyone disobey him, then he will be conquer by the mountain of squirrels! But in the end, this big brother and the deer become good friends, both of them go hand in hand in this great responsibility of protecting the jungle. It is very coincident that this cool squirrel boss image seems to fit Sun Zhong perfectly!

It¡¯s Jungiery star first time! The very first time J-star gave them selves to ¡°Open season¡± animated movie! An asset of J-star to have many artists within their company, this time Sun Te Jung himself lead his artists in chinese character dubbing of Sony¡¯s first animated movie.

Sam and JR got to dubbed for the animated movie ¡°Open Season ¨C hunting season¡± as two brothers. In the movie the two of them portrayed animals bear and deer, both are a lot to learn in living on the real world, Sam¡¯s role the bear have to be taught by JR¡¯s role deer on how to take the rest room! In the reality world, the mass analyzed that Sam character have a bit the same with his portrayed character, even talent manager Sun Te Jung said so, ¡°he did looked like silly person¡±, Sam immediately explained: ¡°Let me beautify it! I am just innocent..¡±

JR dubbed character the deer is a very intelligent and dignified animal, but Sam criticizes: ¡°Please, he cheats..¡± Regarding the first time dubbing experience, JR said: ¡°its like shooting for a series, but the main difference is that you should be fluent in speaking¡±.

Aside from the two of them, Joe Chen, Ehlo Huang Yu Rong and even talent manager Sun Te Jung also take part in this project. Sun Te Jung used to be a manager behind the camera, this time he is asked to work in front the camera, Sun Te Jung said: ¡°I am more nervous, because I am used to be on behind the camera, I am afraid I can fulfill the duty, and would be laughed by his artists¡±. According to our understanding, Mr. Sun is afraid of being surpassed by his artists, if that if the situation, it could be hard for him to have a lot of requirements on his artists work attitude and performances. But his j-star artists have confidence in Mr. Sun to do the work well. Mr. Sun added: ¡°my role in this project is a big cool mouse, my Chinese horoscope is under the year of the mouse, this character of mine is very firm in his words and like that of a big boss, so when the production choose the man for his role, they ended up that I am the one for this role!¡±

Joe Chen is one of the few female Jungiery Star to be protected of, even if in this dubbing work, her role is the same better than anyone, Joe laughed: ¡°Everyone is animal in the movie, and I am the only person there is¡±.

It is the first time the five of them dubbed voices, at the beginning they can¡¯t cope up with the technique of dubbing, they have used 10 times effort in utilizing their voice as a tool on this movie. According to our understanding, aside from using Mandarin as their dubbing language, there are times that the five of them would add their Taiwanese language as part of the sentence there in order to beautify more the project.

SETTV is considered one of the new tv station on taiwan, 10 years pa lang siya... they are not as long running tv station as that of ABS CBN or GMA7 na 40 years and more...i example GMA7 with SETTV lang kasi sikat siya...

P.S.(off the topic)..183 club recently went to China with talent manager Mr. sun , i read sa settv jstar forum today of a shocking news... the news was reported on oct22 on china news... Mr.Sun was kidnap and threathen by gang to sign a contract pertaining to doing a specific project because 183 club is hot in China right now... but of course Mr. Sun wont want to sign it...it was said that he was gone for 2 hours! 183 club dont know of it at all, but they are surprise how come Mr. Sun is missing for a long time? they got to know the matter after talent manager's release. After the matter, Mr. Sun dont want to speak more of the matter, he also give Beijing J-star (office)... it was said that he ask his workers paid up to buy the pirated items and take pics of it, then he plan to do a legal action on 183 club items and other jstar items sold on roadside...
(my friend's mom got to see that news on TVBS(Taiwan) news about the kidnapping news too.. they have interviewed tony and zax pa nga coz they also went to China prior.. sabi nga daw true na may mga ganun incidents...)
Remarks of litsky: got shock with the news.... that least calm is mr sun and he didnt sign the contract...kasi if you are to subject yourself to this kind of bad deeds of gang, eh what will happen to taiwan and beijing jstar!! He is responsible for the workers and talents under him... grabe ilan families ang nakasalalay kay mr sun... But im happy that mr sun will at least do legal actions on piracy thing that is spreading... i think kaya he insist on having an office in beijing para at least may legal back up siya in case of some circumstances happen...
