HJH husband will be played by Han Seung Hwan, his best friend who HJh starts having feelings for is played by MIn Do Hyun, and HJH's husbands girlfriend will be played by Han Eun Jung (Full House)

A survey was conducted for MBC drama "Cruel Love" regarding the female lead. The survey asked which actress would best suit the role of BI's partner? In the survey actress Han JiHye got #1.
The survey was made by My Daily homepage from the 15th to 20th. 318 people participated in the survey and Han Jihye received 164 (52%) of netizens votes and ranked #1.
BI & Han Jihye are receiving lots of attention as the couple in the drama because both don't have double eyelids (ssangkapul).

Ever since South Korean heart-throb Lee Dong Gun, 25, starred opposite cutesy Han Ji Hye, 21, in the drama Little Bride last year, fans have been gunning for the reel-life couple to hook up for real.
Now, it seems their wish has come true.
The couple were caught on a date at Lotte World theme park in Seoul recently by a photographer, wearing matching sweatshirts.
Oblivious to stares, they reportedly behaved intimately, holding hands and whispering into each other's ears.
Good wishes have since poured in for the lovebirds - though both have yet to comment on the pictures.
Since they played an odd couple forced to marry due to a pact made by their grandfathers in Little Bride, fans have said that they make a perfect couple.
Both are good-looking, tall - he is 1.83m, and she, 1.7m - and he is as gentle and sensitive as she is bubbly.
They also had such palpable chemistry on screen that they were again cast as lovers in the currently-showing movie, My Boyfriend Is Type B, and also a music video for singer Lee Soo Young.
No wonder rumours that they were dating soon surfaced early last year.
Both denied the talk, insisting that they were merely 'good friends' who'd meet up after filming to discuss their script.
But, in an interview with Teen Times, Dong Gun hinted there might be romance in the making.

When told that some fans insisted that he should marry Ji Hye since they make such a cute couple in Little Bride, he laughed: 'I guess our intimacy made our acting more realistic.'
Even his description of his ideal girl fitted Ji Hye to a T: 'I love a woman with a beautiful smile. I want a girl who has the traits that I don't have. I'm introverted, so I like women who are very cheerful and laugh a lot', he had said in an interview.
In a separate interview with Donga Ilbo, he said of Ji Hye: 'She makes people happy. She would offer a bright smile no matter how tired she is, and that single smile embraces everyone.'

- I really like this girl, she has this kind of aura when she smile (kaya sya nagustuhan ni LDG dahil dito eh ) . She has a convincing acting skills . I'm so angry with her in Summer Scent and want to grab her hair everytime nag-mamaldita sya, but she made me put her in my 2nd list of K-actress when i saw her in Sweet 18. She portayed her role in this series very well.:)

Yung recent pics n'ya very charming and lovely. Ganda pa rin sya maski la make-up tapos palagi lang nakahigh-ponytail yung hair nya. Napakasimpleng babae . May na-alala ko dyan sa salamin na suot nya, yung scene nila sa Sweet 18 yung nagluluto sya the next morning na pinagalitan sya ni Ajushi dahil tumanggap sya ng box of apple from a stranger. Sobra tawa ko sa kanya nung pagharap nya kay ajushi naka-sunglass pala, eh nagluluto lang naman!!

Sa Sweet 18 ko lang talaga nadiscover si HJH, and she was just soooo adorable as Yoon Jung-Sook! I couldn't help but laugh at her antics and cry with her whenever she's in pain... Very effective sya, ha!
I have yet to watch My Boyfriend Is Type B, pero malapit na... She looks so good with Lee Dong-Gun! Hanggang ngayon, kinikilig pa rin ako sa kanilang dalawa.
My hope is that she would make it big in the industry, without having to have LDG's name tagged to hers everytime. Although hindi na nya kailangan patunayan na magaling syang actress, pinag-uusapan lang sya pag andyan si LDG, which is quite sad.

Ajussi LDG and little bride HJH first starred opposite each other in K-drama Sweet 18 in 2004; the couple had such good on-screen chemistry that they soon became the newest and hottest on-screen couple in the Korean entertainment circuit.
This year, these two who have been rumoured to be a couple paired up once again and presented their “firsts”, their debut onto the big silver screen. They’re leads in each other’s first movie, My Boyfriend is Type B (screening starts 26th May).
Is It True or Is It Not?
In the entertainment industry, it is easy for co-stars to fall in love with each other as they spend so much time together and also because of how intricately involved they are in the characters they play. Rumours about Korean stars LDG and HJH have been broiling since they started working together on Sweet 18.
Pertinent to the media and the fans’ coaxing, both parties neither reject nor accept the matchmaking effort. Instead for the whole year, they have been adopting the “neither deny nor admit” strategy. They seem to want to nurture the relationship, let it slowly blossom under semi-open circumstances.
When it comes to love, LDG has been fairly open right from the beginning. Although he has never mentioned names, but he has never shied away from admitting that he already has a steady girlfriend : “I’ve mentioned in a TV program sometime ago that I was seeing someone. Although at that time, not many fans knew, and it appeared that not many people remembered I said that. On this issue, I can only say that nothing has changed from that time.”
When the Korean media pressed him repeatedly for the name of his girlfriend, he still insisted on not disclosing her name and he said that although they are in love, in order not to bring to the other party unnecessary trouble or potential hurt, he will not reveal her identity.
However, with the release of their new movie My Boyfriend is Type B in Korea in February, this lanky couple started to behave like a couple in front of others. And so long as Miss Han is also present, one can see Mr Lee’s smile become wider! (Of course we cannot deny the possibility that we’re watching them through tinted glasses!)
Sometime in mid February, two pictures of the couple on a date started being circulated on the internet, and this seemed to reinforce the rumour about their relationship. After the pictures were being released, the two also did not release any statements or make any clarification, they stuck to their usual stance of not commenting and not reacting to anything.
Since the two have not appeared openly in any public events, the Korea media also could not find opportunity to pursue the matter. But I would believe that to the Korean fans, they should be happy to receive more confirmation of their relationship. After all, this adorable and very lovable couple are very popular and well-liked by all.
From Interviews
As I was unable to get hold of this couple in time for an email interview, I searched online and found this interview that the couple had done during the promotion of their movie. Hope that readers will understand them a little better after reading this.
Q: Your views towards Type B men
LDG: I’d like to say something to Type B men: Type B men are men of character, and as such, they’re able to draw a lot of attention to themselves. However, there can be two possible sides to Type B character; therefore they can either be very outstanding amongst all, or if a little something goes wrong, then they can become very annoying. So Type B men should strive to rid the egoistic part that comes along with the package, and try and retain their appeal.
HJH: I’ve never been one who’s particularly sensitive about blood type personality. If the other party doesn’t reveal his blood type, I will not even be able to guess… When it comes to Type B men, I feel quite strongly about them. They can be some special and unique sometimes, yet at other times, they’re so annoying. But you can’t seem to totally dislike them or completely stay away from them. I do feel Type B men are quite attractive.
Q: Please share your views about each other.
LDG: HJH is not that different in real life than from her reel life. She’s a very cheerful, lively and innocent girl. People around her will feel very comfortable with her, there will be no feeling of any restraint or burden when around her. But there’s more to her than just these. I’ve worked with her for more than a year now, and during this period, I’ve found out that she’s also a very cool woman.
HJH: In the movie, LDG is gentle and romantic, but in actual fact, he’s quite a cold person. It seems like most people are like this: they would be talking and laughing much when in the company of people they know well, and they’re very warm and friendly to people. However, if they act like this with everyone, then it becomes quite unnatural and fake. So I will say that LDG is an honest man who does not act in a hypocritical manner. Unless it’s straight from the heart, he will not smile at others or pretend to be friendly. But this doesn’t mean he’s impolite. What I’m saying is that because what people see in terms of his outward appearance and his actual personality are somewhat different, very often he’s being mistaken.
Q: Your views about love and break-up (separation).
LDG: I feel that love is above everything, it can supersede and override everything. To me, love is absolute. If I’m in love, then I will be blind to everything around me. Because there’s only love in my eyes; it’s enough that the other party is happy. So long as she smiles at me, it doesn’t matter if the people around me are scolding me, I won’t mind. This is the way I see love, the way I love. And precisely because I will bet my everything on love, so there should be trust between the two people. Even if it’s for a small issue, if I feel that I can’t totally trust the other party, or if the other party has betrayed my trust, then the love will not be forever.
HJH: In the past, I could never understand why some girls think the love stories in the movies are exactly a mirror of their real lives and all that. I’ve always thought that these are just their imagination. But once in love, I’ve come to realise that yes, it’s just like what the ballades sing, it’s that romantic, and there will even be miracles just like the movies. Looking through the eyes of love, everything seems nice and rosy and very special. Love, to me, is something very remarkable and wonderful, it will even change the old me. In order for the other party to be able to feel how good I am, I will continuously look back and reflect upon my past, and improve myself. But so long as the other party is even that little bit untrue to me, then I will not be able to take it.
[Both are indeed the type to place love above everything else, they have such high expectations towards love. Hope they will be able to meet up to each other’s expectations!]
Q: Romantic Comedy
LDG: I really love movies that are at the same time romantic and funny. If an actor is able to play his role such that he’s able to bring humanity to the character and yet be able to move the audience, and at the same time, make people laugh, then this proves that he is acting from deep within his heart. Such movies are different from melodramatic movies. If melodramatic movies are said to enact fictional love from one’s imagination, then romantic comedies depict love taken from everyday life. So I’ve always dreamt about making such movies, therefore I did not hesitate in choosing My Boyfriend is Type B.
HJH: Love Actually had a huge impact on me… So it is possible to make a movie that’s so funny and yet so full of love. In truth, it’s too early for me to draw any conclusions about My Boyfriend is Type B. Although LDG and I do have some expectations and a bit of “ambitious hope” for this new movie, the power still lies within the hands of the movie-goers. If we’ve made a small contribution to our country’s movie industry, then I will feel very proud and honoured. Also, I also hope this new movie will act as a springboard to pave the way for more and better romantic comedies in future.

Based on a Internet Korean survey “Male Artiste Most Likely To Help Parents or Wife in Cooking”, results show that LDG comes out tops in that poll.

But, when LDG accepts our interview, he says that he’s not a qualified S.N.A.G. (Sensitive New Age Guy). “ I only know how to cook instant noodles. But I can help my parents or my wife to buy dinner back.”
In this latest batch of Korean male artistes, what does LDG thinks when he is touted as a S.N.A.G.?
He says:” Firstly, this is a title given to me by my fans, and I thank them very much. I think, in order to be a S.N.A.G., he must have his own personality, character and style. Being himself will be best, but I’m not too sure whether I’m considered a S.N.A.G.” Humble but a perfect answer.

LDG’s favourite food is kimchi chigea, will he enter the kitchen and prepare a romantic meal for his love?
The answer is:” Of course I’ve thought about it, but now I haven got the time for it.”
The reporter suggested that he can cook together with his girlfriend, as it is economical and also promotes relationship bonding between the two of them.
But, LDG said:” I seldom do that, most of the time we’ll have our meals outside.” He also says that he doesn’t pick on food, being a food fanatic, he says that love resembles Italian cuisine, “ Because it feels romantic, very cool”.
Will Not Play The Piano To Attract Girls
LDG, who debuted as a singer, also knows how to play the piano, and in the eyes of females, this is a plus point. Is playing the piano infront of girls one of the ways to attract them for LDG?
He laughed and said:”That will definitely attract the attention of them, but I learn the piano is not because of attracting girls, but to compoae music. In actual fact I seldom play the piano infront of other people.”

With this description, his rumoured girlfriend , co-star of <<Sweet 18>> and <<MBITB>>, Han Ji Hye comes to mind.
The reporter tested the waters and asked if LDG has met the ideal girl with the prefect smile.
But, LDG refuses to answer directly, he just brought the answer over:” Uh, met a lot of girls with beautiful smiles.”
Girlfriend Likes His Goatee
Recently came across an article on the Internet (the reporter), which shows the comparisons of before and after pictures of male artistes who have grown goatees, and LDG is noted as looking much cleaner and fresher without his goatee. LDG immediately says:”Really? Then I’ll go back and shave it off then.”, showing the humourous side of him. He also says that this is the first time he’s heard of this.
Although he himself likes this goatee of his, he feels that being natural is goodlooking, but his parents don’t like it.
What about his girlfriend then?
“She likes it.” A simple answer reflects the couple’s likes and interests.
LDG’s trip here to Singapore also includes the promotion of his two dramas which are out in VCDs <<Lovers in Paris>> and <<Stained Glass>>. From a supporting actor to a lead actor, there bears a similar characteristic in all of his roles, which is unconditional love. In real life, LDG is also serious towards love, protects his girlfriend and carefully maintaining this relationship.
Although news of him being attached is an open secret, he still did not reveal his girlfriend’s name. “This is because I care about my other half, although we’re in love, but thinking of how this will affect her, causing her unnecessary problems and hurt, I shall not reveal her name.” Even though pictures of him and Han Ji Hye dating are splashed across the Internet, he still refuses to talk about issues with regards to relationship.
