what? jerry-vann-jay sa sept.23? wow, mga papas ni beiling yan a? grabe, pg nalaman nya to, baka mahimatay yun! ang saya nyan tiyak. sana meron agd ma-release na photobook nyan tulad ng kina jerry-zz!!!!!! loves ko vann & jerry!!!! na-appreciate ko songs ni jay, kaya panalo tlg yan!!!!!!!!!! pero sana kasama din ken and zz, ay sad. para nmng mkkpunta ako sa event na yan.

Earlier in the evening before the press conference, the media visitors were informed by the drama crew that Jerry cannot accept any interviews. In that morning, his management company again changed the announcement and said that Jerry would shoot an advertisement so he could not attend the press conference. However, in the afternoon, the drama crew informed that Jerry decided to attend the press meet anyway.

Maybe because they are not used in seeing Jerry felt awkward, senior actor Qian De Men and other performers managed to catch the media attention and took the heat off from Jerry.

That afternoon, Jerry appeared in front of the media in an obvious tired mood, not only were his eyelids half-open but his head nearly bent down indistinctively for a while resembling a "walking silk" hardly standing up and having a very vague voice that made other performers like Qian De Men shouting "Louder! Can't hear." that made the atmosphere more awkward.

When Jerry was asked if Wu Meng Da helped him learn doctor skills he modestly said, "Before, I have not followed the actors group strength in the drama. I'm very nervous." Qian De Men heard this and immediately didn't keep his feelings fade and said that he and Jerry once worked together in collecting "mistakes" in the drama filming, that made Jerry even more embarrassed.

from what i can understand, the article talks about him 'NG' ing a lot because he has a difficult time remembering his lines which are full of medical terminologies. tapos scold sya ni direk cai. hope someone can translate properly....

Summarize ko nalang sa inyo nabasa ko:
Mga tabloid kasi sa Taiwan and Hongkong mahilig sa NAKAW NA SANDALI, tipong NAGPICTURE SILA NG GANITONG ANGGULO, SASABIHIN NILA, pinapagalitan na, mga ganon, typical walang magawang article kaya gustong mabenta ang mga BULOK na magazine nila kaya nila ginagawa yan. Siguro naman di naman sinabon ni Dir. Cai si jerry anobuzz... PROFESSIONAL ang mamang to! Anyways... Nadepress din ako nun nabasa ko yang article sa hkjerry, pero nun nagpunta ako rito tapos nakita ko mga scanned pics na yan, nawala lungkot ko. Kasi mga walang kwentang magazine mga yan.
YI ZHOU KAN, TAIWAN APPLEDAILY... basta mga magz na yan, di na dapat tinatranslate yan eh. Basurang mga magazine yan, patapon, tipong balitang Cristy Fermin na walang basehan... ang difference, sosyal yun kanila colored at may pics, sa atin, tabloid lang, wala pang kulay, wala pang pictures. Gets?

Sa nabasa ko kasi, sabi ng news na Di raw maalala ni jerry yung lines niya because of the medical terms, kaya makikita mong medyo aburido daw siya. Pero yung isa, si Wu Meng Da (Tat Sok) pa-relax relax lang daw tapos pacellphone cellphone, kain-kain, di kinakabahan. Tapos nun nagtake na raw sila, sa gitna ng take nakalimutan ni Jerry lines niya, tapos nakailang NG na rin siya hanggang sa nilapitan siya ni Dir Cai tapos pinagsasabihan (di binanggit kung ano) tapos nakababa lang daw talaga ulo ni jerry habang pinapagalitan. Tapos pala may usapan na sa set na anything related to Jerry's rumor sa magazines di pwedeng pag-usapan sa loob ng set. Then parang sabi pa na parang "Binubuhat" nalang ng tatlong veteran actors si jerry, kasi para na siyang "spirit" lang doon sa set. Then, sabi pa that his acting skill is making people on the set "look at each other", it's like a very fierce battle there.

So all in all... insultuhan talaga to. wag niyo na dibdibin, bulok na mag 'to. oki?

I think Jerry is very happy with the overall attitude of the WT production team. So far, WT has not used any gossips/conflicts/fights news to gain publicity/to promote WT. The news/information released by the WT production team so far has been very positive, focusing on actors' professionalism and the WT's filming. Linda's situation was different, as her news about french kissing was released by her own agency at the time when she released her solo album.

Furthermore, it seems like most crews and casts have been on time to work, that's what Jerry likes most. According to the news, as Jerry needs more time to fix his hair, he always arrives early, so the experienced actors don't need to wait for him. When compared to news about a starting-to-rise star promoted by HKTVB, that new star was late for work all the time, may be even up to over an hour, when all other actors were ready and they just waited for him. When that star arrived, he didn't even apologize. Remember what Mr. Zeng Jiang (the actor who played the president/the ex-lover of the landlady in MG2) mentioned, Jerry is so much popular than a lot of new stars, but he is still very humble, with good manners, always on time, and most importantly, he still very respects the old/experienced actors. Do you still see a superstar help the crew moving props often?

Taiwan Appledaily today reports that the newspaper report about Jerry making NG at the reported scene is totally nonsense becoz Director Chai confirms that there were no lines for that scene, so how can he mispronounce long medical terms when there is nothing to say?! Huang Yida got nominated form some awards last year right? He said that he got to know Jerry & really liked Jerry's frank straightforward character. Hope he's not using Jerry to promote himself / his album.

The nice thing is - Jerry is so low-profiled that it's always a surprise to find out that he has made friends with other artists quietly, and without fuss. And they all end up liking his personality when they get to know him. I remember feeling kinda surprised that he had become good friends with Jay becoz Jay is like almost opposite Jerry's simple low-profile personality.

Another singaporean singer Jerry is friends with is one of my favourites: Lie Jun Ji. This guy is the one who said that Jerry is so skilfull at playing pool that all his buddies are impressed!

My officemates noticed that iba aura ko today (I'm glowing daw unlike the past few days).....haaaaaaaaay, if only Jerry knew how he can make people happy by his mere presence (sa video nga lang eh) :)

Yesterday's reports spoke of the ill- performance of Jerry Yan (Bao Long) during his filming on BSJT last week, turning Director Cai to heavy scolding. However, after he read the report, Director Cai just shook his head and sighed to assistant Fenny his outrage for this injustice and said, "How can this be possible? During that day, he doesn't even have a dialogue at all."

The report is completely false

Last week, the highly regarded drama BSJT took a scene at the Nan Gang Science Garden. First, it started with pictorials. Then, "Liberty Times" reported that "Jerry Yan eats NG stammers in Wan Fang Hospital striking to become a pig head." Regarding this, Ao Jun was not pleased and can't help but to express, "The whole article of the reporters were full of errors and mistakes. Director Cai also looked sighed. Moreover, he never scolded anyone."

Yesterday, Jerry and Zhang Jun Ning had a day-long shooting on the medical dispute issue scenes. Last week, when the media left already, he frankly spoke,"For a very long time, I have not come close to a reporter for an interview like this event where many media is present. I was really very nervous." However, soon after the filming of the scene with Saya delivering his gift as she leaves the hospital, he had no dialogues at all. So actually, it's an erroneous article to say that there were medical dialogues and NG scenes."

Last week, Zhong Shi's big show, Bai Se Ju Ta went to Nan Gang Ke Xue Yuan Qu to flim their scenes. It was the first time they allowed the media to tan ban and to shoot pictures. However, after the matter, Liberty Times wrote that, "Jerry was being scolded a pighead when he kept NG-ing at the hospital". Regarding this, the show's in-charge, Ao Yi Jun said , "This whole report is totally wrong. Even Director Cai is sighing when he read that report and he didn't scold anyone at all."

Jerry and Zhang Jian Xiao was fliming the medical conflict scene in the hospital for a long time. drop by lang poh,....according to the news today director cai was very mad about the issue yesterday that he scolded jerry coz jerry forgot his dialogue,..sabe ni direk cai never pa daw ciang nanita ng tao,...sabe naman ni fenny girl paano daw nangyari yon eh wala naman daw dialogue si jerry that day,.. oh da ba? to the rescue na naman si fenny girl like a knight in shining armor ang drama,.. panalo!.. ayaw talagang paaapi ang alaga niya!

After her discovery by Yan, Chiling's personality went through a total make over - nothing like a stud to boost a girl's confidence in front of the camera. Compare pics of her today with those from the pre-Yan years and she now looks younger and of course sexier. Almost unconsciously Chiling has become a super star as she approaches the big three-oh - not an easy feat as most models drop off the radar at 26.

Her ever-growing throng of devoted fans has dubbed her the "Daughter of Taiwan," a name that evokes images of royalty. And like all royalty, this princess' seemingly mundane accident has become a national tragedy.

The "tragic" accident happened in Dalian on July 8th where Chiling was shooting a commercial. The hexed star was thrown from a horse and suffered six broken ribs. She was immediately sent to the local hospital and spent 15 days in bed before returning to Taiwan to receive further treatment. Statements indicate that her recovery is slow and painful due to a cough that is pressing against her broken ribs. Her mother stayed at her bedside during her time in Dalian fending off the paparazzi and overseeing the visits by her all-star cast of friends and of course her main squeeze Yan.

Then on the 23rd, Chiling was granted the privilege of using the entire SOS plane to be transported to the Taiwan University Hospital. Her room was specially decorated with lots of pink and dozens of cute, plush toys (apparently she not only is looking younger, but also acting much younger). And the icing on the cake: 12 bodyguards outside the hospital room.

This royal treatment of Taiwan's princess has angered the masses. When Chiling arrived in Taiwan she was greeted by an angry letter that asked why such a "small potatoes" injury is creating such a big to-do and threatened to put bombs on her private plane.

While the bomb threat is unacceptable, the complaint is not unreasonable. Chiling is receiving a large amount of special treatment, even being brought to the hospital through a secret channel that Chen Shuibian, former leader of Taiwan, used. This girl should be thanking her lucky stars that she did not receive the same fate as Christopher Reeves and get on with her life while she still can. But a star is star and she is showing her power. Chiling's new entertainment TV show is now on hold because the princess is taking her sweet time to recover while the commercial remains half finished. It's too bad that Chiling is not familiar with the old saying "if you get bucked off a horse you got to climb back on."

PI Chong, a Singaporean journalist, surprizingly saw the flower ring that Jerry sent for HUANG YIDA during his recent 2nd album launching for Sony. Jerry being low-profiled, it's not often that he would send flowers in events other than to F3, so he must be a really close friend to Jerry. And being Jerry's friend, the reporter interviewed him to get facts about Jerry.

HUANG YIDA: a famous singer in Singapore who got nominated for the MTV awards last year. Unfortunately, he lost to Stefanie Sun.

Huang mentioned that they met in the recording studio while they were recording their albums. Some people may think that Jerry is weird. (kkla: May be because Jerry is not that sociable with unfamiliar people.) At first, it took Jerry awhile to be friend with him, as we all know that Jerry won't be familiar with people immediately, but once he considers one as friend, he is very loyal. After they are familiar with each other, Huang even burnt a copy of his cd for Jerry. When they met, they greeted each other and chatted. When they met overseas, Huang visited Jerry's room and chatted. If Jerry had some food in his room, they would share the food.

Huang did plan to invite Jerry as guest for the release of his album, after all he doesn't have a lot of friends in TW. He said that Jerry is very straight forward and he likes him for that. For instance, Huang asked Jerry to autograph on a poster with his name "Yi Da." Jerry said ok and he starting writing immediately. Then Huang found that Jerry used the wrong character, so he told him, "That's not the "Yi" for my name." Jerry answered, "I know, but your "Yi" is too hard, so I don't want to use that one." However, Huang did not agree and forced Jerry to write "Yi Da." So, that is it. Huang thinks that that is the cute side of Jerry.

The 2005 World Elite Model International Grand Search Finals will be held on November 12, 2005 in Shanghai, China. Yesterday (Aug.22) a media bureau was already formed.

Besides the tall sullen prince Luo Bo Te, the line up of judges currently being selected will include Jerry Yan and Andy Lau. Jerry is being selected because he has been a model before. According to sources, they would remove government officials in the lineup of judges and Jerry will also do two tasks- judge in the finals and sing a song for the guests as an intermission number. Andy Lau and another to-be-invited judge Alan Tam will be the main judges. Currently, Jerry's side is already basically definite but Andy Lau is still in the verbal agreement stage. All those contestants selected at the pre-judging on October will come to Shanghai on November 10 to prepare for the finals.

According to sources, this big search has a budget of over Ten million Yuan which will include expenses for VIP accommodations - 3 million will be used for the stars 5-star hotel suites, round trip tickets, designated cars and meals.

Today, some TW fans visited Jerry at the filming site and he was happy there. The scenes were mainly between him and Ms. Zhang today. A lot of passersby saw him at the lunch time. Some commented, "Oh, very shuai" and some said, "Oh, so slim." He accepted gifts from fans. Before he left, he even opened the door of the dressing room and told the fans that he was leaving, as he would have meeting with the production team.
