Southern Television and GuangDong Qiang Shi TV are co- producing a big ancient drama "Chu Liu Xiang" they are currently in Xin Jiang Shan Shan. As for ZXT playing the part of CLX, Chu Liu Xiang fans controversies have never stopped. Questions range from whether or not ZXT is too fat for the role, or his acting isn't that mature yet, whether the explanatory notes have a loose appearance etc. all are external worries. Before this reporter went on a special trip to visit the drama, ZXT and producer You Jian Ming already accepted to be interviewed.

Central Issue # 1:

Q: Is ZXT qualified for this new edition CLX?
P: ZXT is entering his most enjoyable stage.

General Appearance of the Actor:

Q: When we got there it was the same day they were shooting "The Desert" they also sent off "Zhong Yuan Yi Dian Hong and Song Tian Er." It has almost been a month now and because of the intense rays of the sun in Xin Jiang, ZXT is no longer in an idol drama "Meteor Garden" no longer does he look like the "white faced pampered son," Xi Men, his skin has already been darkened by the sun, dressed in a checked long gown, iron hoop hairdo, his hand holding a fan that can also be used as a weapon, quite like a hero appearance. Although from his appearance you won't see the basic grace of the Zheng Shao Qiu edition but you will find another style, you will get a "younger" feeling, and no way will you feel that he is fat!

Acting:

At first we were considering Yan Cheng Xu and Huang Xiao Ming; although Huang Xiao Ming can portray that distinguished look his acting isn't that natural he really isn't what we had in mind, if we let Yan Cheng Xu play the role, this Chu Liu Xiang won't be interesting. ZXT inherent qualities make him a very interesting and fun person, extremely intelligent and he is a quick study, right now he already has the feel of CLX.

Central Issue # 2:

Q: Did ZXT cause the director to quit?
P: Cooperation not so smooth.

At the press conference in Shanghai last June, we learned from Ju Jue Liang that there would be three parts for this drama "Chu Liu Xiang," "Wu Hua." "Duan Bei," but this reporter learned that "Duan Bei" is cancelled because the director had quit.

K: At first there was really an idea of having these three parts but there wasn't anything concrete that was written there was only a plot. Because the director feels that men can also have sentimental feelings and that would be the only time he can be capable of handle the feelings and understand the opposite party. CLX hasn't reached one month of filming but the director quit already he didn't leave anything definite with regards to the plot.

Regarding the reason of Ju Jue Ming's quitting, earlier on it was said the ZXT was the reason. A few days ago ZXT accepted an interview to explain the matter, "After thinking about it, I don't have a big influence on changing a director, and this incident has turned to be a confusing matter. Today is the first time I have been interviewed since I started filming; previously I will simply not answer any of the media's word. Regarding the directors departure, we are only actors and are only notified on this matter.

But the producer explained: "At the beginning ZXT and the director's cooperation wasn't that smooth, and the director was inconsistent with the ideas of everyone, so after much consideration we decided to replace him.

Ken has returned back to Taiwan to attend to his father's burial. He is quite well after he was injected dextrose. June 20 – Under the scorching sun in this desert, it was this reporter’s first time to visit Chu Liu Xiang, originally just wanted to see Zhu Xiao Tian acting in CLX, but after arriving, we discovered that behind all these glamour are hardships. Everyday the staff would drink 4-5 bottles of wrinkled giant hyssop health water, but everyday people suffer from heatstroke, sand blown by the wind and the scorching heat of the sun are the natural enemies of the actors.

Chen Bao: Diary entry no. 20, at the Kumuta Dessert filming scene, temperature reaches a high of 48 degrees, the burning sun and the fierce wind dry make sand get in everyone’s mouth, hair, ears, clothes.

Wu Hua shed blood on the site; heat stroke is a common occurrence.

On 20th 4 pm, we see the part of Wu Hua, Cui Peng is in a white robe and he does everything he can to wave his magic sword, beside him is as a staff tries to remove the grains of sand using a blasting machine and trying to blow away the yellow sand on Cui Peng’s face.

Seemingly, the director appears to be dissatisfied, each time Cui Peng duplicates his last movement, one time he started waving the sword he accidentally stabs his finger making blood splatter all over. Up until the time the director shouts, “cut” Cui Peng isn’t relieved off his heavy load.

Under this disgusting weather, it seems Cui Peng has a lot of grievances he wants to air out, he says, “ Every day we have to drink a lot of wrinkled giant hyssop health water and a lot of ice water, but we can’t escape the heat of the sun, everyday we experience hot weather.

Heavy acting makes actors very tired and muddle headed, errors in acting lines are made.

Today they film the second part where CLX will leave the desert to pursue Song Tian Er, he informs Shi Guan Yin that there are many people near the wall who are dead. (Don’t rely on this part too much I don’t really understand it.)

The scene is shot in sloping sand, Song Tian Er played by Liu Jia runs down the slope of the mountain, and the director request was for it to be done over and over again, the next moment it seem she was suffering an asthma attack and confuses the lines of the script.

The script says, “Or we go back to the inn and discuss it over with Hu Brother.” But Liu Jia says, “Or we go back to the guest house and discuss it over with Hu Brother.” Causing the whole room to rock with laughter, Zhu Xiao Tian teased, “Did you become silly after running?”

A cup of sand, alcohol hurts Xiao Tian’s throat.

Towards the evening, they will be filming the last scene. In order for them to finish and film the setting of the sun, the director divides them into two groups: team A is Zhu Xiao Tian and the other team 500 meters away is Wu Hua in a pavilion. There was a big wind and in this scene two actors are seating leisurely and drinking wine after the director said “cut” this two couldn’t gracefully stand up they discovered that their glasses were half filled with sand!

That night when he returned to the hotel, he requested the production staff to call for a doctor, later on he was ok already. The rumor saying that he fainted is a bit exaggerated.”

Xiao Zhi said, “The second day after ZXT suffered a heat stroke he promptly went back to work. Today he will go back to Taiwan to attend to his father’s funeral this plan is unlikely to change. On August 1, as per agreement with the production group, Zhu Xiao Tian will return to Xin Jiang to continue his work. Kangta & Vanness is currently planning on including all F4 and Group S members into one group.

Due to the great response of Kangta & Vanness' songs like 'Scandal', with the success of their 1st jib, serious attitude is shown when being asked about releasing 2nd jib.

Kangta said, "it is not clearly stated that there will be 2nd jib, but the possibility is high considering the situation now. But I guess it would be a group bigger than just Kangta & Vanness.

The 'bigger group' he said refers to F4 with members Vanness Wu, Vic Zhou, Ken Chu, Jerry Yan, together with Shin HyeSung, Lee JiHoon, Kangta who worked along as Group S.

Vanness said, "I have discussed with Kangta about grouping S and F4 members together. To match the time available for activity for Kangta and I is already a very tough task, it seems that it is not easy either if there are 7 members in a group. But we have been discussing with other members. Kangta and I have formed a group, therefore to group F4 and S together is not impossible".

The desired music style and direction of F4 and Group S are similar. Since they are approved by fans in not only Korea, but the whole Asia, it is likely that they could be Asia's top group.

ZXT’s father Zhu Yue Ming, will be buried on the 30th, he is at the TaoYuan Funeral Homes, he is respectfully abiding the “low-key” practice of the family. Even his flight to Taiwan was very complicated; he entered the country through Hong Kong, his flight was even delayed. Actually he quietly arrived Taiwan on the 26th.

ZXT’s father died on the 10th of this month in the wee hours of the morning, he died because of liver cancer, ZXT was filming at XinJiang when it happened. The staff disclosed that their previous work wasn’t too good; so they had to redo it. At last this stage of the filming is now over and we are on a break. Originally, ZXT was scheduled to arrive at 6 pm last night, then he postponed his arrival, to mislead the public he said that he had to attend to some things in Hong Kong. CLX producer and Qiang Shi Chairman You Jian Ming, heard that the reporters were asking, “Has he returned to Taiwan?” he smiled and replied: “Is he that popular? It is that important for you to chase him this way?”

The Hong Kong paparazzi were at the airport to keep watch of him, but they were not able to see him from his Beijing-Hong Kong flight. After arriving at the airport he changed his clothes and slipped away, no one was able to take a picture of him.
Conforming to simplicity, the Zhu family only sent white cards to family relatives and a small number of ZXT’s colleagues. In order to control the leak of information, the manager said: “He didn’t send out cards, he only told them verbally.” It is reported that, Zhu Yue Ming is lying in state at the Tao Yuan Funeral Homes they will hold a ceremony on the afternoon of the 30th. The only friends from the entertainment circle who got their invitations were “Fu Long,” Company head Ge Fu Hong and F4 discoverer Chai Zhi Ping etc. The family is also considering that they won’t be receiving “dianyi”

In relation to Ken's losing his father in Taiwan & to better understand chinese funeral arrangements, I thought of sharing my own experience when I attended burials of my close relatives in Hong Kong & China. I am making it clear that I am not claiming that this is also the case in Taiwan or Ken's funeral arrangements for his father. ( But I presumed it probably so)

Basically it follows the TRADITIONAL CHINESE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT I posted below.

In philippines where I was born to. When one dies...The body of dead or corpse was enbalmed & was brought to funeral for relatives to mourn to for several days (depending on the arrangement of the family.) before an interment or cremation on a scheduled date.

But in HK & China,Through my own experience in these two countries, When my close relative died. their dead body was kept inside a funeral freezer where the body was preserved. till the schedule of date viewing ( only one day in HK & China as well ) In Hong Kong where the place is quite populated. we have to wait for 2 weeks before we are able to booked for a funeral parlor for viewing. prior to that. all friends & relatives are informed with the funeral date & time.
( This might answer your curiosity as to where is the remains of ken's father all this time since he died.)

On the funeral day. All immediate relatives are dressed in white sack cloth with head cover & belts. kneeling beside the coffin. Then friends will come one by one to pay their last respect & tribute by lighting incense & bowing 3 times.( They do send flowers & "comforter" ( bed cover) aside from alms. In our case..we have informed that we do not accept alms (as also in Ken's case) And everytime a guest comes...we have to kneel down & bow 3 times with them. This is to acknowlede their presence for paying tribute. ( Imagine how many bows we did! ). after everyone has paid their tribute. The dead body will then be brought to either interment or cremation. After the interment all the families & friens goes out to eat together. After that we have followed the 7 days & 49 days rituals as stated below.


Traditional Chinese Funeral Arrangements

Lineage
On the passing away of the father, the eldest son becomes the head of the family. ( Ken is the eldest, so they have to wait for him to arrive & perform this duty) If the eldest son passes away, his second brother does not assume leadership of the family. Leadership passes to the eldest son of the eldest son or the grandson of the father. He must assume the responsibilities and duties to the ancestors on behalf of the family. ( His duty is to carry the picture of his father on his back as if he was carrying him home...this is the same photo that was put on the memorial altar that was posted yesterday) The picture will then be placed on a permanent place in the house to commemorate during anniversary, all saints day & special date.

Form of the Funeral Ceremony

There are two main traditions that are observed:
1. The funeral ceremony, traditionally lasts over 49 days, the first seven days being the most important. Prayers are said every seven days for 49 days if the family can afford it. If the family is in poor circumstances, the period may be shortened to from 3 to 7 days. Usually, it is the responsibility of the daughters to bear the funeral expenses. The head of the family should be present for, at least the first and, possibly the second, prayer ceremony. The number of ceremonies conducted is dependent on the financial situation of the family. The head of the family should also be present for the burial or the cremation.

2. In the second tradition, the prayer ceremony is held every 10 days. The initial ceremony and three succeeding periods of ten days until the final burial or cremation.
After 100 days a final prayer ceremony is conducted, but such a ceremony is optional and not as important as the initial ceremonies.

In the Mahayana tradition of Buddhism, to which most Chinese Buddhists subscribe, it is believed that, between death and rebirth, there is an intermediate period called Antarabhava in Sanskrit or the Bardo in Tibetan. It is an important period which has an influence on the form that the rebirth shall take. If the family ensures that proper assistance in the form of prayer and remembrance ceremonies are duly performed, the departed is better able to take a favourable rebirth.

Zhu Xiao Tian’s papa Zhu Yue Ming’s farewell ceremony is at the “Huai De Hall of the Tao Yuan City Funeral Homes.” Zhu’s parents have already divorced; Zhu Mama Wang Li Zhen has already remarried and has become a Christian, she is unlikely to be present at the final ceremony. She said, the past years have been good to him, “when his liver cancer was detected he was given four years to live, he was able to live longer than 4 years, he saw his son become successful in his work, he is very happy.”

Wang Li Zhen gave birth to ZXT when she was 20 years old, they divorced because she was very young at that time and because of Zhu Papa’s personality, it made them unsuitable for each other. ZXT hasn’t been sighted as of yesterday. The whole day yesterday, only one person, Li Xing who claims to be a friend has paid her respects. She sighed and said: “ Zhu Pa and I lived apart for 7 years, he fell ill in China, I only became aware of it when I saw it on TV.

About 4 pm yesterday, ZXT’s second mama Yu Shu Yu and younger sister, Zhu Xiao Rou went to Tao Yuan to burn the things of Zhu Pa (the Chinese burn the things left behind by the deceased person), chanted some verses but they weren’t able to bear it and cried, when the reporters asked some questions they didn’t say anything. Reporters have watched the place for 4 days now, and they have not seen ZXT offer sacrifices for his father, he specifically rushed backed to Taiwan because of his father’s death, his low-key actions are puzzling. His manager Zhi Xiang Li said: “After ZXT arrived, he went to visit his father,” and indicated that his mood has been stable. These past days he and his family members discussed his father funeral arrangements. Concerning the drama, ZXT and the production group have agreed that his would return to work on August 1, his return to Xin Jiang for “The Legend of Chu Liu Xiang,” “it is still uncertain, it depends on the condition of XT’s family.”

Zhu Xiao Tian’s father passed away, Zhu Xiao Tian will hold a farewell ceremony for his father at Huai De Hall, Tao Yuan Funeral Homes.

The custom of Zhu Xiao Tian grandparents, funerals should not be extravagant, so Zhu Papa and the later generations followed this kind of spending habit, fund for reciting of chants cost NT$ 220,000 in keeping with simplicity.

Zhu Xiao Tian returned last Monday to manage the funeral affairs, but he didn’t do it personally, he asked his younger sister to handle it. He will be attending the farewell rights this morning. His father’s later marriage didn’t have any other children. XT and his sister are his only children. His birth mother will not attend the ceremony.

It is reported that Zhu Papa’s remains were cremated. He will be buried at the Tao Yuan Country Lu Zhu Cemetery.

Zhu Xiaotian punctually arrived at the funeral parlor yesterday morning 8 o'clock, his full face bristles wearing an eyeglass He looks thin and pale. ( According to chinese tradition . A son must not shave their beard or cut hair while in mourning till interment )

When the master of ceremonies read the memorial ceremony oration, Zhu Xiao Tian kneels in the ground with younger sister Zhu Xiaorou. Their noses was obviously red due to crying.

After the public ceremony, Zhu Xiaotian checked in hotel to rest. Then later return back to the crematory to pick up his fathers ashes. He looks exhausted & tired. He ask for privacy when some reporters still wants to interview him.

Zhu Xiao Tian arrived from his home by car at around 8 am wearing dark glasses, still with long hair and unshaven. While his father’s remains were cremated, he didn’t shed a single tear but his nose was red from beginning to end. His manager Yao Yi Jun said: “He is pretty calm.”

We discovered that Fu Ge Hong and Chai Zhi Ping accompanied him to send his father’s last rights. Management Company took the offensive in guarding him against the media, they were not allowed to enter and take pictures inside. To avoid media frenzy, staff requested the other members of F3 not to show up. Company manager denied this and said: “They each have their own work, the three already gave “dian yi.”

Endured it all and comforted his sister.

Zhu Xiao Tian spending for the farewell rights matches that of the common people, the hall can only accommodate 60 chairs, he just spent close to NT$300,000. This low-key arrangement is to obey his father’s last wishes. His grandparents are still alive that is why it just has to be like common folk and his father told him his funeral can’t be too extravagant.

When Zhu Xiao Tian arrived he brought his relatives to a restaurant to rest and then after the end of the public ceremony, he arrived again to pick up the bones, he looked tired and exhausted. To the reporters who were gathering the event he cannot help but say: “I have already give you your work space, please can you also give me my private space.”

Afterwards, he held an umbrella and stood beside his sister, together they brought the urn holding the ashes to another place ‘Lu Zhu County” He saw his sister’s eye to be so red like her sorrow is unending, he would often pat his sister’s shoulder to comfort her, showing the deep affection between brother and sister. Zhu Xiao Tian obeys his father’s last wish. Yesterday morning his father’s funeral rites were conducted in a low-key, modest and simple manner, spending an approximated amount of NT$300,000 lower than his NT$320,000 per episode fee for CLX.

ZXT’s papa Zhu Yue Ming’s farewell rights were held at the Huai De Hall of the Tao Yuan City Funeral Homes. He returned last Wednesday for the funeral. Zhu Xiao Tian arrived from his home by car at around 8 am wearing dark glasses, still with long hair and unshaven. While his father’s remains were cremated, he didn’t shed a single tear but his nose was red from beginning to end. His manager Yao Yi Jun said: “He is pretty calm.”

We discovered that Fu Ge Hong and Chai Zhi Ping accompanied him to send his father’s last rights. Management Company took the offensive in guarding him against the media, they were not allowed to enter and take pictures inside. To avoid media frenzy, staff requested the other members of F3 not to show up. Company manager denied this and said: “They each have their own work, the three already gave “dian yi.”

Li Bing Bing says that day there was a change of director and the new director wanted to speak to the actors about the filming content. Since everyone was staying in the same hotel, she asked Ken to watch a DVD with her, and talk about the filming process and we watch until quite late and on that day Ken was more passionate than usual and suddenly kissed her. She was also bewildered but couldn’t fend off, so that’s how the affectionate moment was photographed.

Li Bing Bing’s agent expressed that Bing Bing doesn’t stun from talking about her relationships but this matter is fishy. She also mentioned about Ma Yi, Cai Yi Ling and Li Bing Bing rumours with Ken only appeared near his promotion for his album or his new shows .

naku, tita vayz, buti na lang may taong katulad nio ni joeyreyes, kung hindi kung anu-ano na naman ang masasabi ko. pag nakakarinig pa naman ako ng kahit anong unfair o injustice sa part ni Ken, talagang nagiging irasyonal ako!!! pero para kay KEN at sa inyo, mananahimik na naman ako for the 2nd time!!! napakaswerte ng LBB na ito!!! :mad:
