btw, i'm currently watching Hello Black Jack.... finally na-schedule ko na sya panuorin.... I'm on the 10th episode... at first parang nakakainis yung character ni Satoshi, pero dahil sa kanyang cutie handsome face talagang pinanuod ko! naaliw ako sa kagandahang lalaki nya....Akala ko nga di ko matatapos, di ko namamalayan I'm on the 10th episode na pala. kaya lang ako huminto sa papanuod kse Showbiz Extra na.... :)

Synopsis:

Mochizuki's Dragon Head manga series was featured in Weekly Young Magazine from September 1994 to December 1999. The story is an intense mystery about Teru Aoki (Tsumabuki) who is returning home on the bullet train from a class trip with his teacher and classmates. While the train is passing through a tunnel, the train runs off the tracks and crashes. Everyone aboard the train except Teru seems to have died in the accident. I didn't know na may thread pala si Satoshi-kun dito. Actually siya ang una kong Jstar na nakita and gusto ko siya kahit di pa me nakakapanood ng mga series niya. Anyways, thx sa mga pix and infos.

Gusto ko talaga siyang mapanood sa Lunch no Juou, pero wala me mahanap na seller. Nakaka-inggit naman kayo guys kase nakakapag dl kayo kayo ng mga Jdoramas niya.

Hi RecluZZe & minna san, in case you don't read Chinese, here's a little summary of the upcoming drama of Satoshi "Slow Dance", yes, there would also be Fujki Naohto, acting as the elder brother of Satoshi. And the heroine is Fukatsu Eri, acts as an owner of a fashion manufacturing co. and Ryoko Hirosue as her staff. Satoshi & Fukatsu would be lover, and Ryoko would also be in this relationship somehow. The producer said it's gonna be a "happy summer love story", where Satoshi is the teacher in a driving school, who has given up his dream to be a movie director, met Fukatsu in the coffee shop he used to go, who is very good at work but not in love relationship. They met each other again in the driving school....
btw, do anyone here like Kimura Takuya? I like him too, so I love "Chungsingkura 1/47", and I love the co-acting part of Takuya & Satoshi ^o^
So far, "Orange Days" is the best to me among Satoshi's drama, cos he's the main cast !!! but I don't like his hair style, frankly speaking........i would prefer the current one, or the one in "Lunch Queen" [or anything not going upward, ha ha]

[Synopsis]

Here's one restaurant where hunks with distinctive personalities put their hearts and souls into cooking.

Natsumi, who works in a cafe, loves lunchtime. In fact, nothing excites her more than walking down the street thinking where she'll eat lunch at.

One day, a guy by the name of Kennichiro suddenly interrupts Natsumi as she is savoring her favorite rice omelet. He pulls the now furious Natsumi out of the restaurant and begs her to come home with him so that he can introduce her to his family. He explains to her that his father is sick, and since leaving home two years ago after a big fight, the only way he can return home is if he has a fiancee with him.

Kennichiro's father and 3 brothers: Yujiro, Junzaburo, and Koshiro, run a restaurant called "Kitchen Macaroni." The only one in the family that doesn't work there is Kennichiro. Also working at the restaurant are Mamoru, a cook, and Minoru, an apprentice cook.

As Kennichiro and Natsumi approach the restaurant, Kennichiro asks Natsumi to go in alone and check out what is happening inside. Natsumi responds by reluctantly entering alone. As she takes a look around, she sees Koshiro talking to Tomato Shiomi, who works at the nearby grocery store called "Shiomi." Kennichiro's other brothers are working in the kitchen. Next she spots Kenzo, who according to Kennichiro is supposed to be ill. Naturally, Natsumi can't believe how irresponsible Kennichiro is for telling her such a thing. While she is thinking this, the omelet that she ordered arrives. She takes one bite out of it, and as she smiles, the next thing out of her mouth is, "delicious!" A short time after, Kennichiro walks into the restaurant, and his brother Yujiro grabs him and starts lecturing him for coming back. Natsumi breaks them apart, but senses Kennichiro isn't appreciated there.

This is the first day that Natsumi gets a real "taste" of "Kitchen Macaroni," and also Kennichiro's brothers, who are bent on serving delicious lunches to their customers.

RecluZZe and minna san, the photos are from an one-off drama of Satoshi, "Toride naki mono" http://www.tv-asahi.co.jp/toride/ by Television Asahi, to celebrate their 45th anniversary. This is a GREAT drama of Satoshi cos he looks & acts in a very kakkoii [cool] way in the whole show!!! The scriptwriter is the same as drama of Kimura Takuya "Sleeping Forest" so you can image this is a mysterious story. It's the 1st time for Satoshi to act as a real bad boy, quite cold blooded, in order to achieve what he wants he would even kill people inlcuding his mom....his charisma had brought him a group of young followers who are willing to do anything for him, even murder!!! He got a few "intimate" scenes with the so-called girl friend in the drama, my God, I was so "doki doki" [heart beating very fast ^o^] while watching them!! Besides the serial drama of "Orange Days" "Black Jack" and "Lunch Queen", I highly recommended this!!

Hi iluvchoco & minna san, here's the summary of movie "69":

in year 1969, Ken (Satoshi) and Adama (Ando) are high school students in Nagasaki's Sasebo city. Ken is a 'problem' student cos he always causes troubles, revolts against teachers. Ken and Adama often have fancy ideas like when they see female students doing gym, they would ask "why 17 year old young girls have to wear the conservative gym suit to practice gymnastics? we must liberate them!" They eventually set up a "Iraqi Asia" club with Ken as the chairman, who actually just wants to make a movie to satisfy his wish of dating his dream girl, lady Jane!! But this is absurd, cos in order to film this movie, Ken and his buddies break into school by stealth, paint rivalry wordings on walls, block main entrance by desks & chairs, hang a banner with words "the imagination to have been depriving authority" in front of the school building, etc!!! Their action finally causes a big tumult. One of his buddies has been caught by police after the incident and thus Ken and his friends all have encountered punishment: NO school but stay home and meditate!!

This is based on a true story of the writer who wrote the novel "69". I also bought the DVD from yesasia, and unfortunately the Japanese version got NO subtitles at all!!!

Hey Minna san, do you know, besides the upcoming movie "Haru no yuki", to be released in end of Oct, Satoshi is going to take part in another movie, 「涙そうそう」, based on a very famous Japanese song, lyrics by 森山良子、and song by BEGIN. It's a sad story, about the elder brother of Ms. Moriyama, died at his age of just 23!! m00nfl0wer san, with Yamamoto san's advise, I am able to watch episode 1-4 Slow Dance so far, [every Tue ^o^] I must say Satoshi kun is very adorable in Slow Dance, his role this time is a little mature than before [at least he's got a job, no more undergrad], but still a very lovely BOY !!! his acting has improved a lot too [though he's very good in his previous work]...I think it's owing to the movie "harunoyuki", I am sure that's hard to act, esp. in old Japan with old fashioned lines.....please try and watch more ep. of Slow Dance when you are free, you would like it.....I believe......

speaking of kimura, tapos ko na ang re-run ng goodluck and sadly, wala ng kapalit ang slot niya kapag saturday afternoon. i went to a site and must see daw ang onegaishimasu ni kimura sabi ng fan sa episode 9 or 10 ba yon. and tama nga siya. galing nga - kaya ngayon - iba na ang bigkas ko ng onegaishimasu (dapat talga begging ka na and pag lpease - ....te kudasai lang pala). the one i told you na pinapalabas sa nhk na yung sa forbidden love na historical - i usually catch that one too. kaya lang di ako fun eh. tsaka, 1 morning guest siya sa talk show and kulit niya. pero siyempre, di ko masyadong naiintindihan yung sinasabi niya. hay, bata pa yata to masyado...

ah that's nice! he can really pass as leonardo's dubbed voice - both are goodlooking guys! and he was again paired with yuko. like both of them :)

i searched the net and found out the title of the dorama that i usually catch on monday nights with tsumabuki satoshi as the lead is slow dance.

i just don't know how the story is faring. i always catch the last part. last night the ending showed him puffing cigarettes after watching his friends light up the fireworks. i don't know what the ocassion was.

hirosue ryoko is one of the female leads. i'll try to watch it from the start next week. that is if i have the time. i'll have an "ooki tesuto" next week. besides i find it hard to concentrate on watching nihongo tv programs.

actually, been watching the series starting at 9 p.m. so i've seen the obb. the song is quite good - catchy. kinda reminded me of another song but i just can't recall. i also saw the mtv of the song on a morning show. the episode was centered on a girl introducing satoshi's character to her parents. i think they were just having dinner together and the okaasan and otousan just assumed that they were going out.

after watching slow dance i switched channel and caught smap. i don't know if this was a weekly thing but they were discussing things - btw, all of them were wearing hawaiin shirts. there were titles of albums and songs i think that they had as hits (they showed the mtv's - the earlies was in 1996 or 1998). grabe, bata pa siya and ang hahaba pala palagi ng hair niya. the last mtv was sekahini hototsu dake no hana (remember that when we had our send of at the mandarin oriental we were required to sing a japanes song - we sang this. i should have given you the cd. actually, i left it in the philippines but just on top of the stereo so i'm not sure where it is now). anyways, i called up all the other pinoys staying at OSIC and we fianlly saw the mtv! i don't know if the show is a weekely thing but i'll check it out again this monday.

well, back to satoshi, i also saw a teaser that there will be waterboys 2 at the end of august or september 9, i wasn't really keen on details. is this a re-run? another btw, i saw waterboys, the movie again here.

hay! naalala ko tuloy when we watched waterboys in egai sai fest. miss those times. if i remember it right, may waterboys 2 the series. i dunno about the movie though. pero wala si satoshi sa series. anyway, about smap, i think weekly ang show nila. at kinanta mo pala ang song nila ha. that i have to hear kapag dating mo. sana you still have the cd by that time.
