naku jie this morning ko lang check kung meron na yun buti naman at buhay na uli ang tsinoy.....tama bang kung kailan maganda ang usapan eh saka biglang nag-down?

Kaya nga call kita eh kasi alam ko always present ka dito baka ka ko, dala na naman ng ka engotan ko kaya di me naka open, yun pala... wala talaga!!!:D

buti naman dagdag na naman sa collection mo naku di kaya talagang magtayo ka na ng magazine stand niyan or should i say magazine store kasi sa dami na hahaha

hay naku nanakit na ang mga mata ko kaka-save di ko nga alam where to start, but na-save ko naman lahat.....grabe magparamdam si JERRY eh bagyo hahaha
kaya nga copy na lang ako sa iyo kasi sakit sa mata mag-save....

kaya nga eh, tama bang maapektuhan ako? to think na di ko pa naiiintindihan ha, i feel for JERRY na... what if may translations na? Naku eh baka di ko lang ma-hate si da li ren at yung matandang hi-blood hehe no wonder mai-stroke yun later:D

Tama ka dyan, masakit na sa mata... nasuko na ang mata ko... kaya jerrina jie.... pa copy na din....

At talaga naman affected kayo ha? Ako kasi di na masyado kasi in real setting, may mga ganyan surgeon talaga. Yung mga eksena like walk out ng scrub nurse pag naiinis sa doctor... nagmumurang doctor pag mali ang mga inaabot sa kanya or kulang - kulang ang preparation... naninigaw pag di makasagot sa kanya ang mga clerks < graduating med stud>. Kaya tuloy, kahit medyo "toxic" kami these past week, iniisip ko na lang na kasama ko sa OR si JY.

Mga sis... cool lang baka nga mauna pa kayo mastroke sa inis kay dr matanda!!!

Jerry Yan now comes to the internet with a covername and post messages! CTV's The Hospital, which had been aired for a week now has already numerous drama fans in hot discussions. At the TV forum site, a user named "Su Yi Hua (Jerry's drama name for his role)" had posted a message, and many fans were excited to believe it was him, but it's too bad that the drama group clarified that "Jerry did not post the message in that forum board, and that user is not the real Jerry!"

Drama fans rushed to discussions to convey thoughts

Recently, Jerry fans allgathered at The Hospital official website （http://the-hospital.com/bbs/index.php）to exchange talks. The other day, at the CTV forum board, a user named "Su Yi Hua" appeared and also posted " Do you know what time will Qui Qing Cheng (Leon Dai's role name) will come up?" in a simple, everyday spoken lingo, and led fans to get very excited. All of a sudden, hundreds of users scrambled to post messages in that thread to follow him. Not long after when his official website （http://www.starjerry.net）opened, he just wrote a short blog message. The message says that he is very happy that through the internet, he can directly exchange talks with all. Therefore, Jerry fans hardly believed that he would engage in "Su Yi Hua" talks.

Reporters confirmed this with the drama's PR person Feng Yi Min who directly called, " How can that be?" stressing that the only casts that officially registered to that website are Janine Zhang, Tang Zhi Ping and Tang Ke Hua. All others are not. Jerry has personally had not been in the internet, his official website is also temporarily out. Jerry's manager and consultant Jing Yi Peng said, "last week's opening of the website was merely a trial log, and it is still under construction," Now in his homepage, there is only the membership application instructions, and is not capable to be interactive.

For the ones who have not watched TH and don't want to know the storyline, please skip reading this post.

Dr. Su was the youngest Professor in the department/hospital.? Dr. Qiu (Dai Li Ren) was his superior and Dr. Tang (Wu Meng Ta) was the head of the Surgical Department. Dr. Su was a pure, sweet, naive, and compassionate surgeon who chose to focus on his patients' well beings, instead of being involved in power struggle in the hospital.

At that time, the Executive Director of the hospital was about to retire, so Dr. Tang, the Head of the Surgicial Department, and Dr. Xu, the Head of the Internal Medicine, were both fighting for the position.

The story started with the President's daughter, Liu Xin Ping (Saya), who was about to receive the 2nd round of chemotherapy, was admitted to the hospital for implanting a "Port A". Originally, she was referred to Dr. Xu and Dr. Xu tried to go behind Dr. Tang's back and recommended Dr. Su for the surgery, as Dr. Su was the expert in implanting "Port A". According to Dr. Su, others surgeons didn't give a **** on this kind of small surgeries, that's why he had got a lot of experiences, and he had even published a research article in the professional publication.

At first, although Dr. Tang knew about what happened, he didn't mind as he thought that it was only a small surgery, but later, he was reminded that this opportunity would benefit his being the Executive Director in the future. That's why he decided to be Liu Xin Ping's attending physician himself during her hospitalization, to ask Dr. Qiu to perform the procedure, and to exclude Dr. Su from the surgery. Dr. Tang attended the press conference afterwards and claimed all the credits. Dr. Su didn't mind about the credits part but he was very concerned about his "previous" patient.

After the surgery, Liu Xin Ping had a fever of 38 degree. Dr. Qiu thought that it was just a common symptom after surgery, but as Dr. Su was the expert and he knew that possibly it was due to something more serious.

During a meeting for discussing the fever, Dr. Su was invited to attend by Dr. Tang. Dr. Tang used Dr. Su to point out the problem (the current location of Port A might lead to serious blood clog and he recommended to relocate the Port A). Of course, the surgeons didn't agree as they didn't want to admit their mistake and they thought that Dr. Su's recommendations were based on his patient being stolen. Dr. Tang knew the problem but he didn't push for a second surgery as he wanted to take the risk and see whether the problem would get worse. If it would, he wanted the surgeons to take full responsbilities, and then he would help amend the problem at that time, and claimed the credits.

For Dr. Su, all his focus was Liu's well beings. That's why he kept monitoring Liu's situation, although she was not his patient any more. In one scene, he secretly visited Liu and Dr. Qiu saw him when he came out. That's when he was scolded by Dr. Qiu. After that, he was not allowed to visit Liu any more. In last night's episode, he got a call from Liu and he knew that Liu's situation didn't improve, so he rushed to the hospital but he was blocked outside.

Interestingly, Dr. Su had received two emails from an anonymous sender to inform him about the time change of the first surgery and Liu's worsened situation.

On the other hand, Dr. Guan was an anaesthetist. Dr. Guan and Dr. Su attended college at the same time. They seemed to have some kind of romantic involvement then. When their relationship was about to start, Dr. Su needed to serve the army for two years (in TW, medical students need to serve the army right after completing medical school and before being a resident physician). While Dr. Su was serving the army, Dr. Guan left him without explaination, but Dr. Su didn't forget her at all. That's why in episode 1, Dr. Su made some cookies for her and tried to comfort her in the elevator after the incident.

What incident? When the Executive Director of the medical school, Dr. Huang?? (I forgot his last name), who had not performed any surgical procedures for quite a while, performed a minor procedure on a female patient's uterus, the patient died in the middle of it. Although the reason was still unknown, in order to protect himself, the Executive Director of the medical school wanted Dr. Guan to admit that it was her fault. Dr. Guan refused to do so. The family of the patient refused the NT$100,000 from Dr. Huang??. Instead, the family asked for NT$8 millions as compensation and the patient's mom wanted a reason for the patient's death.

In last night's episode, Dr. Su was misunderstood by a lot of people thinking that his care for Liu was because she was the President's daughter. Even the woman he loves, Dr. Guan, misunderstood him when he asked her to pay more attention to Liu in the canteen, as Dr. Guan usually teamed with Dr. Qiu and she had the position to visit Liu. At that time, Dr. Guan was under a lot of pressure because of the incident herself, she said something very hurtful to Dr. Su. That's why Dr. Su was seriously hurt and he said, "Sorry, forget about what I said."

After he took a shower, the 2nd email from the anonymous sender arrived to inform him about Liu's worsened situation. Then he rushed to the hospital again.

remember the 2nd episode where there was an operation on a woman?? a simple operation but the doctor who did it botched the job, the woman died. the family wanted answer & huge compensation, so the hospital authority wanted Dr Kuan who was the anaethologist to take the rap, so Dr Kuan was under a lot of pressure.

Dr Su at that time was banned from visiting the President's daughter, Liu Xin Ping, due to power play amongst 2 doctor who wanted to take over the postion of Executive Director. & there were a lot of gossips that Dr Su's interest in LXP is bcos she's the President's daughter. Dr Kuan has chances of seeing the President's daugher as she accompanies Dr Qiu (Leon Dai) to check up on LXP. as LXP's condition is worsening, Dr Su asked Dr Kuan for help in observing her conditions. Dr Kuan misunderstood Dr Su's concern towards LXP & thought that he was as what the gossips said & asked him whether his interest in LXP is bcos she's the President's daughter & that he was unhappy abt being removed from being her doctor. Dr Su was very hurt by her remarks.

I've seen there are some critics on Jerry, I'ld love to tell everybody here, Jerry has done a superb job, being an idol superstar, carrying such huge stardom to accept this challenging role is very unusual, not only that, he is willing to learn and work with the well experienced actors, and even let go his superstar status to seek advice from experienced actors, again and again, he asked to re-do his part to bring out the best performance, even higher than the director's standard. When every other idol artist only focus on getting the best pay as an endorser, getting more commercials, he spent his time and energy in the acting floor, to do besthis part. Address: No.12, Alley 202 Yong Chun East Street, Nantun, Tai Chung City
When the Zui Ai tourist group finally found this church
They, however, were'nt able to go inside
because the church was being arranged for the mass
as the whole sunday morning have scheduled masses.
Because the church is a holy area,
the visitors must observe silence !

hayy naku pinag-ulit-ulit ko watch ang nakakabiting shower scene na YAN! yun na ba yun? hahaha

Korek ka dyan! pa sign off na nga me kahapon ng makita ko yung shower picture na yan!!! Grabe!!!
hehe ako nga kagigising ko open agad ako medyo pupungas-pungas pa nga but when i saw the pic nagising bigla ang diwa ko hehe kaya lang bitin! di man lang ibinaba ng konti kahit sa dibdib man lang, kung ayaw ng hanggang waist......hayyy naku sumakit lang tuloy ang dapat sumakit:p

Pakiramdam ko nga jie, walang oras... medyo maaga pa busy na.... pag pagabi na, busy pa din!!! :D
wala talagang oras hehe dapat by appointment ang tawag yung pinsan ko nga ayaw na ako tawagan kasi lagi naman dao busy, sabi ko ano ginagawa ng celfon?

Nakakatuwa naman... dati naiinip tayo sa pagdating ng mga new pictures, updates ng ating lovs... Ngayon naman, sumasabay sya sa ating panahon.... umuulan ng mga pictures at mga scenes ng WT. ;) Pity for me.... walang destiny sa amin, kaya magkasya na lang sa pictures at sa photobook... whaaaaaa :o

haaayyy... napanood ko ulit kanina ang replay ng episode 5...ohhhh the must see shower scene ni Jerry ay harang...hehehe... grabee... pinasukan ba naman ng maraming flashback scenes while he is emoting ... naku wala tuloy ako kakurap-kurap while watching it...hehehe;)

According to today's TW Apple Daily, high rating was recorded during Jerry's shower scene. On the other hand, in another drama, another actor exposed his bottom to boost up the rating from 0.58 to 1.43.

According to Mamy, the whole family of the owner of a snack restaurant that she knows is watching TH everyday, including the daughter in high school. According to the daughter, her classmates are all watching TH now. The same as Mamy's sister who is a fan of Korean dramas. Her sister and her daughter who studies in high school also watch TH every night as well as the replay the next day. According to her niece, her classmates in high school are also watching and discussing TH. On Ptt's (a public bbs in TW) TW Drama Board, it is common to have more than 700 to 800 people online at the same time these days for discussing TH. It appears that TH is pretty hot, but how come it does not reflect on the ratings by AGB Neilsen Media?

According to the information provided by Sfen (a fan in TW), the ratings surveyed by AGB Neilsen Media in TW are based on the "people meters" set up in the chosen 1,800 families' homes. TW has 23,000,000 people and the families chosen are not randomly selected for each survey. In the process of selecting the families, AGB Neilsen Media offers appliances' maintenance service and coupons as rewards. It appears that a lot of the families chosen are the ones with low/medium income and they tend to prefer tv programs with strong sensory stimulation. That's why the ratings of certain types of dramas are always high.

It is like a cycle. When the invalid ratings are submitted to the production companies/broadcast companies, the producers believe that only the programs with violent, outrageous, xexed, and/or graphic scenes/storyline can get high ratings. Eventually, audience that don't prefer these kinds of dramas stop watching tv at all.

A Tw fan whose a married lady & a longtime fan of Jerry posted that her husband is a person who never ever watch Tw drama serials as he finds it boring & low quality. that day, for episode 5 of TH, seeing her husband in a good mood, she managed to persuade him to watch TH with her. husband said "ok, but only just a couple of minutes ". guess what, hubby sat & watched finished the whole episode & after that told her he never expected a Tw drama serial to be of such high std. wife feel quite triumphant over the whole incident as she manage to do something for TH & Jerry.

another Tw fan posted that a friend's niece, a high school girl & a diehard K-drama fan is also watching TH. seems that she's not the only one, quite a no. of her classmates are also watching TH.

Korea version of White Tower

Today I heard a news about Korean version of White Tower.
Kim Jong Hak producing company announced that they are going to remake a drama series out of Japanese "White Tower".
They didn't mention the exact casting list and making plan yet.

I'm not sure how it will affect popularity of Jerry's "Hosptal".
To be honest, I'm a little worried now.
KJH is very famous and very good at making drama series. The "Full House" was also made by them.

In my opinion, Taiwan "Hospital" can't get away from being compared with the original Japanese version. Plus with Korean version in the future.

hehe bakit ba naman hindi eh bigla na lang naligo ng walang pasabi kaya nagkagulo na naman sa pagda-download, ako nga di halos makatulog sa kagustuhan kong mag-bukas at ng mapanood ko sa you tube at siyempre nilagpasan ko yung ibang chapter inuna ko siyempre ang shower scene:p hehe

Janine Zhang has the makings of a beautiful woman

New artist Janine Zhang’s first crack at showbiz was immediately opposite the thousand-fan strong Jerry Yan. However, her first reaction was , “Eh?” She smiled and said, “It’s because I didn’t know him yet back then. I was never an idol fan. I just thought that if it is with Jerry, the drama won’t be too commercial, and I was somewhat hesitant.”

Filming for 8 months, Janine didn’t only change her view for Jerry, but she was also rumored to have fallen for him. After the shooting ended, it took quite a time before she returned to her true self. Janine said that it’s was not that exaggerated. However, wagging between Jerry and Fei Xiang in “The Hospital” made her learned to control herself. She said, “Actually, this role has similarities to mine. Janine once had a long-distance love affair. At that time, her boyfriend was studying in South Africa. While she was in Taiwan, she suddenly realized that she was in loved with another man. Fighting back her feelings, she chose her boyfriend. She reasoned out, “I thought it would be quite fair for my boyfriend. Otherwise, my conscience would keep bugging me. “ After her boyfriend finally returned to Taiwan, their love, however, started to dwindle and many things propped up, and immediately ended after three months.

Since Childhood, it’s not only love that Janine prepares for the future. She had also always lived in fuzzy places, uncertainly searching very slowly. Just before she graduated at the Chang Jing Research Institute of the National Central University, her previous ambition was to be a teacher. But when she wrote down in a survey questionnaire, she wrote that she wanted to enter showbiz, because being a star is pretty good. Her mama bursts into loud laughter whenever she sees Janine in the scenes, and then tells her daughter, “Oh you haven’t appeared yet, how you should act this time…” Until one day, on the preview commercial, there was Janine and Jerry’s bed scene, and both was torridly kissing. These made them subside, and began the need to reach for understanding, and all the family, however, was quiet as the crow.

hello LuvJerry... sis im doing ok!!! eto busy busy mode in saving the pics of each episode sa The Hospital... grabe ang dami! ayyy naku everyday ngaraggg ang lola mo to catch up the replay at 11 pm kasi nga dito ko yan ma-view at 8 pm kasi dito pa ko sa shop namin pero nood ko pa rin replay nito the next day at 1 pm... everyday yan ang sked ko...hehehe... o di ba may Jerry date ako everyday:D

The Hospital TV ratings on its first week broadcast had been wandering low all along. Some people blamed Jerry Yan “Bao Long” for not reaching what is expected from him, and even female lead Janine Zhang was swept with the typhoon tail. Recently, there were online criticisms that she recited her lines in the TV like the back of the book, and directly accused her, “If only she has seen it, she would immediately turn her back from the TV.”

However, Jerry was paid NT$250,000 per episode, and Janine only got a tiny NT$30,000, with about 8 times difference on both of their fees. Viewers who read the original book story said that Janine’s role is highly difficult, and using a new artist as well as her speech was immediately criticized. It’s truly a huge unfair discredit on the TV ratings.

Criticized that acting skill is as dull as the water

The Hospital fan viewership is low. Some people attacked that Bao Long was a rat stool in that drama. Other net users criticized that his “woman” Janine Zhang’s acting skills is disappointing. Not only does she have unclear speech, her diction is also monotonous. Net users said,” Look at her drama acting, she is really flat!” There are also online fans of Jerry who talked about viewers who are too polite to Janine. “When Lao Da (Bao Long) would appear on the scene, some people are this lenient, so that’s already good for him. “

In The Hospital, Jerry was the earliest lead cast to be fixed. Everyone was all guessing who would be paired with the giant idol star. Nobody thought that Director Cai Yue Xun would choose a new artist like Janine Zhang. At the start of the first shooting day, it led to many talks for a time, and thought that the selling value of Jerry with his “woman” is far different from each other.

8 times difference with Jerry’s talent fee

Jerry and Janine didn’t click with each other quickly. Net users assessed that Janine is actually not an absurd calamity. According to sources, for The Hospital’s strong casting, it spent about $2.5 million for each episode that created a new trend for Taiwanese local dramas. Jerry’s giant star charms talent fee is out of the ordinary. For each episode, he got $250,000 and even Leon Dai got $100,000. Although being the first female lead, Janine only got $30,000, leaving to say that she has 8 times difference from Bao Long. From Leon Dai, her talent fee difference is about 3 times, and if one would look at the success and failure of the drama, it really must not be turned to her!

High self-expectation, with tears taken into her tummy

Talking on the criticisms at Janine’s acting skills, Yang Ming PR MinMin said,” Janine is a girl who cries and swallows it to her tummy.” She requires very high on herself and now facing the veiwers’ criticisms, she of course felt very sorry. But when she saw the broadcast, she also regretted on her own acting skills and then frankly said “How did I able to act like this?”

The scene in Episode 7, Part 2 where Dr Su was helping Dr Guan to clear up her ransacked house & he found a starfish under the sofe. He was very happy & surprise on seeing it bcos he gave the starfish to Dr Guan a long time ago & did not expect to see it after so long. Sweet, silly Dr Su.

Btw, according to the rating company, the primary viewers of TH are university students & working adults, the ratio of male to female is 1:2. Director Chai & CTV shld be happy, this is the target audience they want, younger viewers back to the 8pm timeslot. Maybe that's why so many cm.

The scene in Part 2, minute 6plus to minute 7 plus, its so excellent , the part where Dr Su & Du Guan didnt speak much but seems lost in memories & unspoken thoughts. Both Jerry & Janine acted wonderfully, just letting their eyes expression & facial expressions do the talking. While under the rain, Du Guan spoke of the past, how everynite Dr Su will ride the bus with her to send her back to her house, then Dr Guan will ride the bus back with Dr Su to send him back to his house, then its the bus back to Dr Guan's house, to & fro as both didnt want to leave each other. When Dr Guan asked Dr Su whether he remembers, he said "of course & how i wish the clock can be turned back to that time".

post ko lang at least kahit paano may idea ang ilan sa atin dun sa mga episode...ka-touch naman yung sinabi ni Dr. Su na "how i wish the clock can be turned back to that time...":( how sad!

Nagpunta ako sa HERBENCH the other day, wala lang dumalaw lang hehehe... syempre natuwa ako nung nakita ko tong application form na may mukha ni jerry. E di syempre gusto ko manghingi kuleksiyones din to no, pero bumili muna ako para at least medyo ok, di masyado nakakahiya paglapit ko sa counter. Sabi ko miss pwede bang makahingi nitong form, hindi daw pwede kasi nga onti lang yung form nila (ang hina ko) so sabi ko sige aavail ko na lang siya P100.00 po pala good for 5 years na yun. E di nag fill-up ako naisip ko ngek e di kukunin niyo pa din sa akin tong form, sabi nung girl sa counter yes mam... ngaiks! e pano yan gusto ko nito dahil andito yung picture ni jerry e di natawa sila, sabi ko penge na lang ako ng extra pa ... waaa di nga daw pede talga (kulet ko)! so nakakuha naman ako ng card na, since P100.00 yung binili ko meron na din ako 100 points. E di lumabas akong luhaan, pero di ko pa din napigil bumalik ulit ako sa store hehehe sabi ko pede ba kuhaan na lang ng picture? mwehehehe e di lalong natawa sila hehe... sabi ko nga popost ko para madami mag-avail, sabay tanong e kelan niyo dadalhin si jerry dito? di pa daw nila alam kasi matatapos na daw sa november yung contract niya di pa daw nila alam kay Mr. Chan kung irerenew pa yung contract. When Janine appeared wearing a bath robe, she unexpectedly showed her cleavage that caused male net users to continuously drool.

Nagpunta ako sa HERBENCH the other day, wala lang dumalaw lang hehehe... syempre natuwa ako nung nakita ko tong application form na may mukha ni jerry. E di syempre gusto ko manghingi kuleksiyones din to no, pero bumili muna ako para at least medyo ok, di masyado nakakahiya paglapit ko sa counter.

This just came out on Era news on 8/25. This Japanese lady was noticed during the charity screening of TH on 8/13. She is Madam Suzuki, she's a member of a very large Japanese corporation, a very rich family, her own personal fortune is estimated in the millions. She came all the way from Japan to Tw just to attend TH charity screening as she's a fan of Jerry http://images.asianfanatics.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/clapping.gif . According to a magazine article, Leon Dai & Jerry , ever since getting to know each other during filming of TH, has got along very well. That Leon Dai invited Jerry to star in a movie/tv serial that's he directing & Jerry has agreed. That even though Jerry's acting fees is very high but judging from copyright sales of TH, its worth it as Director Chai not only has earned back all that he has invested in TH plus some more. But unfortunately, due to some problems, this project has been cancelled. But both Leon Dai & Jerry are determined to join forces, so there's every possibility in the future that both will get together again on a project.

According to the above article, a tv station in Tw, Min Si, spend a lot of money doing an independent survey on the ratings of 8pm timeslot as they dont believe AGB high rating of another tv station, San Li, 8pm drama serial. And it seems they discovered that TH rating is actually a lot higher than what AGB rated which is abt 2.5 points.
