Pretty recent piece of news.

Junnosuke Taguchi is going to be in the HAPPY! sequel. HAPPY! was the tennis drama he starred in with Aibu Saki. Apparently in the sequel, Aibu Saki is aiming for the US Open. :) And the dorama is going to released during the winter. :) It will be called Happy! 2, on the TBS channel.

2006.10.01 - Dance Competition Preview





1. Kame is a supporter too this time! For a family with two daughters...

His job is to convince the 50+ year old father of the family to join in with the dance as well. The father's daily routine seems to only consist of drinking + watching baseball matches (we obviously see where Kame comes in XD)... and he absolutely refuses to join in with the dance!

Kame seems very nervous when he first meets the dad. After a conversation however (in which we have no idea what Kame says as of now), Kame has obviously worked his magic the resolute father seems to let down his guard and goes all friendly saying "Kame-chan!" (^^;) while encouraging Kame to eat. Then they go play baseball together. XD

2. As for Jin's part.

Remember how Jin "appeared" on the screen in the previous episode when he introduced himself in the playground? How will he reveal himself this time?

Jin is supporting a mother and a daughter this time. In short, mother is a dance teacher with a rather foul temper, and often reprimands her students when teaching, resulting in her being exhausted and unable to practice for the dance competition. The family hopes that Jin can take over the mother's job of reprimanding the students! (WTF?!) There's this siren thing as well, whenever the mother's getting angry, the siren will ring for Jin and yep. You see our lovable baka slaving running around...


3. Watch Koki and Maru

Ok no of course not, but the silliness will result in incoherence for hours. Don't say I didn't warn you XD

4. Junno and Ueda teach tap dancing and help paint banners respectively.

Junno's megawatt smile finally gets the limelight and watching him will make you go all shiny and sparkly

The "problem woman" who harrassed Akanishi Jin

Ardent KAT-TUN fans know about an infamous bar called "S", which has Kamenashi's and Nakamaru's autographs on the wall and displays Akanishi Jin's very own liquor bottle. The mysterious bar serves large menues, has only a counter and is frequented also by NEWS and Kanjani8. It's the female owner of the bar which is Akanishi Jin's "problem woman".

As a "tribute", a habit many KAT-TUN fans share, Y-san, the woman in question, has lent Akanishi Jin her car when he was taking his driver's licence, and she gave him his beloved chrome hearts necklace and other jewellery for a present - she's a supporter of a special kind.

Ever since, the meetings between Akanishi's family and the fan have begun. Y-san has even told Akanishi's mother that she could earn more if she worked together with her than in her part time job, which led to them operating the bar "S" together. At first, Akanishi's mother was mainly doing the cooking and serving. But there was no sign of any special earnings or a raise in pay. KAT-TUN fans tended to stay longer and order little, so that finally, Akanishi's mother withdrew from the job.

What was Y-san's plan? Fans say that at first, she earned the Akanishi family's trust by making them presents, by going out to eat with them. But then there were repeated problems, such as her calling out Jin as she pleased and abusing the family's trust. (Source: Shukan Josei from September 19th)

napanuod ko na rin after 24 years, yung 24 Hour TV ng KAT-TUN na bgay nyo nyo ni rina. si JIN very endearing tingnan with kids na meron down syndrome. Sa buong 24 hr show, yung facial expression nya pag naka-inset (sa box), mas NAAWA ako sa kanya kesa dun mga disable na pinapakita, yun expression ng mukha nya punong-puno ng emphaty!!! Nakaka-in-love! Kaya may I request ako nung mga recent Utawara ( especially yung kasama nya yun batang girl na nagka-crush sa kanya) Jin looks great with kids! Nakakatuwa!

T: It is good.
K: It's like an individual's story is made into a song. It's a ballad tune which is a challenge for KAT-TUN. We would like to see the outcome. Kazumasa Oda composed the song.
T: Mr. Oda came to the recording so we became nervous.
K: I'm happy to do the recording. Whether it will be the new single is still undecided.

Q: In the script, which part were your drawn into?
K: I think the most difficult part is being able to understand the character fully. It's not just all about saying the words of the script but you have to put emotions as well.. juz wanna thank you all guys for posting a lot of informations and pictures of kat-tun especially kame and jin...im an avid fan of kat-tun too...i used 2 visit this thread everyday, reading ur posts and looking at the pictures...after watching gokusen 2 i got addicted 2 them..i love their songs and they really dance gracefully...they are very talented and gud looking as well...

i dunno if this was posted already coz i just read it. did this really happen? i was just too shocked to believe. i was so pissed that these kind of people exist. it made me so sad and mad.

Kame did not talk during the MC section. There is no smile on his face. Even if there is, he is just trying hard to smile and that smile did not reach his eyes.. I can also see Kame's tears.

The fans wrote on the boards that they are holding, words like

Disgusting
Vanish
Shut up
These fans have written those words starting from the Osaka concert till now.. will they continue writing until the Extra concert in Tokyo Dome?

A few days ago, I heard that Kame's wasnt as genki as usual, he did not talk much. I thought he was sick..but no..it's actually cos he saw all these mean words wrote on the uchiwa and paper boards held by some fans..
When kame was talking, there was a fan who scream "Kame shut up!"
Kame was stunned, the big screen showed that too.. Then his eyes start turning slightly red..

During one of the concert in Osaka, jin shouted "Yarakashi, u are noisy!"
Yesteday, during the concert, when Kame did not talk..maru and koki were trying their best to do MC. And even though Jin has a hoarse voice, he kept on screaming to heat up the atmosphere (to cover up for kame's quietness).
Even so..it's easy to see that they are not happy..the usual 40 mins MC was shorten to only 15 mins.
This is how the ATTUN members show their concern for Kame..cos they couldnt possibly hit the fans or scold them.

Actually not only Kame was suffering from these abuse..other members got it too..just that this time Kame got it the worse.
Some things those evil fans do..
1) Write mean stuff about members that they dont like on the boards
2) Throw sweets at them
3) Throw dolls at them
4) Was very noisy during MC section
5) Move around inconsiderately
6) Anyhow throw their rubbish
7) Block other fans view with their fans
8 ) If the solo was not sung by their fav KT member they would be noisy or be disruptive
9) Wear a cap with disney mickey mouse's ears
10) When the KT members are near them, they will pull their shirts

"I wasn't sure at first. There were just too many people and the staff outside hadn't discover the vcam Kanai(my friend) & i sneaked in.
The MC part.. It was supposed to last 40 mins, but it ended abruptly after like, 15 mins. The moment Kame started talking, Kanai & i heard a woman's voice "SHUT UP KAMENASHI". Kame really got stunned, and if you'd watched the big screen closely he did look as if he was on the verge of tears. Then Jin & gang quickly took over Kame's MCing. I'd heard about the incident of Jin shouting "Yarakashi you're too noisy!" and it was during one of the 3 Osaka cons i've been to. I didn't pay much attention to it back then, but when Kanai & i checked our fancam, that part really did happen. I'm not too sure about the boards part, cos i was sitting centre-front, so i could see the stage clearly but not what was behind me (hannah says: OHMY please share your fancam lol!). But it did look that way judging from Kame's eyes. I could not make it for the Hiroshima con, but Kanai went, and she said there were still yarakashi around."

showed up, it was pretty lighthearted and it looked like Jin felt a lot better having his fellow members with him and Jin kept joking around with questions.

They mentioned Kamenashi, and his little note to Jin and Jin laughed, and apparently they had a heavy and deep conversation the night before that was sort of like a goodbye. They also mentioned Koki, and his note to jin saying that he wanted Jin to work hard and he (koki) himself would work hard until Jin returned and Jin said that by that time, Koki's hair would've probably grown in (or something like that...)

Then they tried to say Kxt-tun without the A and it sounded funny and everyone laughed. Then Taguchi and Nakamaru said that they didn't need to pronounce it differently because they weren't changing the name...Because Jin was still part of the group and Jin smiled a really happy smile at that which made me happy. It seems pretty light hearted, though this *is* JE we're talking about and they're a bunch of cold hearted bastards who treat their idols like crap (Not paying them enough/ messing with their lives) but things look a little better than before and I'm willing to hope that Jin might come back as he said he has no intention of leaving Kat-tun at all.

When i first heard it from Akanishi, i thought what kinda joke was this and was frankly, stunned. But while hearing his decision, i felt the power of Akanishi, who was doing what he want to now while he can.

Well, i dunno why but this thing happening with Jin reminds me of a scene from Meteor Garden. The one when Teng Tang Chin - heiress of a big corporation - decided to study law in Paris and live a life completely different from what the people around her expected from her. It's as if she stepped down from her throne to live a simple life.

At first, when i heard of Jin's decision i really felt disappointed and sad. But now, i realize that all he wanted to do is to live his dream. To be free. To be normal. Now, i truly understand how he feels. What a courageous thing to do! Way to go Jin! It's like in the movies! Sweet! Jin, you're the best! Ganbare!
