According to director Peng Kay, Tony Sun and Zax Wang are not human? Because of the shooting of the series TFKC, the three of them are always together for rushing the series. Director Peng Kay expressed that he honestly his idea of 5566 is zero! He is the ever famous strict director whom many artists he have scolded before in front of many co-stars and workers. Many people think that Tony and Zax were scolded. Both Tony and Zax have certified "we have not been scolded by the director even once".

Peng Kay director have directed many local drama series in the past, the director did have scolded famous actors before and said harsh things to them. Last year director have the chance to join San-lih production newest project TFKC. Many people have rumored that TFKC cast who mostly are younger generation artists have surely be scolded by this director.

Unfortunately this thing does not happened in reality. Director Peng Kay expressed that he does not scold two kinds of person, an earnest/serious person, and one who perform well, "basically Tony and Zax have these two characteristic I like in a performer". Director has the habit of changing scripts and doing impromptu changes on the SET and request his artist to do what he wants. But Tony and Zax are good picked up abilities, there was one time when the director tries to change and communicate the ideas he wanted, both Tony and Zax are touched by ideas of the director and tears can be seen in their eyes. Tony have expressed that he like the manner of how the director shoot the scenes, you won't have to memorize all the lines in the story!

The director's deepest remembered thing about them, there was once Tony wore short sleeve shirt in a fight scene. When the camera is not on him, he would wear thick jacket and jogged up to the mountain and run down again in order increase body metabolism. He even has bruises on his face plus have several activities and promotional activities. Aside from these things, the director also saw that he did not sleep for several days already and still maintained the energy needed for this series. While Zax used to be kicked straight in the butt one time, he just silently go to a corner and not complain about any hurt body parts or any thing to anyone on the set. The director was glad he has worked with such good artists and production team. SET general manager Chang Rong Hua even praises Tony for he would be a big star in the future. It is very important to have both good system and people in order to produce this kind of good series.

Cyndi Wang was busy with her series and making of her 3rd album months ago, now she is busy with promoting her 3rd album. Every day has been full of promotions and things to do. Yesterday, aside from doing her usual promotion, she came by a bakery in Taipei East district where in the personnel inside are disable persons. Cyndi have a good culinary talent, she takes a hands-on practice on making breads and selling it for charity cause. Hope she would make the heart of some Taiwan disabled kids warm!

In order to promote this activity, the sponsor have coordinated with a particular radio station to promote new ideas of how to make use of left over nuts to make delicious and healthy snacks. It was the first time Cyndi step on the doorstep of the bakery. Though this opportunity Cyndi share this great idea of using left over to make snacks and selling it for a good cause. Cyndi along with the radio station DJ join hands in selling the breads. Cyndi expressed: "After the tsunami incident, I notice that there are lots of people who need help, I wish people would put there attention on this kind of things, special this winter, they needed our attention the most." TTV and San-lih join hands in producing TFKC. Tony Sun shoots for several inner feelings scenes for the series. One of the series needs Tony to kneel down and help Tang Jia Hao (brother of Tony in the series) to brush his shoes and cut his nails. In order to give himself self-motivation, Tony Sun was seen on a bad mood these days. In the series, Tony need to do all those embarrassing things in order to help his beloved's arena not to go to waste. According to Tony, "it is my first time to have this kind of inner feeling scenes since I started acting on scene. I think it will definitely be a challenging and self improvement opportunity for me".

Since the episode last week have been aired, a lot of viewers and fans have got themselves red eyes on watching the series. There are lots of exciting opinions over the Internet these days: "I pity for Tuan Yu Qiao, he was always beaten up by the brother, really want to spank the brother". Others say:" it made my heart broken, the episode made me cry the whole night!" Due to fame, 5566 have difficulty in dividing their time for their shows, have formally submitted their resignation for their hosting job in their Friday show Zhong Yi Da He Chai. And the show who will take over the Friday schedule will be Ku Kua.

5566's last year schedule for Zhong Yi shows were full. Other that hosting Young Guns, they also hosted CTS Dou Zhen which has stopped taping because of Mr. Fighting which is shown in TTV. The latest news is that the show Tony, Zax, Gino and JR's hosting will also stopped taping because Tony and Zax needs to rush the taping of Mr. fighting so they have decided to submit their resignation for the hosting job and have cancelled the schedule of entering the studio this week for the taping of Zhong Yi. And the last episode of Zhong Yi will be shown this Friday. In the future, the only show that 5566 have that will be shown in cable will only be Young Guns.

Jungiery Management tries to lessen the hosting job of 5566 for them to concentrate more on acting. Due to their fame, their mother studio SETTV, have decided to enter the Saturday and Sunday Zhong Yi Battlefield in the first part of the year and 5566 will host one of the shows. TVBS-G is also having discusion with them regarding new programs to be work together. And the offers from other station have never stopped.

Wu Chuen Hao, 5566's manager said the 5566 have a very busy schedule this year. Specially Tony and Zax, who due to rushing the taping of Mr Fighting, doesn't have time to rest. And they will be like this until end of April or first week of May when the series will be complete. After the taping of the series, 5566 will have to enter the recording room to record their 3rd album which will be released by summer. And the last half of the year 5566 will dedicate their time in Mainland China. The top management of TTV have understood the situation of 5566 and have agreed to accept the resignation. After hearing this, Tony and Zax have relaxed because with this they will have additional time to rest.

What's interesting is the two 5566 shows which where stopped was produced by Zhen Yi Lin. MR Zhen yesterday have smiled and said that they have a good working relationship and that in the future they still have chance to work together.

I'm not ces, obviously. But IE I believe, airs at 6PM nightly. And Azio? Well, call first Sky Cable at 636-0000 and ask for an addressable box to be able to get Azio. You read it right! This channel is a premium extra pay service of Sky that also include other similarly structured Chinese channels such as CTI Asia , Disney Channel Mandarin, and STAR Chinese Movies. I believe each channel now costs an additional P 100.00 on the average a month on top of the basic P800.00 monthly fee, with a minimum requirement of 2 premium channels to avail of the service.

Of the four channels offered, STAR Chinese Movies charges the highest, while CTI Asia charges the lowest. Azio is somewhat in-between.

The Attrition Act of 2005, or Republic Act 9335


President Arroyo on Tuesday signed into law a bill to boost revenue collection, the latest in a series of tax reforms considered crucial to avoid an impending fiscal crisis.

The President thanked Congress, the business community and other officials for getting the lateral attrition law passed despite popular resistance to new taxes.

The law provides a system of incentives and penalties for employees of revenue-collecting agencies. Employees who exceed their collection targets get a share of the excess; those who miss them may be fired.

The law is expected to raise up to P30 billion a year because of the expected improved performance of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Bureau of Customs personnel in collecting taxes and duties.

The passage of the bill comes a week after the international credit-rating agency Standard & Poor's downgraded the coun­try's credit ratings by one notch, partly owing to the government's failure to pass enough measures to deal with the fiscal crisis.

As she signed the bill into law, Mrs. Arroyo called for the swift passage of other revenue measures that have been stuck in Congress, saying that she was willing to listen to the opposition and the people in ensuring these new measures do not excessively harm the poor.

"There should be no divisions between pro-business or populist advocates. We must all be for one united, stable and prosperous nation," the President said.

Last year Mrs. Arroyo had asked Congress to pass eight measures designed to raise at least P100 billion through new taxes, fees or savings.

However, besides this newly signed law, only one measure, an increased "sin tax" on tobacco and alcohol products, has been passed.

The Attrition Act of 2005, or Republic Act 9335, sets up a Rewards and Incentives Fund and a Revenue Performance Evaluation Board to prod officials into raising their targets.

The Reward and Incentives Fund would come from the collection of the BIR and Customs in excess of their revenue targets for the year.

If the collection exceeds the target by 30 percent or below, 15 percent of the excess collection would go to the fund.

If the collection is higher than 30 percent of the target, 15 percent of the first 30 percent plus 20 percent of the remaining amount would go to the Rewards and Incentives Fund.

The money in the fund would be divided among the units, officials and employees of the two agencies.

The Revenue Performance Evaluation Board will allocate, distribute and release the money. It will also create the criteria and procedures for removing service officials and employees whose revenue collection falls short of the target by at least 7.5 percent.

The President is optimistic that with the strong ties between Congress and the executive, the measures to raise P80 billion would be passed without any hindrance and the country's economy would further improve this year.

"The buoyancy in the economy, combined with the equitable revenue program and a strong fight against corruption, is setting the stage for a decisive turnaround that will bring in investments and jobs for our people," she said.

The BIR has set a P547-billion collection target for this year.

BIR Commissioner Guillermo Parayno said heads will roll if the target is not met.

"I'm the first one to go if I don't reach the target," he said.

FYI,
To be able to meet their (Customs) quota for the year, so that they'll earn extra money...they're now implementing the 10% charge out of the total value of the imported goods that are coming from the Customs Post Office Department. So besides paying for the handling fee which ranges from Php 20-100, the recipient of the goods will have to pay 10% of the total value of the imported goods!

So I suggest that if you order online, opt for the Express Delivery/Door-to-door delivery! In this way, it's less hassle...the goods will be delivered to you! Unlike if you opt for the Standard Shipping, you have to claim your goods from the post office DURING OFFICE HOURS (M-F), commute in going there, and pay for the HANDLING AND 10% of the total value of goods! Argh! It'll become MORE expensive!

+ TFKC Round 9 - Moving +



After paying the money to Yuan Hao for the gym, the Ge Dou Xue Yuan folks decided to have a mini-celebration. You Li remained uneasy, waiting for Yu Qiao to arrive. Ying Qi pulls her towards the seating area and asks her to calm down. Just before everyone was about to have a toast, Yu Qiao suddenly arrives with a huge bag. He asks them are they gonna celebrate without him? He takes a seat, grabs a glass and prepares for the toast.



Ying Qi asks Yu Qiao what he brought home. He said he spent the 25 Wan to purchase some stuff that will help him achieve his 'dream'. He tells them because of his bad arm, he has to find a new Ge Dou Tian Wang.



Everybody was thinking about San Long, but Yu Qiao tells them, he is good, but he chooses Ying Qi to be the new Ge Dou Tian Wang.



Ying Qi asks him if he is sure about his decision, Yu Qiao tells him of course! As every one congratulates Ying Qi, now he has one big problem - his mother. He knows his mother never agreed on his "fights", what more with Ge Dou?



xiao Kui tells him that she'll help him tell Ah Tsai Yi about it. Yu Qiao decides to tell Ah Tsai Yi about it and the gang decides to come with him.



That night, when before You Li went to sleep, she checked on the stuff Yu Qiao was fixing. Yu Qiao bought a lot of stuff - magazines, Cds, some other things. She tells him that because he is now the coach of Ying Qi, and she was the coach of the Ge Dou Xue Yuan people, they are now "partners". She offers her hand to close the deal, Yu Qiao places her hand with hers. The moment seemed to stop, they looked into each other's eyes. Suddenly, they removed their hands from each other's grasp, and stood side by side akwardly.



At the other side, Ying Qi was so nervous on telling his mother that the Ge Dou folks are coming over to ask his mom if Yu Qiao could train him to be the next Ge Dou Tian Wang. Xiao Kui keeps on pushing him telling him to stay calm.



When they reach the house, he talks to his mother, telling her that he was chosen by Duan Yu Qiao to be the new Ge Dou Tian Wang and would like to ask for her permission if he could train. His mother, upon hearing Yu Qiao's name, began to feel uneasy. She ends up telling Ying Qi, "If they want to come, then let them come" and walks out. The two were shocked with Ah Tsai Yi's reply.



Ah Tsai Yi goes into the next room, wondering what to do. This will be the first time she

will be seeing her REAL son, Yu Qiao. She begans to panic. Then she tells herself to remain calm and normal because Ying Qi might suspect something is going on.



The next day, Ah Tsai Yi prepares a meal for her visitors. As she places the glasses of tea on the table, Ying Qi arrives with the Ge Dou xue Yuan folks, You Li and Yu Qiao. She begins to shake as Ying Qi introduces each one. When she was introduced to Yu Qiao, she stares at him. Xiao Kui decides to help her with the tea, Ah Tsai Yi asks everyone to take a seat. Yu Qiao sat at at the left side near the table's head, she makes an excuse that she is still cooking something inside and walks out.



From the kitchen's window, she looks at her REAL son, Yu Qiao. This was the first

time she saw her REAL son. She looks at a refined, quiet and mannered Yu Qiao.



Ying Qi gets extremely nervous as of her mother's reactions, Xiao Kui and You Li asks him to calm down. Just as Ah Tsai Yi walks to check on them, Yu Qiao stands in front of her, asking her permission to have Ying Qi trained by him. Ah Tsai Yi answers without any question and asks him if he wants some more food. Yu Qiao answers politely and she leaves. Ying Qi was left in disbelief.



On the way back to the gym, Ying Qi and Yu Qiao had a 1-on-1 talk. They talked about the training, and yep, this is the start of their competition in winning You Li's heart. They return to the group, as they walked to the gym, xiao Kui decides to leave. She just tells Ying Qi that it is her time to go for her own dream, just as he is about to train for the title, Ge Dou Tian Wang.



At the first day of training, The first thing Yu Qiao gives Ying Qi is an i-Pod. He asks him to listen to music 24/7. Everyone was freaked wiht the idea, but they just have to comply with the idea. Ying Qi begins to get the beat and ends up singing and emoting!



As the Ge Dou Xue Yuan folks began talking, suddenly, Yuan Hao appears with his crew.

Now the Ge Dou Xue Yuan folks had the authority for the place, he can't do anything about it. He wanted a fight. Ying Qi was up supposed tobe with Tiger, but instead, he put Tina up. The two was an equal fight, both with kicking specialties. As Ying Qi was about to win, Tiger cheated the match and ends up telling him that it was a shame to fight with a girl.



Xiao Kui goes to the TFKC Sport channel and goes for a job interview. No one bothered to answer her as she seeks for direction. She ends up bumping into Tiger and Duan Yuan Hao. She was in the state of shock seeing the 2, she gets angry coz her lunch fell to the floor. Yuan Hao tells her directions, and she leaves. Yuan Hao picks her lunch and there was something in his head...



The interview ended up to be with Dou Er, Xiao Kui easily passed the interview, and now for the test. She was asked to have a VTR. Dou Er kept on asking her to repeat everything, until she almost gave up. Yuan Hao was at the door, watching her. As Xiao Kui walked out, she trips to a stray wire. Dou Er tells her that everyone from the Ge Dou Xue Yuan does nothing but cry on failure. She stands up and gives it another try. She finishes the VTR without any mistake, Dou Er stands there, angrily with disbelief. Xiao Kui walks out of the news room.



She goes to the parking lot to her scooter. She sees a new bag of lunch at the back of her scooter. She shouts that if there isn't any owner, she'll just eat it. She eats the lunch, enjoying every bite, not knowing Yuan Hao was just a few meters away from her spot, watching her.



Dou Er suddenly storms her brother's office, asking why he hired Xiao Kui. After an argument, Dou Er walks out.



At the gym, Ying Qi continues to emote with his i-Pod. Yu Qiao scolds him, coz he wasn't training - he was just fooling around! The real reason behind the music was for him to get rhythm, which could refine his moves. He ends up going to a nearby park, alone with a bad face.



You Li sees Ying Qi with a bad face at the park. They have a little talk, and later, she accompanies him to train. They shared the i-pod's earphones and together they threw punches and kicks in the air. Xiao Kui excitedly ran towards them to tell the good news, but she stops seeing the two enjoying themselves.



Back to the gym, another celebration was thrown by Xiao Kui. She tells everyone that she got the anchoring job for TFKC matches. Of course, Ying Qi knew that Yuan Hao was there, anytime he might cause everyone trouble. As the group celebrated Xiao Kui's new job, Ying Qi walks out. The two talked and Ying Qi finally gives out his blessing, Xiao Kui just ends up hugging him.



The next day, Xiao Kui arrives at the office, a single rose was on her table. She was so delighted to see the rose, Yuan Hao told her he saw someone passed by to drop it. He asked her to make her a video about him. After a few moments, Yuan Hao begins to get angry (it was an info about his past). Xiao Kui runs out with disbelief.



At the gym, Ying Qi begins his training. His strenght was his kicks. With candles lit, he had to blow away the flames as kicks above them. Yu Qiao had a demonstration. Ying Qi ended up doing great till he got tired. At the end, a fight between Yu Qiao and Ying Qi was beginning burn up - Ying Qi was tired, Yu Qiao just won't let him take a break! With Ying Qi's temper, and Yu Qiao's discipline, another fight between the two!
